[00:00:00]the last 2 years, they have just seen a real increase in these anonymous cyberbully accounts. These accounts take inspiration from Dave Portnoy's company Barstool Sports.

[00:00:10]But instead of showing highlight reels from sporting events, these anonymous student-run accounts edit photos of students over other people doing inappropriate acts, use foul language, and derogatory terms. State Representative Hillary Hickl says it's not just a Central Texas problem.
