So, sometime when we deal with trauma patient and we do eyeballing, so I think we can manage trauma without using any primary survey I'm saying without any equipment. Now, let me give you an example. See, the carotid is palpable at 60, femoral at 70, and radius at 80, and DP at 90. Now, let me illustrate with an example. Now, you are not able to feel radius, but you are able to feel femoral. That means at least blood pressure systolic is 70. And if you are not able to feel femoral and can feel carotid, that means systolic is at least 60. So, sometime you are not able to record, but you can feel these pulses, central pulses I'm talking about. So, you can have an idea that this much will be the blood pressure.
