We are in a a company blitz right now. And I'm going to literally show you why. So, this is your first time. And I'm going to be sharing some clips, but we have teachings and trainings for you, especially so you can make an informed decision. We all about education, okay?

We're here to talk about this amazing, amazing company called Bellator and the projects that we have access to. One of which is the project XNO. [00:03:41]We have an oil and gas community. We have a dinner. We also have a very intense session where everybody gets to exchange ideas and it's an invaluable opportunity I get to to to work with the and exchange ideas with the most um impressive personalities in the oil industry. Um, in addition to that, we deal with finances and I've spent quite a bit of time talking to global finances as to what we can do. Um, as a company, we have over a billion barrels of reserves. We have 300,000 barrels a day of processing capacity for oil, over 2 billion cubic feet a day for gas capacity. And our challenge is to ensure we can secure the working capital to extract these resources. Effectively the net present value of the oil we have in our facilities is well over over 10 billion US dollars. So being able to extract that and accelerate the pace of extraction creates a tremendous amount of value for the company. So the conference is very very important to me.

[00:04:37]>> I'm with the CEO of Wall Street Capital, Doug Anderson. Doug, welcome back and um I understand you have some news to break.

[00:04:45]>> Yeah. Um it's very exciting. Um, you know, Wall Street Capital Partners has been around almost 30 years now and uh I can't think of a better place and a better person to uh announce this news to. It's very exciting, a first in our history. uh but uh we have opened a new subsidiary Wall Street Capital Partners Asset Strategies and this new subsidiary is is uh majority owned by Metaterra Holdings uh which is associated with another company which we know is uh Miracle Pay and Miracle Chain. Now, what does Miracle Pay? What are they known for? As I've explained before on this program, uh they are experts and leaders at uh payment systems for crypto. So, using your wallet, paying with your phone, uh transactionally from POSOS machines and over the internet. So, they're the leaders in that. There's another thing they do. Uh they do uh tokenization.

[00:06:02]So they're experts at that and as you know we're now working focused on uh tokenizing one of the largest real world assets in the world which is a an airport in Bucharest. We're working hard at that. But there's another one that may even eclipse that which is we're going to announce right now. Uh it's very exciting. It's called um a Tenu token uh after uh the the founder of uh um a very strong um uh probably one of the fastest growing companies in Africa that's very successful an oil and gas company called Owando and its founder and chairman and group leader is Wle Tonubu. So, Tonubu token um and what this token represents is an African fund. We're tokenizing an African fund that is uh going to be uh backed by very substantial realw world assets out of Africa. And the first uh that uh is going to be inside that fund is uh we're going to start with >> $200 million worth of oil uh reserves from Owando. Um Mr. Tuzubu has uh has decided to uh u move forward on putting those assets into this fund and it'll be followed by about a billion dollars in oil reserves. And this new growth platform um is uh I think going to lead that future. Um and it's going to be a tremendous I think tremendous uh growth success for investors as well.

[00:07:59]>> Let's rewind thousands of >> so >> to a time. As you can see, ladies and gentlemen, this can go on, but I I want to cut it short there because I want you to burn that in your mind. and what he just said. He talked about a airport deal in Bucharest. He talked about a tokenization deal, a oil deal, which I'm going to get into more of that a little later on. But for right now, I have to tell you about the company in a little bit about what he was talking about when he said Mediterra is the holding company or the parent company. Okay? Now, Mediter Holdings, you all, as I said, is the parent company as he stated and it's positioned for expansion because it is listed on the NASDAQ. Okay. And if you want to know more about Metatara, I got the website pulled up. I'm not going to go too deep in it, but you can just simply go to metataterra.com like it's spelled and you can go on there and look up some of the information that they built. You can also see the leadership, Mr. Hawin Torhan and his team. You can see all of our leaders, our CTOs, head of finance legal. And you also can see Mr. Douglas Anderson and his team in that board right there. And it's all the information is right here for you. Okay.

[00:09:04]So a little bit about miracle what he said about Miracle Pay and Miracle Technologies. You all I want you to understand that this company has been around since 2017. So that gives us credibility and sustainability because it's over 9 years old. And I want you to understand the significance of that because a lot of times today people see a company blow up and they think it's an overnight success and that's not the case you all. They've just been working and building on the other side of the mountain. And now you're seeing a a huge push in global expansion for the company. Not only because they have over 100 million in infrastructure in terms of investments, licensed and regulated, but because they took the time to do it right so that you and I could really position ourselves and posture ourselves so that we can participate in this amazing awesome movement. Okay? And so now Miracle Pay is one of the things that they created those are the rails and the change. We have some of the biggest individuals I'm talking about biggest companies like Inenico and Pax, Shopify and a couple of other ones uh that we've created. I have videos about that. And you know, we also have something called the alpha pass. Now, many of you all are using chat GTP. Some of you all are using Canva. Whatever you're using that's AIdriven, you probably like many of us, myself included, are piecing it together alart.

[00:10:18]Well, what if I told you that they also have a product that I'm just going to just sharing a little piece about it because I'm taking you somewhere that's called the Alpha Pass and you can instead of paying monthly subscriptions, you can pay a onetime fee and we call it the Home Depot of AI because you can have access to all of these with one pass one time and it's an awesome dynamic compensation plan to that. Okay.

[00:10:42]So, I want you to see this. I'm giving you a snapshot but I'm not going to overwhelm you. to stick with me. But imagine now when people pull up your credit score through our company, they not only get the big three, but they also get your credit, your online, which is your crypto. And so how valuable is that? Because financial institutions, they need that data. And that also increases your potential to do what you want to do, your data, your score, your wealth. Okay? And then last but not least, we also have something called the BG lifestyle. Once again, not going to go through all this, but I'm just making the connection because the Boogie Gopher Lifestyle Club also has an opportunity in it that connects to the Alpha Pass.

[00:11:21]Okay, so now with that being said, we are here I'm spotlighting and highlighting tonight for you all something called the Project X. Once again, those other ones you will see us shortly come out with some of the other presentations. But for right now, limited time only, ladies and gentlemen, I need to introduce to some and present to others this thing called the Project X, which has evolved. Look, Project X is no longer only about digital nodes, y'all. It is becoming a real world asset participation ecosystem because of some of the things Mr. Anderson just said. So that means what? Real world asset global transaction flows. you all energybacked tokenization. Now, if you're hearing words for the first time, tokenization, digitization, you know, uh scoring all project X, you're like, what is all this about favors? Well, I'm going to show you right now. The project X node, ladies and gentlemen, is simply this.

[00:12:13]It's a node that is a NFTbased limited digital participation license. What does that mean? That means it's designed to participate in all the revenue allocation models that is connected to the project X, the airport deal that he was talking about, uh the real estate deal, which I'm going to be sharing in a moment, the oil deal. We even got some other things that I'm going to share when we get to it. But what you need to understand is what I want you all to hear is that there's only 12,000 of these nodes. So there is limited NFT base and they're transferable. But guys, I'm telling you now, this right here has the potential to really position some of you all who have eyes to see and ears to hear to position yourself for retirement. Okay? So, what is I'm what am I saying? Four engines, one limited access layer because we have a deal real estate, the legato. Then we have the Nigerian oil, that's tokenization. Then we have secondary market activity and we have struct uh structure, excuse me, assetbacked tokenized deals. And so you're hearing me talk about tokenization. You all we able to take and participate in I want to say shares but it's not like it's shares you all. The reality is some of these deals you couldn't even hear about because you're not a sophisticated or accredited accredited investor. But you get to participate because tokenization means that you can now buy fractional shares or fractional. You can have fractional access. That's the word I'm looking for. To certain layers of companies that you would never even hear about. Okay. So, in case you're wondering what a node is, here's a quick clip that's going to tell you just that.

[00:17:45]So this is our project in Roondo Beach, the Eddie Roondo Hotel, which is a Hilton Curio collection, which is just completing construction here by the end of the year, beginning of uh next year.

[00:18:03]Uh it has glass elevators that overlook the ocean. It has panoramic views. It has uh luxury inside and out. It's next door to the Eddie Roondo uh residences that we've also completed and built. Rooftop deck and lounge. Look at that.

[00:18:24]>> The views are spectacular. Those are actual views of the Pacific Ocean. As you go, this is the opposite side of the building. Could you uh connect the party venues from the third and fourth level?

[00:18:40]>> Barely, pool, bar, restaurant that wrap around to uh meeting spaces and party venues for both uh uh entertainment and uh private events.

[00:18:54]The moment as it it goes from area finishes to uh stage and entertainment facilities.

[00:19:08]>> When is this going to be done?

[00:19:09]>> The end of this calendar year. So, within the next six months.

[00:19:14]>> As you walk around with the view, you're still on the roof deck that opens to uh stage and modular seating, fire pits that all can be relocated for event venues of 3 400 people at a time. over there at at on the roof.

[00:19:33]>> Yes, at the roof deck and stuff. So, this is the first project of the in Roondo Beach for the hotel, which we're rolling out multiple.

[00:19:45]>> We're not all, you know, Mediterra is not only the first to do serious real world asset tokenization, but they're also the best because we started at the top. We didn't build up to this. We started at the very top. We took the best assets >> possible on the planet.

[00:20:08]>> Another uh beach oriented Southern California location by the Pacific Ocean. This is Pia Del Rey near Marina del Rey. Uh this is a project you could This is the ocean in the background.

[00:20:25]You'll watch it scale as it's being conceived and and grow >> and all as part of that $5 billion tokenization project.

[00:20:34]>> This is I mean >> we we own this. We own all three yellows. This is again beach public access. Our uh the triangle property we just looked at is is right here across from the park and across from the beach.

[00:20:58]>> Yes. PCH, >> you know, where PCH is at river.

[00:21:01]>> I mean, >> this is the harbor complex coming out from Marina del Rey with all the boats and yachts.

[00:21:07]>> This is in Orange County.

[00:21:09]>> Orange County on MacArthur Boulevard by the Newport Beach Freeway 55. Yeah, this is MacArthur Boulevard is a famous street. the 55 freeway which is Newport Beach Freeway. Very famous. You can see the ocean. You can see the airport.

[00:21:24]>> It's the most polished property states has to offer. I'm the best.

[00:21:29]>> Orange County. Uh this is just recycling. There's >> how many units?

[00:21:34]>> 278 units that are being completed now.

[00:21:38]>> And it will have a hotel >> hotel component adjacent uh similar to the >> one in Ronda.

[00:21:45]>> And you know that's the good thing about this. We're not talking about conceptual. We're talking about near completion of brand new assets, the best properties in the country, in the world.

[00:21:58]>> Like you could start going to visit them next year.

[00:22:02]>> This same is the Roando part is actually 90% 90% occupied and and the hotel >> and same as this. This is about 80% as well. So under constructs >> fantastic. I mean it's been a great freef falls and especially >> now listen I'm going to pause it right there because it goes on a little longer but I want you all to hear and I want you all to see that we are not just talking about doing something and dreaming big. We are actually in the process and and having access to this.

[00:22:38]Okay. So what does that mean for you and I? That means you all the legato deal the RWA deal real estate and hospitality you all is the is project X is connected to project X because this this is landmark that is premium for us. Why do I say that? Because it's a $5 billion asset you all that none of us would even have an ability probably never even would have heard about had it not been for Bellator and these project X which gives us ability to have fractional ownership.

[00:23:07]Are you all I'm hoping you all are is seeing what's happening. Five billion.

[00:23:12]Let me break that down so you can see it. The legato deal itself, ladies and gentlemen, is 5 billion in terms of that that process. Anytime someone use our rails, use our our software, our our products. 25% of that is going to Metatra and rightfully so. But uh a portion of that is also going to project X. It's about 8% of that. Now I'm not a finance advisor so I'm gonna say that you can do the math but if you own one of those nodes then once it gets verified transaction happens throughout the day every day all across the world you all. Now that's just one of the deals. Now we also have something if you remember in the beginning I talked uh you you saw something about Oando oil that's the Nigerian oil tokenization deal ladies and gentlemen that deal is worth three billion. So now we already have inked 8 billion that is going to be dividend spit up over through the node holders. See I have to digress cuz I get excited when I start talking about it y'all. So you mean to tell me that project X is opening a new energy back chapter a large scale tokenized Nigerian oil model designed to connect one of Africa's most important energy markets with global digital and infrastructure. Yes, that's what the company does. And so energy becomes the engine. Tokenization becomes the bridge that allows you and I to have access.

[00:24:33]Once again, ladies and gentlemen, it's all about having access to these type of deals before they even hit market. We get first movers advantage because we're in it. So right here is the math. 3 billion in this deal, 25% allocation to meta. And then project X holders, that's you and I. If you hear, if you see it, if you so choose to participate, then 8% gets sent to us as node owners. Now, there's something else that I need to share with you all cuz this is hot off the press, but the three most valuable assets on the planet, you all, is real estate, oil, and gold. If you look up the term RWA, it's going to say these type of commodities that have physical properties. That's real estate, oil, and gold.

[00:25:20]Well, we just found and got a word and I think I can share this that we just inked another gold I mean another deal with gold that's worth three billion. So now it's 5 billion for the real estate deal, 3 billion for that oil deal and then another three billion for the gold deal that's 11 billion you all.

[00:25:37][laughter] Are you seeing what I'm what I'm saying to you? So think about this. You mean to tell me, doc favors, that I could have access to all of that and gain daily income from that in the form of digital money? I I figured you all start getting what I'm saying now. That's why I had to slow down because I I was trying to get there. But let me tell you, this is too good to pass over because when I tell you that we we looking at this, some people getting their time back, some people retiring once again. I'm literally seeing people getting comment checks and hearing people that's 74, 75 years old saying, "Look, I'm so excited.

[00:26:10]I just can't hide it. I'm about to lose control and I think I like it. Excuse me for quoting the song on the point but it is the truth you all. We have people whose lives are being changed because of this because of the project Xnote and they're benefiting from it. So how do we benefit from it? We benefit because there's a whole ecosystem now that has activity across the world you all. And so now with revenue allocation that goes to my wallet, to your wallet, all you have to do is make a decision to participate and next thing you know, you're going to see something. Now, how do we participate? How do I get one of these these nodes favors? Very easy you all very simple.

[00:26:53]Project X can be bought on V1 or V2.

[00:26:57]Whoever invited you to this call, they can say more and show you more about it.

[00:27:00]But I just want to show you it's 1,600.

[00:27:03]They have a deal 1 plus one. Hear me when I tell you. When we got in it, it was 1,600 for just one. Now you have an opportunity to get two. Let's say someone with the 30,000 and they get 25 plus 25 plus 7. That's 57 of these NFTts. Once again, you do the math. You fit you get in where you fit in. But what I'm sharing with you all is whatever you have and you can stand it.

[00:27:27]I can't tell you what to do. I know we did. My wife and I, we definitely positioned ourselves because there's no way when these start coming to pass, when they start paying, when they well, they paying every day. But something amazing is going to happen around September. Now, I'm not going to say it out loud here, but I will tell you this.

[00:27:45]Those of us who are situating ourselves and positioning ourselves to get these here to purchase these nodes around September, you're going to be a very happy person. Okay. I want you to hear his heart and hear the inflections and hear about a few minutes of what he's going to say when we was on that call. And I'll come back. I'll I'll I'll set it down. [00:28:40]So, if you just saw what was presented here, um what you're looking at is the future of finance in a company.

[00:28:53]The score ID that he showed is built by one of the best data credit analysts in the world.

[00:29:05]We can look at uh what people are doing in web 3 in crypto and we can give a bank the credit score. what that means as far as what is the risk to the bank of lending uh money to that person and we have a game plan and it's not just web three uh score we also own the traditional scoring um relationship so when someone pulls a score from us there's traditional which is the Experian Equifax that side of things and we're giving what's happening in crypto. We're the only ones in the planet who can do that.

[00:29:52]We built it. We invested in it. It cost a few million.

[00:29:58]And then we have Miracle Pay. By the way, today we got two contracts from two airlines for Miracle Pay today back to back.

[00:30:07]>> Wow.

[00:30:08]>> So, we have BMW, we have Shopify. We've announced that. Now, we have two airlines. one of the biggest commuter airlines in Europe and another French one.

[00:30:19]So, this doesn't happen, I know, in network marketing and it wasn't supposed to be involved in the industry. It's because I showed up and I looked and I said, you know, we should do it this way. And then we started we started uh Cash NFT and now we got Bellator.

[00:30:45]So, so what we what we what just happened is, you know, after nine years of building this and we've been funding it through digital products through uh you know our efforts the community has has built this company actually we together have built this company and the we've been supporting the company actually now we did the African energy company, the biggest energy company in in Africa, uh a $3 and a4 billion dollar deal.

[00:31:25][clears throat] >> And uh the Southern California real estate, [clears throat] those two together is $8 billion.

[00:31:36]Meditate gets 25% of that and there's a $15 million marketing budget for that.

[00:31:50]And I believe those two are the biggest tokenizing deals so far in the world. And we as a network marketing company get to be part of that.

[00:32:06]It's unbelievable.

[00:32:10]Now, 8% of that 2 billion goes to Project X. It's 12,000 nodes.

[00:32:19]And if you guys understood, some of you do, many don't when we're saying you can get 57 for 30,000 or you can get one for six, 1600, two for 1,600.

[00:32:41]the you can retire on three of these is so big because that's the first two phases of these two companies. They're doing a third phase, a fourth phase. Cuz when we do that deal with the oil company, for instance, just so you guys understand this, what it takes for a >> listen listen I I just wanted to I wanted you to hear that from the CEO, Mr. Theodor himself. So everything that I've I've shown you tonight, what I've said to you, you've heard it two or three times now. We learn through repetition. You heard about the airport.

[00:33:25]You heard about the real estate deal. He just told you. First fate. You heard about the oil deal. He just told you.

[00:33:31]But did you hear him when he said also Miracle Pay closed two airlines? Oh, did you hear him say BMW?

[00:33:39]Oh, did you are y'all hearing me? Hey, I'm having to really contain myself right now because you know what? I'm I'mma say like this because I I got a feeling some of you all I seen someone ask a question. Hey, I got a feeling that some of you all want to get back with the person who invited you to this.

[00:33:55]So, let me just show you how you do that. You I mean, what you need to do, we have V1 or V2. Uh you can and the person who invites you to this call, they can definitely walk you through that. We are suggesting I think a V1 for our team because there's a structure base that goes with that. Uh but the I want you to understand this that this project X you all is a NFTbased access model that has commission structures to it that has that puts you closer to real assets stronger through real deals and bigger through global tokenization.
