[00:05:19]And every Sunday millions of Ghanaians are emptying their pockets inside churches run by men who have never heard the voice of God in their lives. This is the story nobody in the pulpit wants you to hear. Ghana is one of the most religious countries on Earth. Over 70% of the population identifies as Christian. Churches outnumber schools in some communities, outnumber hospitals in others, and somewhere between genuine faith and desperate poverty, a dangerous industry was born. It started slowly. A pastor claims a vision, he calls a sick woman forward, he shouts, he pushes, she falls, the crowd erupts, and the cameras roll. What looks like a miracle on Sunday was rehearsed on Saturday. The woman was planted, the sickness was scripted, and the offering bucket that follows is the whole point of the performance. But, it gets darker than that. Some prophets have sold holy water promising it kills HIV. Others have sold anointing oil guaranteeing financial breakthroughs. Bottles labeled the blood of Jesus sold to grieving mothers hoping to save sick children. Handkerchiefs blessed by the man of God available for purchase at the back of the auditorium after service. Seats in the front row sold as divine positioning. And when the miracles do not come, the explanation is always the same. Your faith was too small. You did not give enough. The breakthrough is coming. Just so one more seed. These are not men of God. These are businessmen who discovered that in a country filled with suffering, hope is the most profitable product you can sell. People have died, and the prophet who gave the instruction is already preaching the following Sunday to a full auditorium. The Ghanaian government has attempted regulation. Debates rage in Parliament, but the industry is too big, too financially powerful. Some of these men own private jets, luxury mansions, and media empires built entirely on the tithes of people who cannot afford three meals a day. These prophets are not just exploiting the greedy, they are exploiting the grieving. The mother whose child is sick, the young man who cannot find work, the woman in a broken marriage. They come to church not because they are foolish, they come because they are desperate. And desperation in the hands of a manipulative man wearing a white suit and a microphone is one of the most dangerous combinations in the world.

[00:07:30]Faith is not the problem. The problem is the wolves who learned to wear the shepherd's clothing. The men who turned the house of God into a marketplace, and the broken people of Ghana into their most loyal customers. Not every pastor is a fraud. Not every church is a scam.

[00:07:47]But until Ghana holds the first ones accountable, the vulnerable will keep paying and the prophets will keep counting. They are saying >> Okay.
