Redeploying Talent: A Missed Opportunity in MultifamilyAdded:
what I'm what I'm frustrated by in our industry is to watch the same mistakes that if we have done in the past. And as rapidly as things are changing and we have this opportunity to do a better job, to to provide better experiences for our customers and our associates, happen to AI in ways and have that enterprise intelligence, and then we just lay off good people after good people and not thinking about this person is so good at what they do. How do I redeploy them someplace else where there is a need, a gap, or a desire to be more forward-thinking? And I'm really frustrated. I really am looking at this going we're making the same mistakes. So here as we're evolving, we're not evolving in that practice and we're not finding ways to make sure that people are are okay on the other side.
