The social trust is evaporated and people are taking advantage of it and the same is true with our federal benefits programs. Huge segments of the population have decided to take advantage of the generosity and trust of American citizens through deception and fraud and billions and billions of dollars each year leave our programs into the hands of pirates, fraudsters, scammers, and gangs who treat American generosity as little more than a get-quick-rich scheme.
