[00:00:06]>> Outreach workers in Richmond are sounding the alarm over rise in seniors without homes. Tom Tang is 76 years old living on the streets of Richmond with cognitive and mobility needs. He doesn't speak English but through a translator told CTV News he doesn't have a tent right now and doesn't want another one after his last one went missing while he was out. Outreach workers say Tom has lived in the community for decades but lost his housing a few years ago and now has no family to turn to. Outreach workers say more seniors are falling into homelessness with more than a dozen now staying at a local emergency shelter.
