So, for the past two days, but today I woke up feeling so much better and that is why I was able to pick up the camera and start vlogging again because yeah, I didn't vlog yesterday. It was Monday. I didn't vlog at all. Um, but yeah, today we're starting off a new vlog for the new week. Um, I'm going to go to the gym now and then I will come back. So, I'm probably going to make some breakfast, I guess.

[00:16:42]The girl that I struggle Hi guys, welcome back to another day of the vlog. Um, I just made myself some uh oatmeal pancakes and some iced coffee as well. There's something that I really want to speak about.

[00:17:21]There's something that I want to speak about with you guys.

[00:17:26]Child, you know what? Um, I was pancakes. One of the challenges that I face as that is family orientated and a person that thrives when I am surrounded by those that I love. Um but unfortunately because of um work fortunately and unfortunately because of I ended up being basically alone.

[00:17:57]Um here yazi whenever I'm here up at base in dha and I'm here in this like apartment the one that you do guys you guys do know that I share most this space I don't live and there's three of us here motivation to actually do things small things like and I don't put in the effort when I do is I just do it because okay I just have to And that's not the way that I am as a person. But this me being here changes me.

[00:18:40]If I was in a space where I am very very happy to be there. Um I'm surrounded by the people that I love and care most about. I go all the way out when it comes I enjoy cooking for aband.

[00:18:53]I enjoy cooking for my family. really enjoy cooking for my friends and when I do do it I put in so much effort you know so now I'm being as pancakes the only pancakes that I just made I put in zero effort but I'm making these for my people and I'm with them and I know when I eat with and sit with them and then we can enjoy a meal together I would have put in the effort I would have made like um some syrup. I would have added some fruits like all of that. I would have I would have put in effort. But because I know in what's the point of putting effort, I'm just going to sit here and stare at the wall that is literally in front of me because I'm not sharing this meal with anyone. As a result, I end up not I don't put in any effort when it comes to my space here because and it's it's a reflection of how I feel about being here. You know, it is a reflection of how I feel about being here. I don't know if I'm making sense, but one of the biggest challenges that I'm facing at this point in my life is that I wish I wish I could live with the people that I care about. I've had my fair share of staying alone and being alone um here and it's enough. Honestly and truly, it is enough.

[00:20:30]is longing to be with the people that I love and care about.

[00:20:37]But it doesn't mean I'm ungrateful for I keep on sitting this because it gives me the light. It doesn't mean that I am ungrateful for my job of me being here. I love my job.

[00:20:48]Don't get it twisted. I love my job. My job is my passion if you didn't know. I genuinely genuinely do enjoy seven zam but I just wish that I could have the job and also at the same time just also have this part so that I can thrive equally. You know what I mean? That's why you'll find me that every single chance that I get um I leave like if I'm off for even if it's 3 days nap, trust me, I will pack my suitcase and I will get out and go spend time with my people because it's not nice. And to think that now my job entails me being alone because even when I travel to these countries, it's not like when I get there things get different. Absolutely not. Because when I get there, I sit in the hotel rooms alone. I eat every single meal that I have. I'm going to have it alone. So, there's no difference. And I've been doing this for 4 years. For 4 years.

[00:21:59]I do not recommend. You can do it for a couple of years when you're still young.

[00:22:11]Even my therapist told me this um during one of our therapy sessions.

[00:22:17]She said it and I was like, "You're not lying." She told me that when you have you feel like your time up has come to an end.

[00:22:30]you don't feel like you belong there anymore and you feel you want to be around the people that you love and the fact that you can't get that it's eating you alive and I'm just like that is true that is absolutely true genuinely and truly speaking my living conditions and But I'm waiting. I'm waiting for something something has to give, man.

[00:23:05]Like honestly, something has to give because God knows my heart. God knows the type of person that I am. And I don't know what the future holds. But what I do know is the fact that I don't feel like I belong here anymore. And those are just the challenges that you face as a person who is placed in an environment that is like this. Because even when I think about it, post high school and university, I was always with my friend, my best friend, we studied at the same institution and we lived together at the same in the same room. So, yes, I'm a person.

I don't heavily rely on people or depend on um aband no no no no no if I have to do something on my own I trust me I will this is why I've been able to survive here for such a long time because I've set my mind to it trust and believe in disobian and I will see through it so it's not that I'm codependent on people absolutely not but now I'm starting to feel that void of not having people around me and it really really does not feel that Great. I don't like feeling like this at all.

[00:24:24]But anyway, I trust God. I trust that something will come up and I will no longer have to be all alone by myself.

[00:29:40]Um, I probably got here like an hour and 30 minutes ago, and I'm very lazy to go to the gym, but I had made a promise to myself that I want to close off my rings for the entire um month of May. So, I intend on keeping that promise to myself. So, I am going to show up.

[00:30:06]Um yeah, it's such a short layover because it's only 17 hours layover. So I couldn't even go anywhere. One of the reason why guys I'm so broke. I don't even want to act because um I'm very broke. I don't want it to go unsaid broke. I am living off.

[00:30:33]Um so I certain things are just prioritis isn't um and because of that I am unable to do certain things. I just have to sacrifice a few things here and there um for a certain period of time and then but I'll be back up trust and believe I'll be back up very very soon food on top of it. So, um that's the reason why I'm not going out cuz I could have the weather's amazing.

[00:31:05]Um but yeah, cuz I'm so I'm not going to go out. What I will do though is um don't mind. So, I'm thinking of just doing a home workout here in my room instead of going to the gym. Um and then I can go to the gym tomorrow when I get back to base. Um, and then once I finish that workout, I'm going to take a walk cuz we live just by the airport, the hotel. It's an airport um hotel. So, it's just the walking. I just have to cross the street and then I get to the airport and then I will just go and buy myself some Burger King pa for for dinner and then come back again, eat, sleep, wake up in the morning and fly back cuz as I mentioned, it is a very short layover. I'll quickly do a room tour and show you guys. It's a very very small room. I don't even think it's a very very small. Everything is just But yeah, that's the chat. Um, let me do a quick let me get my iPad out and then workout just to close off my rings. Nothing much. Probably do like a 20 minute workout and then colors.

[00:32:51]um suitcases with my clothes. That's my for work. And then yeah, it's just my uniform and clothes. And then the bathroom and the guy's lay.

[00:33:23]This hotel room is very very tiny. I'm feeling a bit cold as well. I look so beautiful. Like I don't want that to go unset.

[00:34:02]Okay. So, I found a quick yoga stretch.

[00:34:08]um full body stretch workout that I'm going to do cuz yeah I know you know for some odd reason I feel so tired like physically tired my body like feels like physically tired after each flight and I think the reason behind that is also because um I see we're not working as like normal hours and stuff like that so you'll find that I'll work for four or five days and then I'm off for another 5 days. You get what I mean?

[00:34:43]So, and then I'm off for like an entire week and then I have to start again because you know what I mean. So, I think that's why every time I land because these flights they're very short cuz I'm doing mostly uh European sectors. Yesterday I came back from Paris but even when I got to Paris I was very tired. Um so I think that's one of the reasons why like physically exhausted after each flight. So I just want to stretch my body cuz that usually really does help.

[00:35:21]Whenever um I feel like physically exhausted from I always just stretch do um a full body stretch and then I feel better. Um, yeah, hopefully tomorrow I feel better by the time that I get back to bed so that I can start going back to the gym and work out the way that I usually do. So, yeah, let's do that.

[00:36:01]At least I managed to close all of my rings, which is great. But y I need to catch my break. My break. My breath.

[00:36:27]Okay, I ended up doing a bit of cardio um because the yoga was not feasible because Jesus Christ. That was good though. The yoga stretches were nice initially, but then it wanted me to use and so I just decided to do like a 10-minute cardio workout and yeah. No.

[00:36:56]No worries. Which is the good thing is that I managed to close all of my rings, which is great. So, now I'm going to take a quick shower and then I'm going to head out because and the time now here is uh 6 uh 6 4:50 p.m.

[00:38:42]And what I like about them is that so I always carry these um in a you always find one in my handbag. Um they smell this one smells very very nice. I really do like this one.

[00:42:56]It's another day. It's a new day. Um, and I just got back from a grocery, a quick grocery run. Um, I bought a few items because today is Wednesday. Wednesday the 20th, I guess. Wednesday the 20th of May. I have exactly one week and then I'm I'm going back to Dubai again in a week's time. So, I just went to the grocery store just to grab a few things. And also I've run out of uh ilantoa dresses my um turmeric juices and my skin has been breaking out. I don't know if you guys can see this.

[00:43:46]See I break her out. I think it's because of uh my I'm going to get my period in the next 4 days. It did say uh me health appam notified me yesterday that I should expect my period in the next 4 days. So I think that's why I was package when it comes to my skin.

[00:44:10]Um but it's much better now. I handled it with euka with my skin care. Um but I haven't had turmeric shots in a week because I ran out and I didn't uh do new ones. So I had to go buy ingredients.

[00:44:25]Um, and then there's also a new truth that I want to try out that I saw on Instagram from this lady. Her page is, if you guys want juice ideas, um, her page is with Ka, this is her on Instagram.

[00:44:46]So, I found a it's a black pineapple juice recipe that I want to try. So, I also got those products for lay your a juice. So, I will be doing two juices today, the normal ones that I usually do and then which I'm not going to show you guys, but I will show you the new one that I'm going to make, the black pineapple juice, so that you guys, if you want to try it out, you can um just do that. Um I need to be very consistent because I need my skin to glow without even having makeup on it.

[00:45:22]This is why even at the gym because I want to look very very good. I want to be happy with when that time comes and also my skin as well. So that's what I'm going to be doing. Um and then I'm going to bake as well today. I'm off.

[00:45:37]So I'm going to bake if I'm not too tired. I haven't eaten the whole day and it's already 1.

[00:45:44]I'm also going to bake while once I'm done doing the juices. And then I did a bit of laundry. One thing about it, if you're a person that is consistent at the gym, you will know the struggle of having on a regular because it piles up and you can't repeat especially if you were sweating.

[00:47:00]Not really a fan of the chicken, but then I also got some lamb chops, lamb pot, whatever. Then some tomato paste for the lamb and some granola.

[00:47:30]I got some pineapple. I almost didn't buy I almost didn't do this black pineapple juicing because pineapple and I couldn't find the pre-cut pineapples. So I had for because I wanted to I should just buy a syrup and the syrup has sugar and it just doesn't make sense. The whole reason I'm trying to do these things cuz I want them to be as healthy as possible. So, and it's so expensive. It was 18 real.

[00:48:08]It's almost 80 rand or just Yeah, it's probably almost 80 rand. Yeah, something like that. Then I also got these um blackberries for the same juice. I got these ones. Yeah, for the same juice.

[00:48:27]Just ginger, orange, lemons, some bananas for my oatmeal pancakes, and mango. My favorite fruit in the entire world, mango. So, that's the things that I got.

[00:50:57]Um but yeah, that's why I only made just one bottle. And then now I'm going to make this new one, the black pineapple juice. So, this is what you're going to need. You're going to need the pineapples. I chopped these already.

[00:53:57]Before I even continue to close off this vlog, there's something that I want us to briefly just touch on and speak about and this is coming from a point of guys um I just want to say to you guys that we're not alone.

[00:54:21]Anyway, I was watching a vlog and and she was basically opening up um about the financial difficulties that she's finding herself in, the uncertainty that she's in a woman bike at this point in time. And that has gotten her to start questioning. Um not not in a bad way, but sometimes when you go through things in life and you tend to forget that God is still God through it all. You know what I mean? And I've noticed that I briefly spoke about this on my other social media platforms.

[00:54:54]We all going through it. I just want to tell you if you're going through something right now, but it's just that sometimes our pains, we don't put them out there for the world to see. But today, I just want to reassure you that you are not the only person that is going through it. We all are.

[00:55:16]and majority of us are crying about if you are going through something I just want to let you know that God is still there. Okay? God is still there and please don't let please don't let your your pain and your sufferings um be your final destination. It isn't. It gets better and all of these things because guys and as we all know the older we get the more problems that we face. We can face blessings like God will bless you with something and you've prayed and fasted for but then you wait for man and then it starts giving you other problems that you didn't think about. That's just the journey of life. I just want us to master Indana. Even through all of the trials and the difficulties and the tribulations that we face as young adults that we are, we need to always find the good things that the Lord has done for us. And may we hold on to all of those good things when we are facing at the present moment. So I want us to always I'm sure you think you have that you never ever thought that but you did. So in these difficult times that you're going through right now I want you to hold on to that and let that be a reminder that God is still present. God knows and this is just a part of your story.
