A successful job search requires a strategic approach rather than volume-based applications, focusing on four key elements: (1) Clear target role definition to enable recruiters to quickly understand your value, (2) Positioning-based CV and LinkedIn optimization that matches your target role and shows measurable achievements, (3) Building industry-specific networks to gain referrals, and (4) Tracking applications to identify patterns and improve your strategy. This systematic approach transforms job seekers from passive applicants into proactive candidates who can navigate the competitive job market effectively.

We have to just make use of like the remaining time that we have and I promise you that it's going to be worth it. like you are going to leave here with things you've never heard of on your journey. And yes, this webinar is free. Like this is a completely free webinar, but I'm going to share some things, some framework that I use for my paid clients because I have a couple of paid paid clients. So um one thing I want us to do right now is to you know in the telegram group just comment that you're live try as much as possible to uh drop the link in there we're live in here right now on your social media just post that we're live uh the the session is live right now okay so um a couple of more people are joining in about 20 people I think this is really good. I can see Adi here to learn from the best. You're welcome.
You're going to learn from the best. Um Aita a role in AI and automation. Uh we also have Salo looking for that entry.
So let's let's get to it. Let's get to it real quick. Let's get to it. Now there's a reality that a lot of people are facing today. A lot of job seekers are facing this reality today. And the reality is you apply for a job, you wait, you refresh your email and nothing. Ghost silence, right?
You try it over and over again and it's just pure silence. And after a while, after a couple of tries, after you know shooting your shot on multiple occasions, your confidence level kind of like deepens. It drops and you start questioning yourself. You start questioning yourself that okay, what is going on? I am doing everything that they're telling me to do, but nothing is working. Right? And that is what we are trying to do here today. Right?
A lot of people are qualified today, but they are still being ignored.
They are being ignored. It's because those people that are qualified don't know the structure. They don't know the framework that can get them the opportunity that they want. On average, a candidate in Nigeria today submits about 10 applications, 15 applications per day. At the end of the week, you will find out you've submitted over 100 application. The problem is not you are not qualified. You are qualified. You have all the resources, right? The problem is you don't know the strategy that would get you the interview. Now this is just this call is just about getting as many interview as possible right the call this webinar today is for you to be able to get many interview because if you don't get an interview you cannot get a job right yes very few certain percentage of people can actually get a job without having to go through interview there are some people like that right but a lot of people Like it's just 1% of the 1% that can actually get this kind of opportunity, right? Because maybe by the virtual of virtue of who they know or the personal brand they have built, people know their work already. So they don't necessarily have to go through interview, right? They don't go to go through any form of interview. They just get recommendations and they go there and they're getting the job and they're getting a very high paying job. most of the time, right?
So, applying more does not automatically fix your problem. It doesn't fix the problem that you have. Your job search process is broken. And that is why you are not getting enough responses.
You are not getting interviews, invite.
Now personally I have gone through like I work in a very big organization. I work in one of the biggest fintexs in Nigeria and we are competing globally right that's a bit about me. I need to talk about myself so you can know why you should listen to me. Some of you know me already from probably on Facebook and you might not have heard about my own personal story right? I studied physics education in in school.
I studied phys physics education at school and um I finished with a third class by the way. So by default right I am not the best of the best when it comes to certificates um uh you you know what you finish from school I'm not best of the best I finished my top class right like I finished with 1.69 so it's not even a top class of like 2 something 1.69 69 right but today I am working in a global organization I've worked with two of the biggest fintexs in Nigeria right and I have a third class so there's a process to all the things that you need to know because if you don't know it you would be battling with a broken job search system and if your job search is broken you're just putting in effort But you don't have any strategy.
What happen is you get exhausted and that is why you see people I have seen people who who are in the job search process for months and I'm talking about months 12 months 1 year 2 years and they're unable to bounce back or get a job. Right? So you're going to die from exhaustion if you don't fix that broken system. And that is why I felt okay this is the right thing to do for people right to help them navigate this particular order of getting as many interview as possible. Now there's a reality out there, right? And the reality is the numbers of people who are trying to get a job is more than the numbers of people, numbers of jobs that are available. That is a constant reality that is out there.
But if you don't fix your job search process, right? If you don't if you don't fix that process, what happens?
you are going to be part of the thousands or millions of people who are looking for opportunity because they don't understand the process behind it.
Like I have gone through I am an HR person. I have I have I have been on both ends of the recruitment process as a candidate and also as an HR and I see things anything that I'm telling you right now on this call are things that I've seen personally being on both ends like both both side of the interview as a candidate and also as a as a recruiter. So whatever information I'm giving you right now is a valid information that if you make use of this information is going to transform your job search process. So let's lock in.
Now most people are used to this system which is the volume based job search.
They are constantly applying randomly.
Right? That's the first thing. When it comes to volume based you just see job posting everywhere and the next thing that comes on your mind is just apply.
Apply, apply, apply, apply. You're applying randomly to every job on LinkedIn. You're applying to like 20 jobs in the space of like 20 minutes.
You move from LinkedIn, you go to Twitter, you're seeing different job posting and you applying to those jobs job posting. You move from Twitter, you go to different job boards and you keep you just keep on applying.
That is volume based job search. Right now this sort of people because of the volume based job search that they are doing they are sending the same CV everywhere. Right? Their CV is not optimized. Right? I want to believe that most of the most of the people on this call are my audience people who have followed me or they've seen my video from somewhere and they find those videos valuable. So probably you must have understood that you cannot use one same CV every time you're applying for job right. So this kind of people they depend only on job bots like volume based is just on job bots LinkedIn indeed uh uh Twitter uh greenhouse is just job board that's what they depend on right and they don't have a clear mind of okay this is what I am looking for this is the clear target ro that I'm looking for this is the industry that I'm looking for this is the kind of role this I am looking for maybe a hybrid role a I'm looking for a on-site role I am looking for a remote role these things they don't have any strategy all that comes to their mind is apply apply apply right and at the end of the day they don't track any of those applications now when you don't track your applications you are in for a big [ __ ] right because there's no how you can follow up on things. You can you cannot follow up with probably the hiring manager. You cannot follow up with the decision makers. You cannot follow up with people who are working in those organization because you don't track it. volume based search and this is what 90% of the job seekers are doing just applying applying alone right being busy is not the same thing as being progressing you can you can you can be busy and you're busy in just one corner like you can just be applying and you're not moving because in the job market today there are a lot of false job that are out there right these jobs are not authentic job. So if you're busy just applying and applying and applying 100 job application in a week, 1,000 job application in a week without this without this strategy or this framework that we want to talk about in today's call, you are just going to be busy without moving anywhere. You won't get any result whatsoever. right now. What works? I've talked about positioning every now and then. I talk about positioning every day on my on my on my Facebook page, on my LinkedIn page, wherever you find me on Tik Tok. I have talked about job positioning every time, right? And and you know, when it comes to job search, um positioning based job search, right?
You know the role that you're looking for. You are specific. You are hyper specific about the role you're looking for.
Your CV itself speaks to that role.
Your CV speaks to the role. Right?
Your your LinkedIn supports that positioning. I'm going to I'm coming somewhere, right? I'm going to share some things so you guys can learn a lot from this thing that I'm talking about right now. your skills, you know, you can show proof for that skills for that um positioning based job search, right?
You create you create access through outreach and visibility and you can track what is working and what is not working. Now, when you have a goal of okay, this is the job that I'm looking for, you optimize your CV to match with that goal. Your LinkedIn matches with your CV, right? Even if you want to do some twerking on your CV, it would not automatically alter the course of your LinkedIn page, right? Because today you will see some people on TV they are admin person on LinkedIn they are data analytics, right?
on on LinkedIn they are video editor on on this thing they are something different entirely when you send your application and they check they're checking your profile to just see if this thing matches with each other and they don't matches what happened they throw your CV into the bin because they know that you have cooked something on your CV right sorry All right. And that is why it is very very important that you do a positioning based job search.
It is very very important. Very important that you do a position. You position yourself as an expert and you go down that lane.
No swaving around. Just focus. Hyper focus on that lane. And this is very very important because we're going to share some things later on in the course of this webinar that matches with why you should position yourself properly.
Right?
Okay. So um reason one why you are having issues on your job search your your target is not clear. That's the first thing. You're trying to look flexible or anything. Sometimes when I have engagement with people and they are looking for job. What kind of job are you looking for? They say I am looking for any job. Any job means nothing. It's easier for me to forget about you when you tell me I am looking for any job. I will not remember you. Right? I will not remember you.
On several occasions I have referred some people to roles. Right?
I have sent some people for like okay um this person has this opening send your CV in. The reason why I can remember them is because the iPad spec uh IP specific about the kind of job they are looking for. I know okay this person is looking for an HR job. Okay, I have an HR opening. This person is this person needs a recommendation for an HR opening.
Oh, this is the person that told me they were looking for HR job. I send them the link. And if you reach out to people and you're telling them you are looking for any job, you are not going to get any recommendation. You don't know yourself, you don't know the kind of opportunity that you're looking for. So you have to be hyper specific about the job that you are looking for, right?
customer ops, virtual assistant, product person, social media man, like you don't add everything together. Just be hyper specific with one thing that you're looking for. And the advantage of this, I will get to it later on in the course of the webinar.
I need to be able to place you instantly when I view your CV, right? I need to be able to say okay this person has experience in so so so so so right and this thing would also help you position your CV well but the moment you are trying to put every of your experience you want to put it into use right it makes it very dangerous it makes it easier for people to forget about you because in this world that we are right now yes you need to have multiple skills skills. You need to stack up multiple skills. But when you want to go in, you go in with one skills. When you get to that stage whereby they are interviewing you, you can talk about your experience in other spaces like I have done this before and I have this experience. I have this experience. Personally, I have done a lot of things in my life. But if you tell me, okay, what are you looking for?
I am an HR professional. when you bring me on board I know that okay I can build a system for HR which is some of the duty of back end or front end engineer right I am trying to do things in product management I am building my personal brand I can work as a social media manager like these are things skills that I have but if I want to write on my CV right now I will not put all these things in my CV it makes it very hard to even know okay what are you so you need to be very very clear.
Number one reason is because you're not clear with your target. A confused profile is very easy to skip. We have more than 1,000 application 2,000 application. If you cannot show me who you are, instantly within 6, 10, 30 seconds, I throw you off. And that is why you're not getting interview.
So this is a quick clarity exercise that I want you to do. And I want you to put that in the telegram channel right now or even um in the in the in the YouTube channel right now. Complete this exercise. I am targeting dash role in dash industry because I have dash skills.
So a a typical example for myself would be I am targeting HR role in fintech industry because I have um employee relation skills. Right? It could be different skills. It could be I'm a good communicator and that is why I'm looking for HR roles. I am a payroll specialist that is why I am looking for HR role. So I want you to put that copy this and quickly type this in the telegram channel right now. In the telegram channel right now type it. I am targeting this dash role entry level roles virtual assistant role in which industry specifically right because I have coordination employee support and documentation experience you need to put that right and that gives you if you cannot explain your direction in life recruiter will struggle to place you and if they struggle to place you what happens your CV goes down the rabbit hole.
Okay, let's move on.
Now, reason two why you're struggling and why you are applying to a lot of jobs and you're not getting any feedback is because your CV is too general. Your resume is too general. This is one of the biggest problem a lot of people are having.
last week. This week I reviewed a CV of someone with 15 years experience. 15 years of experience and you know in a chunk of the CV the person has just responsibilities in the CV. There's no impact. Someone with 15 years of experience, no impact, right? It makes it very difficult. it makes it very very difficult for you to be able to like you know get a role because of that kind of experience. So your CV focus on responsibility instead of impact is too general.
It doesn't match with the role that you're looking for. You have you have different experiences. You need to be able to coordinate your experience to match with what you are looking for.
I'm going to answer this question.
Someone is asking a question. Can you target more than one industry at one point going to answer this I have um uh one of those reason in there. So I'm going to answer it later on. Your CV lacks measurable achievement. There's no achievement. You know, you don't have impact. You don't have achievement. When you're writing your CV, when anytime I want to write a client CV, this is what I'm always thinking. Okay, what does success look like in this role?
That is the first thing that I always think. What does success look like in this role? And that is how I position the person as someone who is successful in that role. And when you start doing that, you will see the impact the person has. You would see the achievement the person has in that role. And another thing again is that your CV hide your value under a lot of text. You're just writing everything and everything on your CV. It's just jam-packed.
Jam-packed. So it makes it very difficult.
We as recruiter we are constantly scanning. So when I pick up a CV, the first thing is I just scan first, right?
Then I look for anything interesting that can peak my interest. Yes. Once I get that then I can go deep dive right but if your CV is too wordy it's too is too jam-packed with text the design is just flying everywhere and all these things it makes it very hard for you to read and once your CV is hard to read what happened what happened you they throw it in a toss right in the dust bin your CV should read like evidence of you being successful It's on your entire life story. I have worked as a teacher at every stage of my life. I kind of removed some things that are not um that are not in line with whatever job that I'm looking for. I remove it off my CV. My first ever corporate job, my first ever corporate job, right? It was sales.
I've never Okay, I've done sales. I've done network marketing. And that is what I you know um expanded on my CV. I've done network marketing for about like 3 years. I've done training and done a couple of things and I was going for a sales and development role. Right?
Though I didn't get the sales and development role. I got a training a trainer for sales and development because as a network marketer we are constantly training. So in the course of the interview I was able to explain things that I have done and they were like oh you have so much experience you should be able to train people in sales and development and I moved into sales and development even though I didn't later train anybody in sales and development I moved into another department within one same month I got a raise within one same month less than one month I got I moved to a different unit within one month I got a raise within one month of my job. This was far back as 2019. So you need to remove things not your entire story. When you go for interviews and you start having conversations with people, you can talk about your life stories, the way it relates with the job and the experiences that you have. But for now, your job is to get what? Is to get invites.
Now your CV should answer three strong question. I'm going to be very quick here. What role you're looking for? What relevant skills and experience do you have? Do you have any proof to show that you do those work? That is what your CV should be doing. Anything outside of this, forget about it. I'm going to move quick because we are um we are behind time already. So um what's the simple structure of a CV?
Very simple. Very very simple. Your bio, which is your name, um your contact information and the role that you're looking for. That's the first thing you should your CV should be showing. Your bio, your name, your contact information. Your contact information includes your LinkedIn page. It includes your phone number, your email address.
Make sure all these things are working right. Verify that they're working. Then the role that you are doing or the ones that you're looking for just put the role there right you have your professional summary which is next you have the core skills that you have soft skills hard skills the way it relates with the role that you are looking for right you have your work experience if you have any project or volunteer work your hard to it certifications you add to it education which is the fast, right? Certification. The reason why you need to you put your certification because these are like areas that we normally quickly look at, right? So, you put it in a way that is very very visible, right? So, let's move fast.
Reason three. Reason three, your LinkedIn is not helping you. Your LinkedIn is not helping you at all. And that is why you're stuck. And that is why you're not getting opportunities.
My current job, I got it from LinkedIn.
A lot of job seekers only use easy apply on LinkedIn.
Easy apply on LinkedIn. That's what they do. They only use LinkedIn to apply for job. And when they are applying for job, it's just easy apply, easy apply, easy apply, easy apply. Usually if you're looking for a senior role, it's very hard for you to see an organization put a senior role, a very senior role on easy apply.
It's so hard. So if you're looking for a role that will pay you 500K, 1 million, 2 million NRA, if you are in Nigeria, forget about easy apply. You have to think about a different strategy entirely.
Entirely. Most of the people that post jobs on easy apply when you look at them you will see that they are usually junior roles junior officers in organizations right and the roles are always junior role that is the simple truth a senior role doesn't really go on I'm not saying you cannot see a senior role under easy apply but it is very very rare before you would see a senior role under easy apply don't use LinkedIn for applying to jobs alone.
Recruiters use LinkedIn. Everybody CEO use LinkedIn.
Your profile should show immediately what you do and the role that you're looking for, the value that you bring to an organization. There's a way there's an optimization. I I think I have a free I'm going to give probably at the end of this webinar for everybody who joined this webinar. Uh I'll send the link I would share this freebie to us, right?
On how you can optimize your LinkedIn, right?
um your headlines when they search you right what should what should they be seeing when they search you a lot of people you see graduates open to work looking for opportunity that is what you see on their CV on their on their headlines on their headlines but you need to make sure that your headlines is attracting attracting people to your profile and that is why uh LinkedIn optimization is really good and your link your CV optimization should be optimized with your LinkedIn because you cannot be targeting a different role right and your LinkedIn is saying something different you won't get it doesn't match so you need to be hyperfocused on what role specifically that you're looking for what role what industry that you're looking for when you go deep down it makes it easier for you to be able to attract people that are in those role, attract recruiters that are in those role, attract CEOs, attract decision makers that are in those role. It makes it easier for you to connect and engage with people in those role and that way brings about what? Recommendation.
It brings about recommendation, right? So in the course of you optimizing your CV, right?
And the cost of you optimizing your CV, you also need to show up because optimizing is like owning a shop. Showing up means opening that shop and shedding what you have in that shop.
I have a someone that I follow on Facebook. He posted a design about some two days ago. This afternoon while I was just scrolling randomly, I saw his post again. was like, "Oh, someone reached out to him regarding the OP design that he designed some days back and they willing, they want to like, you know, um, work with him on a project." Open your shop.
LinkedIn is a shop. Optimize it, right?
Have a shop. That's the optimization.
Open the shop. Post on LinkedIn. Talk about things, right? Talk about things that you do.
Talk about things that you do. I have a I have a free I'm going to give you guys. I want to It's supposed to be a paid one, but I'm going to give you guys for free, right? It's how you can optimize your CV, like a a checklist of things you need to do on your LinkedIn.
And by the time you do that complete checklist of how you can set up your profile, your profile will pop up more to people. Now, popping up more to people is one part of the progress. The other part is you need to show up, right? Let's move fast.
Okay.
Okay. So, reason four why you are you're going to keep on applying and you're not getting any response. Reason four is is you are only applying, right? That's the only thing. You're just applying. There are some other things that you need to do that is not applying right interview do not always come from job water like in today's world right now there are there are like numbers of people that are being filled from interviews is so small a chunk of the talent is filled from referral from referral that's the One of the biggest way in which you can quickly get a job in this job market referrals your accounts being visible to to what's it called stakeholders stakeholders like recruiters CEOs um head of department these are the people that you should be looking out for today I work in the fintech space right I have almost everybody in in different fintech space in Nigeria like just mention one HR in the fintech space in Nigeria. I am connected to the person on LinkedIn and this is something that I I intentionally do. I built it over time. I just thought about it you know about two years ago. I thought about it. I work in this space right. I should have people in my space.
So I started anytime I see a new fintech spring up I am connecting with people there. I am connecting with people there. I am connecting with people there. You know the purpose of that in the case they have an opportunity or in the case that I am looking for an opportunity in the future. These are the first set of people that I would reach out to. They are in my network already.
We are connected. We are firstderee connection. I can go into their DM and message them. Hi Samuel, you know I saw you posted this opportunity. I am interested in this because of me showing up now. We might not be talking every now and then, right? But because I show up and I engage on your post, right? We might not be having we might not be very very very close. It's easier for him to like okay respond to me than you that they don't even know at all, right? me, I know him, we are online together. I engage on his post, right? I engage on his post, I share his post, right? And I when I reach out to him, it's easier for him to like, oh yeah, you normally engage on my post and all these things. Okay, send your CV in. And they see what I have been doing on the online space. They see my work, right? It's easier for me to get a referral or recommendation from that person than you who is just going to apply on job board alone. And that recommendation goes a long way. I remember one time a friend of mine sent a recommendation to me, right? Oh, if you should work in HR, there's this opening. I did a test, right? My score is not probably maybe top 15 people that did well in that test, right? But I get I got an interview. I got an interview for that job. Why? Because I was recommended by someone within the organization.
So every other people who are like maybe like top five, they might not get recommendation. Maybe top five, maybe the top five people might get an interview. But from 10 to about from five to about 15, some of them might not even get any interview invite. But I got an interview invite because someone recommended me for the role. Even though I did not get the role, I got I learned a couple of things in the journey of that role. Right? So you need referrals.
You need referrals and there are ways in which you can get referral. I think I should just talk about referrals because this is very very key here, right? It is very very key. If whatever industry you someone hacks the other time that oh can I target multiple industry? The moment you start targeting multiple industry, it means you're going to have like you have to be really really vast with those different industry. But if you hyper specific with one industry, it makes it easier. How many how many big players do we have in this specific industry? You know, you need to do research for you to be able to get referrals and recommendations from people. But the moment you target multiple industry, it means your your research will be very broad. I don't know if you have that time or bandwidth to be able to do those research but if you don't have that just focus on one industry it is usually the same trail right I worked at OP previously I am working in another big finan uh uh financial institution today now if I want to move it's easier for me to move because I have been in that industry for seven years already I have been in that industry for seven years and I know the in and An industry is really really good now especially for people who are just starting out like focus on some specific industry work move up the industry right move up the industry just jump little by little up the industry it makes sense for your career than just jumping into different industry when you jump into different industry it's very very difficult for you to get um interviews and this is one of the biggest problem a lot of people are facing today. They don't know this problem but it's one of the biggest problem especially when you want to work with some industry that requires like some specific knowhow. If you're coming from a different industry they will sideline you. They will pick someone who has a lower experience in that industry than you who are coming from another different industry because why companies do not want to train. This is something I'm giving you for a fact.
companies do not want to train again.
They don't have that bandwidth of training people now because they don't have bandwidth of training people. If they bring you from a different industry into their industry, it means you would spend 3 6 months before you can catch up with what they do. Some of the processes they're trying to like execute will delay. They rather bring someone who is in that industry that knows the SOP of how those things work to take those role. This is one of the biggest challenge a lot of people are facing today. And that's why I tell people focus on your industry. Focus, focus.
Just stay on that industry for a long period up as many time as possible.
Build a strong network in that industry.
Eventually, if you want to transition, you're going to be transitioning not to enter a junior role, right? Or a mid-level role, you're going to transition to enter a senior role, which in that case, your what will be really, really, really prominent for you to have is just people management skills, leadership skills and the likes, right?
Not SOPs.
Am I communicating? I want to see some emojis in the in the in the channel. Am I communicating? If you're feeling me, if you're feeling me, I want to see.
Just put something in the comment section. In the comment section, let me know if people are really engaged and they're listening to me.
Okay. Um, yes, just one person. We have about 30 people. If you want me to continue, I need about like five interactions or five comments in the comment section.
Let's go.
That's just one person still.
That's just one person. I don't want a situation whereby people are, you know, just listening listening on the side but they are not actively actively involved.
Okay. Um 1 2 3 4 remain one more person five please continue. Okay. Awesome awesome amazing amazing.
Now um all you need to do there's a part of like networking there's a part of code outreach there's a part of like community these are things that you can leverage on now these are not things that would you know instantly just give you a job in the next in the next one week or two weeks right but it is a longtime process like it's something you need to put especially for your job security, right? Because every organization today doesn't have job security. Even people who have a lot of money, you know, they are reducing cost drastically. So even if you're on the job, there's also a risk of getting laid off, right? There's a risk of getting laid off. So networking, visibility, um outreach, being in some community, these are like really really key things that would help you you know um navigate whatever uh whatever unforeseen circumstances that you might face. So apart from like you know just getting a job right.
Okay.
The last part here is people are not tracking their job search and this is one of the biggest problem.
This is one of the biggest problem that people are facing today. They don't track their job application. And if you don't track your job application, it's so hard for you to figure out the patterns, right?
At application stage, you know, am I getting interview invites? Right? If I'm not getting interview invites, it means my CV is bad.
That's one. It means maybe I'm not networking well, right? It means probably I'm applying to bad jobs, right? I'm applying to fake jobs or closed jobs. Like if you don't track those application, you cannot know what is going on.
You cannot know what is going on. If you don't track your application and that is why it is important to track the application. So if you track your applications and you get feedback right you know okay this job b that I apply for this job okay I can get feedback from this job but right when did they post this job is it because they post it posted it early and I am just applying very late right it shows you it gives you insight right into what is working and what is not working right how many how many job have you applied to 100 150 jobs.
Which version of your CV did you use?
Right. Oh, I got a response. Okay, this CV is working. Right, I can use this CV again. Right.
Which roles are getting responses from your application?
You know what outreach messages work for you? Like when you apply for jobs, do you send emails? You send code emails afterwards. Which message are people opening? Right? Which basically are people opening? What lesson do you learn from like okay they rejected me? You need to track your applications.
You need to track your applications right.
A a a serious job search needs a system not memory. Your memory will fail you.
But when you have a system right you know that okay this is what is working.
This is not working for me right now.
These things are not working for me. The code email is not working for me or the outreach message that I send is not working right. The cover letter that I send is not working. This cover letter is getting more opening than this one.
Right? This is getting me more interview. You know what you need to focus on and what you need to just twerk a bit. But if you don't track it, you will not see any insight. Me I am big on insight, right? I am big on insight.
anytime even building my personal brand, I am constantly checking my my dashboard.
Okay, what is going on in here? What is happening? Okay, this this is doing well. This is not doing well. When you fill when you fill the form to join this session, right?
when you fill the form to there's a there's a there's a there's a there there are some data that I have from there and I can see what people are actually facing and this is one of the reason why we are starting with this webinar at first right so you need to track your application if you don't track it you don't see any insights okay we spent about 1 hour already um we supposed to stop by 9 so let's let's move on. Let's move on. So your a simple job tracker is something you could you could do on yourself. You can create it on Excel, right? Company rules, whatever um date you apply for that job, which CV version you use. Uh is there did you contact anybody in there? Which recruiter did you contact? Which stakeholders did you reach out to? Did they accept your connection request? Did you follow up with them? What is the status? what lessons you learned from this application and that is why you need to be hyper focused. It's not about you know it's not about like volume based job search. It's about positioning like if it is just one application you can put in in one day and that application is quality right and you're bound to get a response it pays to do that than to apply for 10 jobs in one day that you will not get any response. video silence. Right? So, this is a simple job tracker that you can use.
Now, the interview call system is a framework.
Six things, right?
Clarity. Can you guys hear me? Clarity.
You need to know the roles that you're looking for. Two, positioning. Fix your CV. Fix your LinkedIn profile. Right.
Three, show evidence of your ability on your CV, on your LinkedIn. Four, access access to people within those organization. Very very critical. Very very critical. I have I have referred a like I've referred more than more than 100 200 people to different roles in the course of my career. Right? In the course of my career, I've referred different people and they've went on to be, you know, very top top people. I I've had more than 200 clients in the course of my, you know, just um building my personal brand, right? And they've went on to get high paying jobs. I'm talking about jobs that pay 10 million, 50 million jobs, right? I've had these people in my life that are my clients, right? So, you need access to people.
Yes, access, user outreach, visibility.
Five, tracking. Make sure you're measuring your wall application, right?
And six, prepare for better opportunity.
Prepare before the opportunity comes and also prepare when the opportunity comes.
Right?
When this six parts aligned together, you stop depending on luck. Now, don't get me wrong. I'm not saying there's no brace or luck when it comes to job search like completely. I'm going to give you guys a a small insight into something. If you know the numbers of people you're competing with, if you know the strength of people that you're competing with in the course of the interview, you will prepare like your life depends on it.
You will prepare like your life depend on it. And the moment you get an invite to the table to the table you get an interview invite it means there's something that you have it means there's something that you have that can get you the job. There's something that you have that can get you the job. Yes. So I'm seeing some people comment you know um how can we have access to this presentation um LinkedIn optimization and the powerpoints. I'm going to share all these things with you guys at the end of this rule session, right? I'm going to share with you. Um, but stick around. There's a better offer at the end of the at the end of the call. There's a better offer. I have something to share with you guys at the end of the call. So, a quick self audit for everybody who's on this call today.
Um, number one, is the role is the target role clear? Is your target role clear? like what role you're looking for. Is it very clear to you? Do you have an understanding of okay this is what I need for this role?
That's the first thing, right?
The second thing is, does my CV match with this role? Do a hotit of yourself.
Does it match with this role? Three, does my LinkedIn support my CV or does my CV support my LinkedIn? Any way you want to put it? Right. Number four, do recruiters understand my value quickly?
If I strip off your name from your CV right now, can recruiters see your value instantly?
or will your CV just look like the remaining 10,000 people who also apply for the job? I always tell people this.
When you finish reviewing your CV, optimizing your CV, remove your name from your CV, right? And check, can a recruiter or a hiring manager see value in that CV, right? Can they see value in that CV?
Right? Can they understand your value quickly?
Number five, are you tracking your applications? These are the problems that people are, you know, they don't know that is actually just keeping them from getting the job that they want. Are you tracking your application?
Number six, are you creating access beyond that application? Once you submit your application, do you just go voom and nothing else? Are you creating access? Are you asking for recommendations? I remember in the course of my interview for my current job. Right after I've reached a particular stage, I went on to ask I I was having a cultural fit interview with the country director. I'm like I don't know what should I do like this. I went on to ask a message like I reached out to people. So I started looking at people were working within the organization and I figure out that okay there's this particular person that we've worked together at OP before. I just connected with her straight up. I I did not know her at OP but you know just had like this connection um you know it shows you guys worked in the same place right I reached out to her instantly. Hi this can you share more insight about this like I'm interviewing for this can you please share more insights to me about this and this and this and before you know she just shared some few these things she told me what I need to do and I just went into that interview the cultural interview was about 30 minutes 15 minutes down the line the country director was like oh no problem is you're good you're good like that was it by god by god my interview that got me my current job that I'm doing right Now I am working remotely. I've been working remotely since COVID 19. Right? The interview that got me in this current job, I did not spend I did not spend one hour on that interview.
I did not spend one hour on that interview. Right? The two interviews that got me the current job, I did not spend one hour. I did not apply to that job.
I did not know about the organization when I was when when they reached out to me, right? I did not know about the organization. But one thing is I was active online. I was building my brand online. I was sharing insight online, right? And I work in that specific industry that they were looking for, right? And that is why I told you focus be I pass focus on one industry.
Share everything that you can share about the industry. Focus on that industry alone. Right?
Connect with people in that industry.
Connect with leaders in that industry.
Let them know you. Put controversial comments on their post. They will know you by force. That is one thing that I do, right? That is one of those things that help me build my personal. When I see a post from a leader or just go ask a controversial question, put a controversial thought, put something different that because one thing is everybody's always in agreement when someone is above them. They're always like, "Oh, ah, you're right. You're like everybody's just rumbling like just rubbing their leg." No, me, I don't rub their leg. I just go into their comment section, put something controversial.
Before you know it now that LinkedIn is putting impression on comments now like there there are times in which my comments are getting like 30k impression this is more than some people's you know one month's impression right and I'll get it from a comment because what I don't I don't just put the normal things because I don't want to be normal to everybody I put abnormal things and by the time you do that they respond to you when you reach out to them Right?
When you reach out to them, it makes it easier for them to like, oh yeah, this person and they give you audience, right? They give you audience. But don't overdo it, right? Put a balance in between it. Put a balance in between it.
There was something that was coming to my mind while I was talking, but I forgotten. So the purpose of this webinar is, you know, just to create a lot of awareness and I'm sure you've gotten a lot of value from what I've shared. Imagine if I'm saying this webinar is an awareness, right? Just think about the values you would get if it's not an awareness, right?
Implementation is where a lot of people are struggling, right? Implementation is the problem that people are facing today.
You have knowledge, right? But implementing that knowledge is another problem. I've created like some form of awareness on like some of the program you're facing. A couple of people will pick this information and just go on and you know work with it right work with this information and they get opportunities like some of the resources that I've shared on my social media page over the course of like one year. I get messages every day. I get DMs every day of people you know just wishing me well for some of the informations that I've shared and how it has helped them you know navigate a particular ord in their life right and this is something that I share my value is me as a person what I subscribe to is because what it forces me to get more things that people don't have insight into.
People don't have is Can you hear me now?
Let me know if you can hear me now.
Let me know if you can hear me now.
Okay, awesome. Um, I don't know. It was my network kind of logged me out. We are in Nigeria, so you understand what is going on.
We are in Nigeria, so you must understand what is going on. What's going on? Okay. Um, I'm trying to see where I was before.
Can you see my screen? Can you see my screen? Let me know if you can see my screen.
Thank you very much. Auba Miriam.
Okay.
Okay. So um like I said this is an awareness and also to share like some form of value that you know you can take from here and just work on things. But you know I know challenge a couple of people would might be facing is you know after the awareness how do I do this? How do I make this happen? I have a couple of freebies that I want to share with you guys. I'm going to share that with you guys. It doesn't stop. But I have built a system that would help people navigate this thing. Like so this is like a guide for job search.
It's it's it's a complete guide for you to get you know from point Z till entering an organization right.
And it helps you position yourself better. It helps you apply strategically. It helps you improve your visibility. You know, make you stay accountable because one problem that a lot of people are facing is they are tired already exhausted and you know doing it alone is kind of exhausting. So it makes you stay accountable because you know of the systems that we've put in place in that platform. It's a platform. It's a web based platform. And this is not a motivation. This is execution. Like I wanted to name it.
Initially I was thinking oh um wasn't that's the first thing I wanted to name it name it before but I felt okay people might find it difficult like relate with it and that's why I call it job hackers and the essence of job is just you know to help you hack into systems to help you hack um the process of you applying so you can get your desired role as fast as possible like within I did I did a prototype of this last year uh towards the end of last year and I worked with a couple of people about 70% of the people that I worked with in that prototype group got a good paying job like someone uh within the space of 3 months right 3 months we did it in November November and um the last person that got a job recently got a job in I think February showed me how much he But I don't like I didn't have like all this slides here. He showed me how much he got. He was making about like 14 million. That's what he was paid for the job uh in a bank. So this is a system. This is an execution.
If you follow everything that I have built in that system, it makes your job search easier. And it's not just now because it's a system. It's a web- based platform and we'll continue to just update it as we go like if there's something new that you need to know about your job search because where we are going to right now you know with AI people are companies are reducing jobs and the likes it's so difficult for you to like you know stay in a job for a long period of time so as an HR I am seeing insight I am seeing data I am seeing what you need to do differently to to move up the ladder I am updating the system because it's a platform platform based. It's not just recording and things like that. It's a platform based and it would help you improve your job search process. And so what what are what are what what what do we have in it? So it's how um you're going to get some weekly job search task, right?
Things that you need specific specific things you need to do like specific tasks you need to do every week. You're going to have it in that system. You're going to have your CV positioning support, right? Uh there's some documents in which that would help you templates that will help you re review your CV better, right? You're going to have optimization, LinkedIn optimization, right? You're going to have a job tracker.
You're going to have like some application strategies like you know I talked about referrals, specific things you need to do and how I have done it in the past, right? Application strategy.
There are some strategies that I not even mention here today at all. There's a strategy that I called the crunchbased strategy. This one is for getting startups, right? All the things. There's the boolean search. There are a couple of things like that. There's the tragicity like all the strategies in one place and you can see all the strategy and you can start making use of them. I will show you how I am going to use it.
then you can use it for your own search in whatever niche you find yourself.
Right? You're going to see recruiters outreach templates. Um you're going to see um hiring managers decision outreach templates, interview preparation support, right? Um how you can prepare for interviews, different levels of interviews like you have like all this information in one place. Then you have like a community whereby we have like a monthly um conversations. We have constant conversation in the group chat in the in the chat, but we have like a one month um monthly conversation um afterwards for people. It's just going to be like some webinars that we do to help people improve this your search, right? Whatever challenges you're coming, you have people that are there that are doing it and you're seeing people win like you are forced to win, right? You will be forced to win, right?
So that's that's some of the things that you will get inside the job aers itself right and you have like some about six modules of recordings that would show you the processes of getting a job from zero point0 I want to call you a point z right now right so I would show you literally everything for you to get a job now job is for you if you're tired of applying blindly like you don't see [ __ ] from blind application, right? Um fake applications, that's another common thing. Again, you're not getting any interviews at all. Like even after all this awareness, like you're not getting any interviews. Job account is for you.
Uh you're confused about what to focus on, your CV is not converting, your LinkedIn is very weak, and you need structure and accountability, especially structure and accountability. That's why job access is for you, right? Um, so job is not for you if you're looking for magic, something magical where or in one week I'm going to get a job. No, if you're not ready to improve about your process and you're not completing the tax, job is not for you. Right? If you're not ready to do the weekly task is not for you. If you want shortcuts, like me, I don't do shortcut. Yeah. Like I do a long time pro um project, three month projects with you, right? And we get you to get what you want in life, right? Uh job is not for you if you are not willing to learn, unlearn or even adjust, right? Job access is not for you.
Um the point here is you don't need to apply to 1,000 jobs, right? every week, 100 jobs every week to prove that you're serious about your job. You just need a better positioning. You need a better visibility and a better system. Now, how much is job itself, right? How much is it? Um, job is priced at $30 right now.
That's what we are pricing it at. I want to like show you a quick demo of how it works. I mean, hopefully I'll be able to show you guys right now.
Just one minute, guys.
One minute.
It's loading.
Okay.
Screen share.
So, I want to show you guys how jump a work, right? Let me know if you can see my screen.
what I'm presenting now.
So, right now we are currently okay.
Right now we are like almost launching it, right? So, it's more like a wait list right now for people who want to be part of it. So this is like the platform itself and we have a couple of things in here. Um so the dashboard so you have like weekly task in here.
You have weekly tasks where you get information when you join in. You have the weekly task of things that you need to be doing every week.
Um, you have the job tracker.
So, this is literally like information about like the jobs that you're applying to and the likes. So, you can add jobs, you put all the information, you put notes in there, I've applied, screening level, source, LinkedIn, priority, you have like basic information. You can even put the link of the job description itself. The reason why you need to constantly track your job application is because of a job description. If you don't track it, they will invite you for an interview that you don't even know you applied to and you start cracking your head.
When did I apply to this job? Okay, what do I need to prepare for this interview?
If you don't have the JD, you cannot prepare for the interview. So, you track your applications. So, this is another thing that you get in there. Um, you have recordings of different videos, right?
uh you have different recordings of different videos. So um we are kind of about uploading like some of the videos on the modus right now. So it's it's not here yet. Then you can also submit you have some tax you can submit your tax in here too, right? Whatever tax you were given you had and you can put it there.
You also get like some blog of what is going on in the world right now. So these are some of the things that we have on the job. Right now the price is um $30. We have a free tier plan that give you access to limited resources, very limited resources. For the full access, it's about like $30, which is about like 50K. And you have access to like full information, everything like full modules, weekly guide, um assignment feedbacks, interview preparation, progress tracking, templates, resources, like any resources that comes up, you know, we constantly update these resources on the platform.
We constantly update the resources on the platform. So that's surprising right for job. Now um a a link will be shared with us with more information on how to like come on board if you want to be part of like this job itself.
I tell you imagine me doing a free webinar right now. Look at how much value you get from my free webinar. I put a lot of energy in whatever resources I give out to people, right? A lot of energy in resources. And I've helped like hundreds of people. I don't like uh boasting about who I have helped, you know? But I know a lot of people like to see evidence of people who have helped. And I'm sure, you know, I would start sharing this evidence so people can see themselves of people who have helped. I've helped people get jobs of 10 million, 50 million, 20 million here in Nigeria, working globally, working remotely in Nigeria.
So, and I'm not talking about hundred of people. I'm talking about hundreds. I'm not talking about tens of people. I'm talking about hundreds of people. And these are processes that I've putting in place that I've used to help them, you know, negotiate better. They have conversations with me. and we go on to build a strong carrier path for them. So a list will be shared on how you can come on board. You'll get the email um maybe later today or even first tomorrow on how you can come on board with Jobakers and um that will be like that will be it about jobas. Let me stop there. So, um, thank you for joining this session, right? If you have any questions, okay, it's $30 flat, not per month or this thing. It's just a flat. If you have any question whatsoever, I'll be happy to like take your questions right now and just, you know, we can go over it in the next Oh, it's already 9:00. I like to keep to time, right? Even though even though we had like glitches um we had glitches when we started I know I like to keep the time because I want to I know the value that I want to share and I know what you need to hear right so if you have any questions and we're going to take questions for the next 8 minutes or let me do 13 minutes yes 13 minutes okay how do we contact Wait are you not in my channel for everybody who joined There's I think you guys feel the form to kind of come on board from Telegram.
O baby, did are you in my Telegram group or you just jump on the live?
Oh yeah, baby. Did you are you my turn?
There's a couple of people that are on this session right now joined in from the Telegram group, right? So, if um you are not in the Telegram group, just search for me a send me a DM. Um I'll be able to like pick it up a LinkedIn, Facebook, Tik Tok. Send me a DM anywhere.
That's just it. So, oh you joined from the registration link. Yeah. So, I have your email then. So, I should be able to like send I'll send you an email on job aers. The recording of the session will also be sent. The presentation will be sent to us. So, you can be part of like you can go over it again and see some things that are useful that I shared. Um yes. Okay.
facial.
Okay. How does one measure impact when writing a CV? Okay. Um, so there are some rules, right?
There are some rules. Sorry, I was having a call. There are some rules that um it's easier for them to measure their impact, right? Uh someone in sales now you can easily measure. Okay, this is total revenue that I bring into the organization. Someone in customer ops, you can easily say, okay, this is the top total numbers of ticket that I closed. Uh we had the search, you able to close this, right? But there are some roles that right, it's so hard for you to like figure let's say someone in employee relations now, right? You might not be able to pick out numbers, but usually there's always a number. There is always a number in any role in HR I can say okay this is the total numbers of recruitment that have closed right in the past four years right this is total numbers of senior managers that have that have closed right this is oh this is reduction in force that I've done in the past right there's always a number and that is how you measure the impact of what you're doing in organization you have OKRs right objective and key results Look at your OKR. Look at the impact you're supposed to have on that OKR and that is what you put in as your impact.
That answers your question. Okay. Um Siri or I mean Telegram group. Yeah, sure. I'll share more. Everybody who is on the Telegram group, I for sure have you guys email. I will send you a document the document via Telegram and also via email. Um Joshua, thank you for the knowledge here. Thank you very much. I really appreciate your presence here is not taken lightly. Um you know, without you guys, there's no me, right? And without uh yeah, just without you guys, there's no there's no me. I cannot be here alone with zero viewers and just be talking here, right? So you guys also make it happen.
On LinkedIn, I portray as data analyst, but because I am not an expert, I'm applying to administrative job. Since you talked about CV aligning with LinkedIn profile, how can I do this?
Okay, there's always something called the entry points point when it comes to job, right?
And the entry point could be different things, right?
For for me, I went for a sales manager role, right? But I got a trainer role, right? So for you it could be you looking for just reposition yourself right as an administrative support to get something doing at first when you get into that organization you can go on to showcase your data analytics skills in every role in every industry right there are some skill sets that are useful right my first job the reason why I was I am an HR today is because of my data analytics skills. I did my project in school by myself. So when I came in for sales, they gave me trainer but I did not do training. I went on to do a payroll specialist within one month and I got a raise within that same month.
Right? So your sometimes your goal is to get in. So you need to look at okay what skills do you have?
What is the market rewarding right now?
Can I get in with the skills? If I get in with the skills, can I move on to position myself? There's something called internal transitioning in organization. A lot of people don't know that when you get a job, you can move from that job into another job within that organization. So long you can handle the two jobs together. So you can start as an administrative specialist, right? Or you can position yourself as someone who does data for admin, right?
And move on to when you join in, you start working with the data data team.
If you're an admin person, if you're a data person, you want to look for a job in an organization that has to has a lot to do with data, right? And when you get in, you can work with their data team.
From there, you can navigate into their data team.
You can navigate into their data team.
So that way you get a job you can you can start transitioning internally right internally and you align yourself at later on. Okay. Especially for entry- level people. I'm not super specific about the kind of job that you're looking for. Right? For midlevel, you have to be super specific. Entry level, your goal is to get in first. When you get in, showcase your skill. Learn as much as you can learn. Move as fast as you can move. Move as fast as you can move. Like, six months, one year, you don't move. 6 months, one year, you don't move. six months, one year, three times. By the time you do that three times, you gain a lot of experience and you can be a mid-level professional for maybe like two years. Then you start going for senior level also. That answers your question. Um I just joined a link from the link in my mail now. Ah, we're almost done. We are almost done. Okay. Um I would also still share like the link to the telegram group with everybody because initially the link to the telegram group was with that email. If you if you are in that email list, you should automatically be in the telegram group. So probably you did not click on the link when you when you finalize but I'll still share. Okay.
Um yes I do sir. When will the replay? Um as soon as possible the replay will be available and you guys can be part of it again. Is it true that recruiter use AI to filter CV and other things? It's not AI. We use something called the applicant tracking system. Applicant tracking system uses AI predominantly.
Also, there are some words that we're looking for and the words are in the job description itself, right?
It's in the requirement section of the job description. That's the cheat code.
That's the cheat code. So, treat the requirement section of the job description very well. look at it, read it, add it to your CV such a way that when your CV goes to an ATS, right?
It doesn't filter it out. If a register reviews your CV and they're looking at the requirement section and they're seeing that in your CV, makes it easier for them to say, "Okay, let me bring this person aboard." Right. Um, yes. So, ATS is a gatekeeper job. Thank you. Um, I've been searching for entry- level roles in geology niche, but really finding it hard. What advice will I give? So, the first thing I would give you would be um how many how many geology like in the industry geology industry itself, how many companies are there?
That's the first thing, right? How many people in those industry do you know, right?
Do you know how many entry level people do you have you connected with? Right? So you start from there.
You connect with look at the list of geology companies that niche itself in Nigeria. It's an industry. Look for companies that are doing that that in that industry. That's the first thing.
How many people are in entry level in in those kind of organization that recently joined? Connect with those people. Ask them question. What did you do to get the job? You have to constantly think about what is working right now? What is working? So once you get what is working from there, you would duplicate what is working from them. And that is why I said in the job I am constantly I will be constantly like adding new resources to it to make it easier for people to navigate. Right? So when you ask them that questions, they give you insight into what is working or what worked for them. Duplicate what worked for them. Duplicate word for word what they did, right? Go to um exe executive level. Connect with them. Have as many connection as possible. Is a long time game, three month game, right? One month this. Follow up with them. Offer to help them, right? And let them know what you're looking for. before you know it you can get an opportunity from them and that answers your question. um a in my field as an AI automation specialist where experts are highly demanded. As a newbie in the profession, how do I go about it?
To be honest, expert level is demanded everywhere now with AI now, right?
Everybody is entering god mode in their career. That's the reality. And if you look at organization, they constantly downsizing and they keeping only a very few numbers of people. So it's getting even harder, right? It's getting harder.
What you can do is you play with as much data that you have available to you right now, right? As much data available. Try as many things as possible. I'm an HR person. I am building a a performance management system right for my for my team right now.
Why company are reducing cost? There are some tools that will be lack in your organization. You want to build it. So you need to stack as many skills as possible. Enter God mode in that newbie, right? Try as many things as possible so you can have insight even though you are not at expert level right but because you're practicing every now and then you will be above a couple of other people within your organization this system that I showed this job I built it myself right and I'm building a couple of other things like that too right this job took me about like maybe like three or four days myself alone right alone I am now an engineer I'm an HR So it tells you where the world is tilting towards right now. You need to stack a couple of skills but you need to enter with when you enter one you become as valuable as possible. So you you tie you to click you know you have like you know that safety but don't there's nothing like job safety but at least you still have like a job safety because of like your level of skills that you have.
So try as many things as possible with the data so you can enter god level with that uh with your newbie that you are and that's where you get more opportunity. Um we're already time already. I'm going to stop. I'm going to take just three these three questions and that will be it.
LinkedIn premium better for job opportunity than usual? No. Um no entirely no.
um it has its own advantage but it's it's it's it's not entirely true like it's it doesn't give you any hedge for job opportunity.
So um if you don't know the strategy you would keep on applying for jobs that are fake job even with your LinkedIn premium. That's it. When you send an application for a role, is it advisable to follow up through the HR? Follow up through to the HR through LinkedIn.
Okay. So there are several means in which you can follow up with people. You have LinkedIn, you have um code email, email email itself, right? Uh so use any means available to you that you can reach out to the person and especially don't follow up with the recruiter, follow up with hiring manager. recruiter is not the one making the decision. Yes, they might have some decision making when it comes to like selecting or screening the first initial candidate, but when you go up directly to the hiring manager, right, which is usually less less busy recruiter will have like 10,1 people that they want to reach out to that that is trying to reach out to them, right? I'm overwhelmed as an HR when I post job. But if you can identify who is the hiring manager for the role which is usually seen on the JD itself like all the things I'm sharing like high value information that you will not hear anywhere right the hiring manager the information is always there on the JD they might not put the name that you're report this is the hiring manager you will see something like reporting to this right that reporting to this copy that title right take it. Go to LinkedIn, type the company name, put that name that the person is reporting into. That is the person you want to connect with. Connect to that person, send a a super cover uh a super code email to the person, right? Look at analyze the person from files. Look for things that you can enter the person through, right? Get the recommendation from the person. they would give you an interview invite straight away. That will be the last question that I've taken today. Thank you very much everybody for joining. I am exhausted.
I've not even I did not even take any water throughout this call for almost two hours. Um I really enjoyed myself on this session today and thank you very much. Uh for job I'm going to share more insights into that um via email so you guys can be part of it like I know it's something that would help you guys. it would help you on your journey and I am constantly updating it. I am constantly reviewing it. I am constantly adding information that would you know take you from where you are right now to where you want to be you know from zero to getting a job and starting in your first state 90 days on that job. I give you everything that you need. These are things that HR will not tell you. But because I'm an HR, I will give you those information and you are going to like quickly step up in whatever job you take. Thank you all for joining. I really enjoyed my time and have a wonderful rest of your day. Um, Abeca, I think that's the end of our call today. Thank you very much. Bye.
