No, that's exactly right, Shawn. What you're going to see is that all over the world, companies that are really increasing the economic value that is being created by these workers, workers are going to start asking the question, shouldn't we at least get a piece of it whether it be in the form of cash bonuses or whether it be in the form of stock ownership. They want to be able to participate in the creation, and that's been a long-standing debate. In fact, even in the United States, when you look at what happens when the as the economy grows, you constantly see there's this tug-of-war between what work the workers' share of the value of the companies' gains. And And if you see that workers are getting a a smaller and smaller share, there's obviously going to be some sort of a protest or revolt as you saw in this case with the threat of a strike that could could have really been critical to the company and to the South Korean economy.
