Why South Africa ln Companies Chose to Employ Nigerians and Foreigners Over South Africans

[00:00:09]Companies in South Africa will always choose foreigners, will always choose Nigerians, will always choose Zimbabweans, will always choose every other foreigner before South Africans. No black South African can compete with a Nigerian in a job. No black South African can compete with a foreigner in a job. No black South Africans will be choosed over any foreigner to have a job when the foreigner is there whether you like it or not as a black South African. Osw companies will always employ blacks who are not from South Africa first whether you like it or not. Now this is not me talking. This is statistics talking. This is facts. This is reality.

[00:01:15]And this is why black South Africans they are so envious of Nigerians, Zimbabweans and other people that live that live in South Africa. You know the blacks and Africans feel like the white people choose foreigners over them.

[00:01:33]That's how they feel. The blacks are Africans feel like they are the last class. You know in every country you have first class, second class, third class and even last. Because in South Africa the white people are first class.

[00:01:46]They are the ones who get the highest paying jobs. They are the ones who have the highest advantage over the economy, over the land. They live the best life.

[00:01:54]So the white people are the the the first best class citizens. After that you have Asians and educated Nigerians, educated foreigners who can become engineers, doctors, like people who are up there and even a few black South Africans who did not go to school in South Africa. Now let me give you one tell you the real thing. Any black South African that did not study in South Africa, they have better jobs in South Africa. It's a problem of education. We are coming. Any black South African that like Vibe and Meuire and all these blacks you see them they run businesses they are doing well. These are black South Africans who did not study in South Africa because when they study elsewhere they study in a place where they were a minority where they were looked down upon as immigrants. So they concentrated they invested in their education they invested in developing skills their mindset they are socially fit. They know that life is not given to you. You make out life by yourself. You hustle for yourself in this life. You provide for yourself. Your your your skills, your sense, your intelligence, your wisdom will make way for you. So they hustle that way. That's why when these black South Africans who schooled in Nigeria, schooled in the UK, schooled in the Europe, they come back, they have better jobs because their mindset is different. They hustle, they work.

[00:03:14]But you see, black South Africans who were went to school in South Africa, forget it. Even if the job is to clean plates, do not employ them. As a matter of fact, if you are start anybody that is doing business in South Africa and you are employing South Africa, you want to ruin your company.

[00:03:31]As you are employing them, these people not they go school. Now, these people are not educated now. These people are so so so they are so so brainwashed.

[00:03:41]Now, South African government is the reason why black South Africans don't get jobs.

[00:03:48]The South African government should be blamed for all the problems that black South Africans are going through because tell me in which country in the world today do you have free quality education and it's free?

[00:04:07]Is anything free valuable? If they give you anything free, run. As I somebody just send me flight ticket, aim collect free flight ticket. Just come come Nigeria, come UK, come Europe. I go just they fear immediately. I ask myself why this guy send me free flight ticket.

[00:04:26]What you keep for me there? What you want I come do for you? Which business you want I promote? That one not be free because you are paying me to come and do something for you. Which job do you want me to come and do for you? Because how can I just give somebody something for free? How would a person value it?

[00:04:41]Blacks and Africans do not value education.

[00:04:44]They don't value work. They don't value hustling. They don't value understanding that in life you pursue something before you get it. They don't value that at all.

[00:04:57]And that's why in South Africa today, companies are coming out to say that even if all the foreigners leave the country, they will still not employ black South Africans.

[00:05:10]These are the things we are seeing on the media. I'm not the one saying it.

[00:05:13]Business owners, factories, industries in South Africa, they are clearly stating that even if foreigners leave that country, they will still not employ black South Africans.

[00:05:25]And that's one of the problem the South Aka government is dealing with today because as the foreigners are being stopped from working most of these companies Coca-Cola factories steel companies a lot of them are just packing their bags packing their luggages relocating the companies to other African countries. As I'm talking to you now many car manufacturing factories and maintenance factories have moved from South Africa. Some have gone to Egypt.

[00:05:53]Some have gone to Zimbabwe. Some have gone to Nigeria. Coca-Cola shut down their manufacturing factory in South Africa, relocated to Nigeria with over a billion plus investment.

[00:06:05]Steel companies that are owned by the British, they moved.

[00:06:10]Many industries are moving out of South Africa to go invest in other countries because they are beginning to understand that in the future they cannot stand what is coming for them. These blacks are Africans they are so uneducated they cannot even ask themselves relevant question. What is the problem? You see I watched a podcast and a guy was clearly like he went at South Africans and he told them the harsh truth. But South Africans are people who cannot deal with harsh truth. Harsh truth provokes them like you know uneducated people that people don't go school where you tell them the truth in a way they get angry.

[00:06:45]Yes. They'll be like ah because I didn't go to school that's why you are insulting me because I didn't go to school. You know the way people who did not go to school behave for you to educate them is more in fact just leave them on their own. You understand? Just leave them on their own. Because if the South African education was so important that it equips South Africans to be good citizens to be morally upright to acquire skills, talents that can make them work good for the job market. Why will somebody leave Nigeria and become chosen over a black South Africa?

[00:07:22]You think that those foreign companies, those white people who are choosing those foreigners to employ them, you think they love the foreigners, no that they don't love them. They just simply want to make money. And anybody that wants to make money, we only work with people that can make them help them make money. So no company will employ a liability just because you're a South African citizen.

[00:07:45]If the government of South Africa puts a law that all companies must employ only South Africans first, companies will just pack and go because that means the government is simply saying that companies in South Africa should be able to work on losses. Companies in South Africa should employ people who are not skilled, who are not qualified, which means the company will go down.

[00:08:05]People who you know what foreigners do they work every day and on a weekend they work. But South Africans they cannot work seven days in a week. They cannot they will work three days and go party. Even the 3 days they working they wouldn't work full 8 hours. They will not work 12 hours. They will they will work small get small money straight to party. Ah this is our country because our Africa is your country. You are supposed to have freedom. You are supposed to not work. You are supposed to just be given money. You are supposed to just be eating. You South Africans, you believe that since South Africa is your country, you just have to get up, have free education, free health care, free food, free house, everything for free. And all this thing was intentional.

[00:08:51]That's why at the end of the day, I look at blacks are Africans, I say the masters who put two people in this in this situation, they are laughing, they have succeeded. The white people who who appetite, that's why I don't I don't celebrate Nelson Mandela because he did not succeed. Nelson Mandela did not win.

[00:09:09]He did not win. He did not win. If he had won, this kind of system that constantly puts black South Africans on a disadvantage will not be existing.

[00:09:22]This system in South Africa today constantly put South Africans on a heavy disadvantage because it constantly put them incompetent. It constantly put other people ahead of South Africans because the education is not good. The quality of the education cannot be compared to that of Nigeria, Zimbabwe and other African countries. And let me remind you, you see the Nigerians and the Zimbabweans, the Ghanaians, all those people that come to South Africa, they cannot even compete with highkilled Nigerians, the Nigerians in South Africa, the Nigerians in all those Nigerians in those country, they cannot compete with other Nigerians who are top class educated Nigerians in Nigeria. So imagine if top educated Nigerians go to South Africa, even the white people go bow for them. That's what South Africans are not willing to ask themselves. What is wrong with the education system? What is wrong that people, companies, businesses constantly pick foreigners over us. That is where you people have to start from. Which means you have to go back and review your education system. It is better you're paying for education because the education will bring you qualified teachers. It will bring you valuable teachers. It will bring you valuable people that can add meaning to your life. But as long as you continue with free education, free healthare, free houses, nothing good will come out of the communities of blacks South Africans. Because everybody will have it in the back of their mind.

[00:10:43]Even if I fail in school, the government will give me money. Even if I fail in school, the government will take care of me. But in Nigeria, nobody has that mindset. If you fail, you don't fail.

[00:10:54]That's why Nigerians and foreigners will always be ahead of black South Africans.
