[00:04:32]For years, I've always wanted to learn skills. Yes, I've always wanted to learn digital skills. In fact, there was a time I did not have phones, all right?

[00:04:40]And then I saw people who had phone, and they were just useless in their life with their phones. You know, this phone can destroy you. This phone can destroy you. So, by the time I got phone, it was no longer a goal. I said that I want to learn skills, but there was no opportunities. I keep seeing join this group free this I keep seeing free video editing, free graphic design, free website design, free free free. I keep joining I keep joining I keep joining. I join join and I got tired.

[00:05:13]Honestly, I got tired of joining groups.

[00:05:16]You know why? All of these groups they will promise free free free free. And by the time we get in, they will now charge, all right? And another thing I discovered is not even the charging point that pains me. What pains me most is that once you pay, they just hand you the tutorials, and then they let you go.

[00:05:35]Whether you learn or you don't learn, you're on your own. Ha. It was tough.

[00:05:41]And me, after learning my own skills, after learning I learned graphic designs, video editing, and website designs. These are the main three main skills I learned. I decided that I'm going to teach other people as well. So, I started running trainings. A whole lot of you guys in this in this live chat now met me through adverts where I run training teaching them graphic designs, video editing, all of those things.

[00:06:06]>> [snorts] >> Now, while I run those trainings, I discovered another thing.

[00:06:11]A whole lot of people want to learn this skill, but they don't have the money. They cannot afford it.

[00:06:17]Like if you give them the opportunity, they can give their best to it. Oh, money, mhm, >> [clears throat] >> they don't have.

[00:06:27]And another thing I discovered also that a whole a whole lot of other people can afford it, but they're not serious with it. And I hate teaching unserious people. I hate teaching unserious people in my life. So, and another thing, even is some people after learning the skills, they're they're they're good in these skills, they don't see clients. These three problems were what I discovered, and this was what gave rise to create Digital Tribe. Yes. We now imagine a community where we gather and we gather both graphic designers, video editors, content creators, website developers, affiliate marketers, no matter your skill at all.

[00:07:14]We gather them in in one community. So, inside this community we'll have four different kinds of people. One are people who don't have any skill, but they want to learn. Two are people who know a little. They are beginners or intermediate. They've gotten They have picked a little from graphic designs or a little from video editing or a little from website designs, but they don't know advanced. They don't know, you know, how to take it further. So, that's the second caliber of people that we are gathering in this tribe. Then, three are professionals, advanced and professionals. These people know what they are doing. They have mastered their skills. They have mastered their skills.

[00:08:00]Then, four are people who they don't want to learn.

[00:08:04]Yes, this is funny. They don't want to learn and they don't have any skill and they don't want to teach anybody.

[00:08:11]I I will explain. You will You will be like, somebody is like, how I How are these people What do we need those people for? I will explain. Now, these people are professionals in their course. People like doctors, lawyers, engineers, politicians, these people can be a part of this of this community, of this Create Digital Tribe. What are they going to be doing? They are going to serve as referrers. Yes, referrers. Imagine a medical doctor is in the Increased Digital Tribe and then he has a friend who has a hospital or he has a hospital and he needs a website. Tell me, will he go online searching for for web developers? Not at all. He will have to pick from inside the group and if he has If any of his friends medical friends or You know, they know a lot of people.

[00:09:02]If these people have any, you know, they have people who need those skills, they will not have to go about telling people outside or getting these things. This person will be like, yes, I I am in a group. I'm in a tribe and those people there are trying I've been seeing their works. I've been seeing what they are designing. I'm seeing their beautiful work. I think they can handle it. Now, the truth is any job you get by referral is is way better than the ones you try convincing people yourself. Yes, the last four jobs I got Last four jobs I got, two were graphic designs, one was video editing, and one was website design. And now see the see the difference. A lot of people in my former like when people reach out to me and say I need this, I need that. By the time I am designing for them, you know, price negotiation is always big, all right? A whole lot of them if I tell them 15K for one flyer, they'll be like, "Ah, 15K?

[00:10:01]You cannot do it 3K for me?"

[00:10:03]>> [laughter] >> You know those mentality. So, but because these ones was by referral, was by referral, when I told them I my price, there was no much negotiations.

[00:10:15]I'm telling you. It was just, "Are you sure you can do it?" Yes, no problem.

[00:10:20]Oh, yeah, send me your account details.

[00:10:22]And it was smooth. That's what referrals can do for you. Also, you as a creative, you are a designer, you're a graphic designer, uh and then you find someone who needs advert video for his business. And this person reaches out to you and say, "Please, do you know someone that can get me an advert video for my business?"

[00:10:41]You will not go outside there looking because we didn't create Digital Tribe.

[00:10:45]We assume people who are doing marvelously well in their skill in video editing. So, you can confidently um refer somebody from the tribe. So, you see how opportunities are coming right here now. So, that is why we created this tribe to make sure that we provide opportunities. And then we also provide skills. Free skills. Yes, I'll still tell you how you get the free skills and how everything is going to go about.

[00:11:12]Now, what is our vision? Let me Let me read our vision for you. Our vision is to create a thriving digital community where creatives can one, learn valuable digital skills. Every skill you're going to learn from here is a skill that will pay you. Ranging from graphic design, video editing, content creation is paying a whole lot and you don't know.

[00:11:39]>> [clears throat] >> And then content creation, website design, we still advance to marketing, photo editing, which as time goes on we include data analysis and so much more.

[00:11:52]So you are going to learn a whole lot of skills here. Every skill you're going to learn here is one valuable digital skill. So then number two is practice and improve consistently. Now a whole lot of people buy course but they don't stay consistent in learning. In Great Digital Stride you are going to provide a platform where you practice and and you are consistent. We are going to give you a timetable that you're going to be working on every day that you're going to be working with every single day of your life so that you'll be good that you will grow fast. And why we're doing this is that so that you can stay accountable. Yes, you can stay accountable to your growth. Growth is measured. You don't just jump from from level one to level 10. No, there are steps you must take. And if you must get to that level 10, you have to follow processes. You have to be what?

[00:13:17]We can tell you, "Please, can you make a tutorial on how you designed this flyer?" And then you just make a tutorial on how you designed one flyer and you send it to the group. You see that someone else who is a beginner will learn.

[00:13:31]And this person will come to design this way. And we are if we are doing it like this, you see that a whole lot of people will be growing without paying a dime.

[00:13:39]While you yourself you're gaining visibility. So, skills here are free.

[00:13:44]Nobody will charge you a dime to learn any skill here. Now, the next thing is to collaborate and grow together. Once in a while we're going to pair you. We tell you you and you or you all work together to give us a particular design like this. Give us a particular video like this. Sometimes we even merge video editors and content creators. Yes. How do I mean?

[00:14:07]Content creators, if you're a content creator, this place is this is your biggest opportunity. You know why? You can be making your videos, your TikTok videos, and you don't need to pay anybody to edit it for you.

[00:14:19]Do you know why? The video editing team need videos they can be using to teach beginners and intermediate. People who are coming up in these videos. So, the professionals in video editing team and the advanced members, they need videos they can use as sample to teach these people. So, as a content creator, you make videos like this, and you just send it to the video editing team. They edit it for you. Check it. How long did they used to take you to to edit that video that that does not even make sense that you just post on your page. [00:14:57]But, that does not mean that we now take it as a means of exploiting others. No, no, no, no. Sometimes as a content creator, you can be paying when these people edit these things, you can pay them small small money for data and all of these things. You are helping encourage them.

[00:15:14]As you're encouraging them, they're encouraging you because as a content creator, these people will follow you, and your page will grow, and you will monetize. So, are you seeing the how everything is just working together for our good in this great digital tribe?

[00:15:27]Now, the next thing is that you have access to opportunities through visibility and connections. Yes, as a content creator, you get access to visibility on your social media platform because you get to your people from this place will get to follow you. But, that doesn't mean that every day you now be spamming everybody in the group sending links. No, no, no, no, no. We have We have a system. There is a day where you will tell us, "This is what I do." As a graphic designer, you tell us, "This is what I do. This is my page." Everybody will go and follow you. As a As a video editor, you tell us, "This is what I do.

[00:16:04]This is my page." Everybody will go and follow you. No matter even skills that you're not doing online, let's say you are You have a boutique or any of these things. There is a day we'll come together, you tell everybody You don't You never know. Someone around you in this tribe will buy from you. Even someone can place an order from a far place. This is the beauty of this tribe.

[00:16:24]We are building a space where growth is visible. Your growth is seen. Your skill is developed, and your value is exchanged daily.

[00:16:34]So, everything in this great digital tribe is calculated. Then, our mission Our mission is to provide free structured learning across multiple digital skills, as many as possible. We start with these four: video editing, graphic design, and content creation, website design. Then, photo editing is under is under graphic designs. Very soon, we we advance to data science, front-end development, and so much more in these skills. So, provide free skills. Then, we encourage active participation, not passive consumption. If you join the verified tribe as a graphic designer, you want to learn graphic designs, and you're are active, we'll remove you. I don't [clears throat] know if you're getting it. We'll remove you. We want you to be active. As a professional, we want to be seeing your designs. I love what you guys were doing yesterday in the group, you know, you were sending your designs. You were saying, "Yes, it's beautiful." We want to see those designs. And while we are seeing those designs, people are getting more inspiration on how to do their own designs. You are encouraging beginners.

[00:17:38]That does not mean we now use it deliberately to, you know, suppress them. No. We're using it to help beginners grow.

[00:17:45]So, we are active participation. Then we create a system for peer-to-peer learning and feedback, where you and you just share skills together. You know this skill, you know this skill, and then bring it, teach us. There is another skill you don't know, we will teach you. If you're a graphic designer, you need to become a good content creator, so that you can thrive. Yes.

[00:18:08]So, as a graphic designer, you come, you teach someone else graphic designs for free, and then another person teach you content creation for free. And then the group, the group put together, will now will now become, you know, follow you, every of us in our own on our different pages. And before you see it, you have made it. It's as simple as that. You see, when you're in that group, you drop your designs, or you drop your video edit, and then people are commenting.

[00:18:35]People are saying, "This video is this vi- this video is that. This design is this." You can use those those comments as what? Client reviews. Yes.

[00:18:46]They are perfect client reviews. You can literally take it and show clients out there, and you will get more clients as well. So, it is this gain all round. And then finally, uh no, this is the third one. Build a network where members can recommend and support each other professionally. Yes, you can recommend anybody, and we are supporting each other. Then finally, uh our mission is to develop future leaders from within this community. Yes, when you become a professional, we will demand you to, you know, lead, teach another person. So, that while you're teaching another person, another generation is teaching another person.

[00:19:26]So, it keeps going. It will get to a point where you no longer be teaching.

[00:19:29]You are now a consultant.

[00:19:31]People will come to you to, you know, find out how do we do this, how do we do that because you've made it. But, before you get to that point, you have to transfer your knowledge. And then, what makes us different? You know, I told you you've joined a whole lot of groups. You've joined a whole lot of groups. And you have every right to doubt. Now, this is what makes us different. Most groups fail because they lack structure and purpose. Create Digital will stand out because we have a solid structure. It promotes practice and feedback, not just learning. It is community-driven, not leader-dependent.

[00:20:07]It does not depend on one person. Create Digital does not depend on one person.

[00:20:11]Every one of us have to do something to make sure that Create Digital Tribe becomes a successful tribe. You don't have one leader. I am not a sole leader.

[00:20:22]That admin in that group is not a sole leader. As a common member, you can see something that is very important. Yes, you will share it with the group. But, in the differences, we have structure.

[00:20:33]You don't just carry something and post.

[00:20:35]No. You will you will approach the admin and then tell the admin this is what I have this is what There is a level you will get in contributing. We will make you an admin as well. I don't know if you're getting the point. We create real opportunities, not just conversations. See, we're going to be posting job gigs.

[00:20:53]I don't know if you know this one. We're going to be posting job gigs. You know, there are so much job opportunities here and there, but you don't know about it.

[00:21:01]I have access to them. I have people who have given me, you know, funnels where I can get job opportunities, we can be posting something like five different job opportunities for video editors, graphic designers, content creators, no matter what it is. So, while you're developing, we are seeing you, and then you get a job where you'll be paid very well. All right? And then the next thing is that you're going to get premium apps. Yes, some of you who shared the group link already got some. As a creator, you need apps that help you grow.

[00:21:35]Definitely. And most of these apps are paid. But in this crazy last time, they're working on providing everything [clears throat] for free. Like CapCut for for the for video editors, they get it free. CapCut, InShot, uh Filmigo, there are so much of them that I use for video editing. You get these apps free.

[00:21:56]The pro versions of these apps, you will get all of them for free. As a graphic designer, you need Photo Room. You need the pro the the the pro version. You need PicsArt. You need the pro version.

[00:22:09]You All these things you need you need mhm the pro versions of these things.

[00:22:14]And we're going to provide all of them for you, including Photoshop. And then as a content creator, you still need editing apps, you need all of those things. And one more thing, you can also decide to learn a language. Yes, even as I am, I'm learning mhm I'm learning Spanish. Yes, because the more language you know, the more people you reach. If you can speak Spanish, and then you know, you just put it out there, make a video in Spanish and put it People from Spain will start following you. You've gotten a new So, we can even learn new languages in this tribe, and you will get access to the pro version of this training for free. Everything for free, I'm telling you. [00:23:49]On Mondays we're going to have what we call mindset shift where we now open your brain to see differently. A lot of you have accumulated knowledges that you really need to let go. You really need to drop them. You really need to So, we're going to do a mindset shift for those who are not getting clients. We will show you how people people who have made it in this DT and all of these things, how they struggled and how they finally became what they are today.

[00:24:17]Mindset shift we will be sharing tips that will change your life for good. We share tips. We share lessons. Sometimes we even watch videos.

[00:24:28]Yes, because you need some videos like videos that are not tutorials, videos to teach you life principles. So, that's for mindset shift on Mondays. All right?

[00:24:37]So, when we get to the group we're going to get more structures on how we're going to do the mindset shift. All right? And then Tuesdays we're going to have tutorial drop. All right? Now, anybody can make this tutorial as I said before as a graphic designer you design something that is good. You can make a tutorial on how you designed it then you send it to the admin, then the admin will drop it on Tuesday. It is a long form video. I don't know if you're getting the point. A video that might take something like 20 minutes, uh 15 minutes, 10 minutes, a tutorial of a beautiful design, beautiful edit, or any of those things. Uh then, you will post it on Monday. Everybody in that group is expected to follow that tutorial. You're expected to watch the tutorial and produce [clears throat] I exactly what you see in that design, or something better.

[00:25:30]Are you seeing the point? You must produce exactly what you see in the tutorial, or you produce something better. You cannot produce something less. So, if we give you a tutorial and you decide to do another thing, well, you are you're digging your way out, all right? Then, um that's for Tuesdays. In all our this thing, both graphic design, video editing, content creation, we are going to be teaching you how to create content and grow your social media account on that Tuesday, all right? And the website developers, we also have a good stro- a structured class for you as well.

[00:26:06]Now, on Wednesdays and Thursdays, Wednesday and Thursdays, I'm going to give you time to practice that design that that tutorial that we dropped on Tuesday, you will practice this tutorial, and then you will submit it, and then you receive a feedback. Anybody can give feedback, as I have said before. So, Tuesday, we'll give you a general tutorial that everybody have to watch and implement. Then, within Wednesday, if you if you've known it that well, just Wednesday and Thursday, you have to watch that tutorial and then submit that tutorial in the group and get corrections, get um um good feedback that you can use for your portfolio, and then get more custom more clients, all right? Then, you also get corrections. Then, on Friday is random learning. This random learning This is how the random learning is. Sometimes you're scrolling through Facebook, and you will see a a trick, a video editing trick, and you like it. Whether they showed you how to edit that video or they did not show you, what you just do for us is copy the link of that video, send it to the admin of the video editing team.

[00:27:22]Are you getting the point? Copy the link of that video, send it to me or the admin of the video editing team. We are going to teach you how to edit that video, exactly how to edit it. And then, or you see a tutorial, a short tutorial, you know, something that will teach you color grading, they will tell you, "Do this, do this, do this." Or that kind of a thing. All these tips, those are what we're going to learn on Fridays. So, a whole Everybody, a whole lot of people going to be It's not like everybody Anybody can source out, but you don't post it in the group. You send it to the admin. The admin will post it. All right? These are tips to help us grow. All right? Those are That's what we're going to be doing on Fridays. And but that does not mean we're not going to be doing it on other days like Mondays, Tuesdays. Sometimes you can also If you see something that is very important, can just drop it in the group, and then you are expected to replicate it and do something like that.

[00:28:19]And send back to us. Then, on on Saturday Have I said Friday? Yes, Friday is random learning. We run You know what random is, we learn random. So, then Saturdays, you you give us a review of your week. Yes, you have to tell us, "This is how my my week was. I was able to follow through the mindset shift on Monday, and this was how what happened.

[00:28:44]This is how my my week went. Because of the mindset shift, I was able to maximize my week. Then yes, I followed the tutorials in my group and all of those things on on on Wednesday and Thursdays, I submitted this is my rating, this is how my social media account is. Just give us a review of your week. How did you spend your week?

[00:29:06]All right? That's what we do on Saturdays. Then on Sundays, we have our hangout and connections. This I love this part very well. Don't don't don't judge me. I love connections. So on Sundays, we're going to have hangouts.

[00:29:20]Any skill that you know, any business that you're doing, anything at all that you're doing, this is your opportunity to let the world know. Yes, if you have a page that you have been like you have a TikTok account and for 5 years now, you still have 33 followers. 5 years, 33 followers. [clears throat] >> [laughter] >> It's funny, right? It's funny.

[00:29:44]Yes, it's it's it's it's possible. For a lot of us have been on TikTok for 5 years and then you still have 33 followers. No. Come and tell us that day in our hangout. Tell us 5 years I've had 33 followers. So then 500 of us, 1,000 of us in this community will go and follow you. If 1,000 people follow you in a single day, trust [clears throat] me, TikTok is going to push the rest of your video to the world. Are you seeing the difference now? So that's the importance of the hangout. If you have a business that you're running or you're selling accessories or you're selling phones or you're selling, tell us.
