On the other hand, if they found something more advanced than a polyp, then they can also give you a detailed plan on what is next so the adequate steps can be taken. If you're going to need any form of treatment or just need some form of surveillance, or if you need a shorter interval for your next colonoscopy, all of those are going to be related to you.
