The first one is the custody opacity. Who actually holds the asset? Where is it? Audited by who? Half the time it's trustless, bro.

[00:01:05]And fourth, the yield scam. They promise 8 to 12% APY on tokenized treasuries, except T-bills only yield 4 to 5%. So, where's the extra coming from? Usually token emissions that dilute you later.

[00:01:21]We've seen the headlines. Projects that looked bulletproof until redemption dried up or the assets turned out to be a smoke and mirrors. That's why most people are still skeptical of RWAs, and they should be. Here's the checklist I want you to save and use on every RWE project you see. If it fails more than one or two of these, run. Is the underlying asset physically verifiable?

[00:02:24]Who's the custodian and what's their actual track record? Are there real frequent independent audits? Can you actually redeem the token for the physical asset? Where does the yield really come from?

[00:02:41]Are the smart contracts properly audited? Most projects will fail this checklist. Now, let's run Strata through the exact same checklist point by point.
