Stateless workflow automation systems process data in chunks and run in the background without requiring user intervention, achieving high performance levels of up to 50,000 records per second; proper API key configuration is essential for these workflows to function correctly, as the system will fail to locate credentials if not properly set up in the API section and within workflow segments.

Stateless Workflows: The Fastest Automation Model You’re Not UsingAdded:
Very first thing you need to do is make sure you have an API set up in your workflows. If you don't have an API set up, what's going to happen is the worker is going to look for it and it's not going to be able to find it. Now, as I've said before, the reason why we do it this way is because it is not just like your standard workflow builder.
It's not like Make or it's not like N8N where it just does like one thing at a time. It chunks the data and it does it through workflows which are stateless, which means once you fire them off, they happen in the background, you don't have to think about them again. And if you're really pushing it, you can get to 50,000 records per second using our API, okay?
So, to find the API key, you go into where it says API, create an API key, okay? You grab that and then you go into your segment and then you paste it in, you update the API key. Now, if you have a sub-account, all you have to do is go into your sub-account, go into workflows and paste your API key inside the client's workflow.
