If you want a job that you can just leave at the end of the day and you never have to think about, then don't work here. When I hire people that are like, I want to grow, and I'm like, all right, well, that comes at a cost, which is nobody's here to hold your hand. If you don't keep up with the rest of the team, it's not even just me that is looking at you to see, can you rise to the next level? It's everyone else around you. So, you'll get like pushed out by the team, not me. Work-life balance probably doesn't exist because if there's one person for a function and I have a team of 50 people, like and it's going to take more from you than the job that you had in the past. You need that kind of discretionary effort. And so, I say it's like the will and the skill. Do they have the will, meaning the motivation?
Are they [ __ ] hungry? And then, do they have the skill? This is much easier to train. I'm not in the business of training will. If somebody doesn't come in here motivated,
