[00:00:16]Elon Musk is suing for the right to discriminate against black people. He don't want them hiring, giving loans, school admissions, and insurance.

[00:00:25]Sometimes I go online and the only question I can ask myself is why does everyone hate black people? Not even in a dramatic, literal way, but in a tired way. You know, every week it feels like it's something else. First, they attack DEI, attack voting power, discrimination laws, and are even actively trying to cut the programs for the working class.

[00:00:44]And it's like when black people point out the pattern, everyone acts confused.

[00:00:47]And if we don't respond, then nothing happens anyways. When I'm talking about hate, it's more than somebody yelling slurs. We already seen people like Chud get exposed for his true self in the past few days.

[00:01:11]Just a waste of space. But the worst kind aren't even the ones saying the slurs out loud. Because with some of these court rulings and new district maps, this country goes from worse to worse every day. Not every individual wakes up thinking, "Oh, I hate black people." But a lot of them do. And I made a video vaguely talking about the court situation, and well, it happened again. And if the laws keep weakening our power and our history, then it seems the hate will never go away. And more importantly, there's never going to be an explanation for why. Elon Musk, the richest racist in the country, in response to Colorado passing an AI law that created anti-discrimination for AI, Elon used his X AI to sue and block it.

[00:01:48]The argument was basically that the law forces AI to prioritize diversity instead of accuracy, which I don't see the problem with. He don't want them hiring, giving loans, school admissions, and insurance. Oh, this [ __ ] This [ __ ] wild. And all the other race be thinking we really be tripping when we say we get discriminated for everything. Wasn't he talking about getting discriminated against in South Africa? His rebuttal was that by him being forced to treat black people fairly, it violates his first amendment. The [ __ ] But in the times we're living in, why is anti-discriminating AI even a problem that you have to sue against? We already got enough of I don't need ChatGPT calling me out my name. This is the new civil rights era, damn near. And instead of just saying they're okay with discrimination, they're saying anti-discrimination rules are discrimination. Example number two, the president's administration used ChatGPT to generate DEI rationales, which helped terminate grants, including a whole elimination of grants dedicated to African-American history. And this was just last year, including projects connected to African-American history and civil rights education. So, why is black history considered waste? And how is teaching racism now political? They always try to change the narrative.

[00:02:58]Republicans have already been threatening programs that support the working class, and they know that. Black communities often get hit the hardest by these because racial inequality already affects wealth and access to healthcare.

[00:03:09]And what just happened in Tennessee proves this is still going on with the Republicans acting a new congressional map to carve up Memphis's majority black district. And this was the first state to pass these districts, and the new map gives Republicans a chance to win all nine house seats in Tennessee. And yes, this is wild and probably unconstitutional. Even the NAACP had to step in and sue after this map became a law. I don't know their big plan other than just taking our rights. If you think this is just some political BS, you're lost. The Tennessee sessions had protests and people being removed and blocked from even entering, which is the context behind this photo. And my black brother in the photo, Justin Pearson, had his brother arrested and removed from the house. Y'all going to You can't get me outside of there.

[00:03:54]Now you got me out of >> So the majority black district gets carved up, black leaders object, protesters are removed, and somehow it's just procedure? Don't let this make you forget they were storming the White House a few years ago. This is the new move. They don't even have to say the words anymore. And even if they did say, "Oh, we just hate black people." They already got enough people following in their lead. In America, race and party are often entangled. Matter of fact, race is included in almost everything in this country with black people often getting hit the hardest. When black people get any type of power or funding, they spin some rules or make some cuts to take our power back. When social programs help poor and working people, they become waste to them because they don't even care. And whenever we call it out, it's really damned if we do, damned if we don't since they always set the threshold higher and higher. So why does every step forward toward black protection get treated like an attack on America? What are they afraid is going to happen? I'm going to let y'all answer that because clearly they never just hated black people emotionally. They hate what our freedom demands from them since it holds them accountable for all these centuries of disrespect and the lack of equality that we never truly got. Because regardless if it's schools, courts, workplaces, or even basic healthcare, it clearly threatens people who benefit from things staying unfair.

[00:05:14]But really, it's fear of what could happen if black people got any more power in this country that cannot be easily controlled. Why does everyone hate black people? It's a great question because not every individual hates us, but America keeps producing systems that act like black freedom needs to be corrected. But the dots are already connected. Maybe they don't just hate black people in the simple way like back in the day. Maybe it's actually worse.
