So and what that means is that the credit markets are in general priced for perfection. They you know spreads don't get much tighter than this and inevitably we know that if we do enter a recession that the housing market will continue to struggle. If you start getting unemployment people start to run into problems paying their loans. We've seen that in a few specially lenders like go easy here in Canada GSY. They've run into some problems. I mean they're a subprime lender. So it's it's understandable and we've seen a lot of pressure in the US private credit market.
