Successful coaching businesses use four interconnected content types: (1) Top of Funnel Gathering content that captures attention by showing dramatic transformations and explaining the journey, (2) Mid-Funnel Nurturing Raw Talking Heads that build on top of funnel content by explaining core concepts authentically, (3) Mid-Funnel Green Screen Breakdowns that analyze successful content to teach underlying principles, and (4) Bottom of Funnel Client Transformations that focus on belief changes rather than outcomes, as the most valuable aspect is what changed within the client to enable their results. Value comes from understanding your authentic thought process and how your audience perceives you, not from copying others' content.

After Generating $15M For Coaches, I Found The Content Types That Close $5-10k ClientsAdded:
If you're posting on Instagram every single day, and you're not able to close clients for five, even say $10,000, stay with me during this video because I'm going to tell you something that no one in this space is going to tell you, and that's just me being completely honest with you, okay? I know it sounds like every other guy on the internet says this, oh, I've got some secret information that no one else is going to tell you, but hear me out, okay? I'm going to pull up my screen right now, as you can see, and I'm going to show you exactly what I have done to generate multiple seven figures within my business over the last 3 years, as well as generate over just last year in 2025, $15 million collectively for the clients that I have coached in helping them build their business online. Okay, so let's dive exactly into the four content types that have made me uh multiple seven figures last year. My business did about 3.5 million in revenue, and I run a very, very highly profitable business, so you can know how much I took that in. You can watch a lot of my other videos where I literally show you in my Chase bank account what I paid myself every single month, right?
But, the same ones that generated my clients uh $15 million last year in coaching revenue, right? And this is what I call the info funnel, okay? This is what I've created, and this is the thing that I cater literally all of the success that I have had to, right? I've created the absolute greatest system for taking long-form YouTube traffic, sending them to Instagram, and using those two your advantage so that it's not about how many views you get, but it's about how much of an impact you have on the customer and how much you can explain their solution better than they can, okay? So, this first type is what I call the top of funnel gathering, okay? Right? So, when I say gathering, it's because the biggest thing that we're doing here is we're gathering attention. We're gathering focused attention, right? And here's a couple of my clients, and I want to show you these exact examples that they've used so that you can see a part of this. Now, what I would break this down as, and let's just jump into right here. This is my client, Nick. Now, Nick runs a business where he learned how to rent websites to service-based business owners. He lives in Utah. He's like 10 or 12 years older than me.
Um he's doing almost $200,000 a month now, and he had a very, very small audience when he came and followed me.
But, let's check this out, okay? You've You've seen plenty of types of videos like this, but the whole point is not for me to show you, "Hey, here's the video for you to go copy." As I As I talked about before, the whole entire point is for me to tell you and help you understand, what is the point of this video, and what does it serve? Cuz you can post a bunch of these that do great, and that's all you post because you don't know what the actual point of this video is, and it doesn't do anything for you, right? So, let's check it out.
>> [music] [music] >> I'll be honest, super boring video, and if they didn't have the Lamborghini in it, it wouldn't really do anything, right? But, that's not what I'm trying to tell you. This video did great. I think it got like a few hundred thousand views, right? The whole entire point is for people who have watched his nurturing content, right? The whole entire point is for people who have seen all of, you know, who he is. This, even though it's top of funnel, might still push them over the edge as the last little hint to be like, "God, look at this transformation that he made." But, the biggest thing that this serves is a new audience who doesn't know who he is, right? Now, with a video like this, if you don't have a Lamborghini or you're just posting like your physique transformation and stuff like this, the only way that this works is if the outcome is a massive difference, right?
If you went from zero to $10,000 a month and you bought yourself like BMW, it's not really going to do anything when you make this video. It's not like you really put that much thought process into this video. But, again, what I'm trying to help you understand is the whole point of a top of funnel video like this is to show like, hey, I worked tirelessly over and over and over again, sleepless nights, hopeless nights, nights where I literally lost all faith in what I was doing and bang, it paid out and I had a massive return. So, when you post these top of funnels, right?
You have to think, what is something that makes somebody look at me and wonder, what does this guy do?
What made him go from working tirelessly to buying a supercar, all right? This is so so simple and you're going to be watching this and being like, I've seen this a thousand times, it doesn't take any skill for you to make. That is the point. The whole entire point of you seeing this is to understand, okay, a video like this only works if there's a crazy difference between who you were and then who you are now. And this also leaks into the middle of funnel and then the bottom of funnel that I'm going to show you in just a little bit. It's for you to explain the middle. Explain the tireless nights. Explain the hopeless nights. Explain the nights where you felt like there was nothing that you could do to make yourself better. Videos like this don't take that much talent.
That's why I say value is so much more important than views because you can make a bunch of these, you could have somebody that makes a [ __ ] ton of these and that's all they make and nobody ends up converting because they don't actually care about the transformation unless there's other things on your page to support what you're talking about.
Now, if you're watching this and you're thinking, okay, I get it. I know what content to post, I know how I need to think about the thought structure and I don't need to just copy people. This should get me to a 100k a month. I need you to understand something, okay?
There's no way that you just take one little thing and all of a sudden you go to a 100,000 a month. I slave away and I put blood, sweat, and tears into putting out this education for you guys, but the content is just one piece, okay? There's so much more of a puzzle, right? A lot of the people that are in this industry, they're barely good at one thing, but if you can become good at all of them, the understanding and awareness of the industry and then the content, the sales process, and the fulfillment, it's literally like the Infinity Stones of the coaching business. You can literally become a master coach because you can have the most viral reel on Instagram.
You can have 500 people DMing you and you can still make nothing. I literally have friends who have millions of followers, right? Who don't run my system simply because see to each their own, right? And they can barely make $10,000 a month. "Joe Mark, I got I got a thousand DMs today from this post."
Great. How much time did you spend deciphering through those DMs seeing how many people are actually qualified enough? "Oh yeah, bro, we only closed like three clients."
Why do you think? All you really need is five qualified DMs a week. That's it.
Five qualified DMs a week. If you have a $8,000 program, you know how much money that is a week? It's so much easier when you understand this system. But, you have to realize what is actually going on, okay? So, that's exactly why I put my free 12-hour course. Click the 12-hour blueprint. Go to my Instagram first. Watch my stories. Look at the reels that I posted and click the link in my bio. You can go to the 12-hour blueprint. I am known for giving away free pieces of content that are better than the $10,000 courses you pay for from these so-called mentor influencers, right? Let's dive back in. But, before you click off, watch the rest of this video and make yourself a note to go and watch that 12-hour blueprint. Let's go back in, okay? This is just to give you a different understanding, right? Same exact style of what I'm talking about.
And this is one of my clients, Heber. He lives here. I moved from Miami up to Atlanta, Georgia and he has a flooring business. So, it's an in-person service-based business and he's teaching other people how to make more money doing this, right? Again, this video is not hard to make. It doesn't take much talent, but check this out.
Nothing crazy. I'm not watching this video being like, "Oh my gosh, this is amazing."
>> Don't click away. I have to explain to you why this is good and what purpose it actually serves, okay?
It's a little bit drawn out. It's a little bit too long, but I'm showing you this for a reason. I'm not I'm not acting like, "Oh, this is one of the greatest videos that he's ever posted and this Oh, this is what we do." I'm teaching you the thought process behind it because the structure is what actually matters.
The biggest thing that I see people mess up with top of funnel content, right?
He's talking about how I scale from 20k a month to 100k a month in hardwood flooring, okay? Somebody who's never seen this video before sees this and it's like, "Okay, this guy's real."
Right? They see what he has actually done. But, what you have to realize is that someone sees this and it only is valuable if the rest of his page has been set up with helping people understand what they're doing wrong, helping them understand who you are, what your thought process is, right? How you structure your business, the beliefs you have, the positioning that you have, right? And it makes them go and click and be like, "Okay, well, dope. This guy did the thing that I'm wanting to do." They take a moment to look at your page. This creates the first impression. This initiates the first impression for them to then go down and look. If your content is not supported If this is all you post is these top of funnel reels like you see like the larper guys in Miami, all they post is like the supercar, the girls, like the videos with just text on the screen that are super motivational. Why do they not make the amount of money that they actually want to make? Because there's no value supported in the back of it. So, the top of funnel videos make nothing. You're better off just posting nurturing and bottom of funnel and your account not going crazy viral if you're not going to support what are the core concepts in this? So with every single one of my coaching clients, okay, I literally will go in here and I'll break these down and I'll be like, what actually made this do well? Like I just did to you guys, right? Well, he shows himself buying the truck and then he shows himself buying another company car and he bought it cash, right? People don't understand that in their top of funnel videos when something like this goes viral, it's your job to break this down into like 10 core concepts that make people interested in your journey and then create nurturing and bottom of funnel reels from it, right? So those don't even take that much talent.
Anybody can do it, right? But then every single day when you're showing up and you're making these kind of top of funnel but more mid funnel nurturing content talking heads, like you're going to see my client Nathan and then one of my clients Arthur, right? Let's check this one out. So as we watch this video, okay, and again, I purposefully selected videos that didn't take that much effort, that don't look that crazy. So because it's so easy to watch these and be like, why did this do good? How come you can make this exact same video and it doesn't do that great? If you guys have seen this, this is Shredded Sage.
He just joined my program when he was making like $3,000 a month selling a low ticket program. Let's watch it. Again, nothing spectacular about this video, but what's the point of him making it?
Ever since being diagnosed with extremely high testosterone, this one trait has always gotten to me, but honestly it's helped me a lot. And that is simply not giving a [ __ ] You know, if you showed me for Wow, great. He made a video and he said, ever since I've been diagnosed with this, it's simply not giving a [ __ ] Why did this do good for him? If you recreated this video, it would do terribly. This did good for him because it represents all the top of funnel videos that he makes. He makes these videos literally with his shirt off, right? Like some of his most viral videos. let's take a look. Let's find something. Dude gets crazy engagement, right? He almost basically coined the like in the grocery store with your shirt off type of videos. Let's find one of them, right? Something like this.
Oh my gosh. Avocado oil chips. See if they're chips. They're healthy, right?
Are you [ __ ] Why did the talking head video that I just show you do good? Because it represents the thought structure of these top of funnel videos. No one's learning anything from this. No one goes in the grocery store and actually thinks that these things are healthy, right?
So, anyone can copy this, but he basically coined this type of video, so it's always going to do well for him.
It's like my aggression talks. When I was making my aggression talks back then, I was making $30,000 a month. I had like literally back when I had two, three, 4,000 subscribers on YouTube and like zero Instagram followers. Why?
Other people would copy it and it wouldn't do good. Why? Because it was authentic to the way that I spoke, the way that I've always spoken. I've always spoken extremely passionate, extremely intense. That's the energy that I give off. And so, when I sit down in the car and I'm basically just talking about my story and what I've done and combining it all together, I'm literally giving off the mindset that I use to hold myself accountable. And so, that's what gives me the understanding of what should my core concepts be and what are my nurturing videos. People think because nurturing videos don't get as much views that it makes them money, right? A video like this is going to do so much more for making him money. Let's even find a video that didn't do good.
Environment maxing, okay? Part of his brand, right? If you just start using maxing because you saw somebody else say it, it doesn't do anything. His business is literally test maxing. Like that's what it's called and it's a representation of these top of funnel videos. So, even though this got 550k, something like this does so much more as far as bringing clients and helping people people his thought process because it's that mid-funnel nurturing content that is based upon all the overlying facts and the things and the the the centers in the brain that get stimulated from these top-of-funnel pieces of content. Now, let's check out Arthur.
Immediately, I fell into lust with my girlfriend. Everyone What do you mean?
Are you telling on yourself? What are you talking about, right? But yesterday, I fell into lust with my girlfriend.
Right? And and I just feel so much shame, so much guilt, right? So much convict- He has a Christian offer, okay? So, most people are going to see this and be like, "How can you fall into lust if she's your girlfriend, right?" He's holding himself to a higher standard that represents the method, the mindset, and the accountability that he's created inside of what he's doing. So, you go and you make this, but this isn't actually a principle that you live by, the thought structure isn't the same, and your brand isn't built out the exact same way. It doesn't matter. It doesn't do anything for your brand, right? These mid-funnel nurturing videos, and again, I purposely use videos that you're like, "That doesn't take that much skill." To show you, I've got clients and and videos that are just like, "Bro, this dude is so talented. He's applied my system flawlessly." I'm showing you things that because you go make this and there's nothing else in what you've put out, and you don't even understand your thought process dialed down to the smallest point enough to make something where you hit on all of the emotional factors that actually turn somebody from a viewer into someone who's in the sales process or somebody who converts, the video doesn't do anything for you. And so, the whole entire point of the raw talking heads and then what I'm about to show you with the green screens, when you get into that mid-funnel, that nurturing content, it's to break down the overlying concepts shown in your videos that have gotten the most amount of views, right? And then you have another mid-funnel, something like green screen, okay? Let me show you my client Devin. Again, these are all videos that don't really take that much skill, and you're not going to be like, "Wow, this guy's phenomenal." That is the point.
>> Five disgustingly easy confidence maxing tips. In 2026, we are confidence maxing Devin came to me. He had bought like five different mentorships. He was in debt. He had bought from other guys who would just throw them in like a course and a community. We did so many one-on-one calls breaking down these things. In the beginning of Devin's brand, if he would have made this video, it would have done terribly. But recently, he's gone He literally joined my program. He had like He had like 600 followers, I think. And he was already in debt. And he went in more debt to join my program. Look at him now. 35,000 followers. Again, my whole entire point is this video would not have done [ __ ] if he hadn't already built a brand around it. But all of the videos that he's had that have done well, the DM conversations that he's had, the sales calls that he's had, it's taught him about the way that people view him, the perception of people that people have around Devin as a coach. And now he can create these nurturing videos that speak to those pain points. It speaks from the positioning that he yields, the positioning that he holds, and it speaks to the awareness level of the viewer.
Therefore, and insecurity meaning The very first thing you need to know is that confidence is evidence-based. It comes from proving Everything that he's saying right here to back it up, the rest of the video doesn't even matter.
You can go watch these on your own. The whole entire point of me showing you this is the nurturing, the green screen.
You can do all the green screens in the world that you want. So, when you look at these mid-funnel videos, you have to understand that this is what makes something valuable. The thought structure. If the thought structure of the video is not rooted in who you are as a person authentically, right? A lot of people don't understand that if you don't understand the way that your audience views you, if you don't understand your own journey and its depth, why you made decisions, why you speak the way that you do, why you have the offer that you do, you'll never be able to create good content. Even if you're talented. I just showed you videos that were not hard to make, right? And I'm showing you these four different types. After the green screen breakdowns, we have the client transformations, which is more bottom of funnel, which pushes people over the edge, right? A lot of these can be done in stories as well. But the whole entire point is, let me ask you a question, okay? I'm going to ask you a question right now. What's the most valuable thing about a client testimonial?
What is it? Like, answer me. I don't care if you're sitting alone watching your computer screen or you're listening to this in the car listening to YouTube.
Answer. What is the most valuable thing in a client transformation? Okay?
It's not what they achieved. If somebody loses 10 lb in your program, no one cares. If someone makes A 100K A MONTH in my program, no one cares. The thing that is the most valuable because information is so saturated, the thing that is the most valuable is what did they believe that was wrong before joining your program?
What belief changed? What ability changed and why do they now have the skill to execute on the information?
Because then people watch it. And if someone makes $100,000 a month in my program, most people are like, "Oh, yeah, but he didn't have this and his offer is different. He doesn't understand." No, no, no. You show the false belief breaking. If somebody loses 10 lb, this is the belief they had before. Even though they had the right information, they weren't able to execute on it because of this, this, and this. And then you show how their mind transformed, how their habits, how their approach, how their thought process changed. That is the thing that is the most valuable, right? And I teach all of these inside of my Content OS. And what we do is this literally is the core reason why AI doesn't work the way that you want it to work, all right? Because if you tell AI, "Use Nathan Sage's videos to make me a content plan for this.
It's going to use Nathan's thought structure that has no relation TO YOURS.
AI IS a wonderful tool, but a tool is only as good as the person who uses it.
If I give you the sharpest sword in the world, but you don't KNOW HOW TO FIGHT, YOU THINK ALL OF A sudden you're going to become a warrior? NO. I CAN GIVE a warrior a dull sword and he'll still whoop your ass because he understands how to use the tool. The whole entire point of AI, right? The whole entire point of I say don't copy framework steal. But in order to understand the framework, you have to realize why did Nathan make this video? It's not the words he said, it's not the blue light glasses, right? It's how it directly correlates to the things that he's put out for his audience. Inside of your transformations and like your testimonials, the thing that is the most valuable is not what they achieved, it's what changed within them to allow them to achieve it and then what were the things that changed that allowed them to then execute on that, okay? So you have to understand this. When you are making your content, if you cannot directly interpret what the person is struggling with, break that belief first. It has to be an epiphany moment, okay? The whole point of content is content is the start of the sales process.
If you're selling a car, what has to change about the person who's buying the car before they get it? Nothing, just their bank account. They send the money.
When you're selling a digital product, when you're selling coaching, when you're selling information, the person can buy the thing if you're amazing at sales and you have amazing content, but eventually your brand is going to die because no one gets results because the beginning starts within this content.
Content is the foundation of the sales process, sales process is the foundation of the fulfillment, and then it creates this infinity loop where you learn.
Every time somebody goes through your program and gets results, that should give you feedback about your content.
Every time somebody goes from your content and DMs you, that should give you feedback about, "Oh, the false beliefs that they had in the DMs, the way that they were talking to you, that literally goes against the things that you talk about in your content." shows what your content is missing, and this creates this entire cycle for you to break this down. I purposefully made this video extremely simple, and I used videos that were not hard to make just to show you that you cannot recreate these and then go and actually do well simply because if you don't understand your own thought process, you don't understand how people view the way that you display yourself, and you don't realize what the value is inside of you, your strengths, your weaknesses, your skills, the way that you've been engineered to act based on your childhood, the traumas that you've experienced, okay? Trauma, I've had so much, quote unquote, trauma in my life, but I don't even believe in trauma, okay? Trauma is just scientifically something that happens that changes the way that you act, okay? It changes your neural pathway. So, trauma can be good, or trauma can be bad, right? "Oh, I'm super insecure, so now I decided to go to the gym and get in shape." Well, was that trauma bad? I don't know. I think that that's good because it actually inspired change within you, right? But there has to be some neurological change in order for somebody to change something about themselves. That's the difference in selling digital products versus selling a physical product, right? The change has to happen in the content first. So, you can have You can go as viral as you want. If people don't have a change in their life from their content, if they're not applying the things that you're talking about, nothing is going to happen. So, these are the four content types that have driven multiple seven figures in coaching sales for my client. And look, if you take these and you start posting them this week, okay? You're not going to see a difference. But, if you take these and you break them down and you start watching Reels, and you start to understand, "Okay, well, this person's hooked it good." Not because of the hook, but because of the how the hook displays their thought process within their offer, and then you can engineer that into your content, you're going to see a change. I promise. But, here is what I need you to understand, okay?
Before you close this video. The content is step one, all right? The coaches I've worked with who have hit 50, $100,000 months, all right? They didn't crack just content, right? They didn't just become amazing at putting out videos on social media, okay? They have cracked the entire system with my help and the understanding of the things I teach, right? They have been able to actually drive value. Value is not tips, value is not tricks, value is not telling the person something that you think they haven't heard before. It's packaging it in a way where they go Huh.
I relate to the way this guy thinks.
Huh. I've never thought about it that way. You're not We live in the day and age of information. You are [clears throat] [ __ ] if you think that you're going to tell somebody something that they've just never heard before, okay? You're not Andrew Huberman, okay? You can have millions of people watching your reels, and you can still be broke. I've seen it a million times. I've seen it so many times to the point where like it genuinely hurts my heart. And if you don't know how to to convert a DM into a sales call, the content means nothing.
If your product doesn't actually get people results by first breaking the belief, you can have the best product in the world, but if the person's belief doesn't shift, they can't apply the information, therefore it doesn't matter, right? Which starts in the content, okay? The content brings the right people to you, but what you do after that content and how you continue to revamp your content and drive them through your {quote} {unquote} funnel, okay? Which the baseline of what I'm teaching you here with the info funnel, that is the thing that's actually valuable, all right? Content getting viral means nothing. You being good at sales means nothing. You being the best objection handler means nothing. You spending 100 hours on your product means nothing if the whole entire system does not work together, okay? This is what determines if your coaching business skills pass 50 to $100,000 a month, right? This is the sole thing, okay? And that's exactly why I put out the free 12-hour blueprint. I've literally taken everything I've learned over the last 3 years. I've seen how the industry is changing. The Lambos, the Ferraris. I just bought a $700,000 Ferrari. It's my fourth car. My fourth car that I bought in the last 2 years. And 3 and 1/2 years ago, I was selling a 2006 Acura TL that I used to sell weed out of when I was in high school, okay? I've lived every single thing that I literally practice every single thing that I preach, but I've given you guys all of the information. It's literally in the comment section and it is inside of the third link in the description. You can watch the entire thing, but you have to understand how to break it down. You have to understand why information is saturated and how the game is changing, then you have to understand content, your personal brand, your positioning, your offer, your niche, so on, how that drives into the sales process, and then how that actually gives you a better product, even if you don't work on the product directly, okay? So, I go by Mr. Free Value on Instagram for a reason.
Everything is free. Go watch it. You think it's free and it's free monetarily, but you still have to invest your time. You still have to invest effort. You still have to invest looking at what I talk about and how it applies to you. That's what you don't understand. The reason I'm able to make things free and still make so much money, the reason I'm able to put out literally information that's better than most people's courses, why is it?
Because you still have to develop the skill and you still have to put in the effort. And that's why my program is literally the implementation where we basically almost do it for you, right?
But I want you to see everything that's going on inside of your business and I want to basically give you the answers, right? So that you do make money and you have this understanding once, you know, when you're scaling just so you can hit me up and be like, "Yo, I spent an extra 3 years and I did this on my own with your free content. Thank you, John Mark." And I'll be like, "Let's go." Or you decide, "I want to do this in 3 months, 4 months instead." And then you invest money, which is way less valuable than time, in order to save time and in order to literally jump-start your progress and literally go from 10 to 50 in 1 month, in order to go from, you know, 5 to 20 in 3 months, in order to go from 50 to 100 in the next 30 days. These are the things that matters. You have to understand the why behind everything that you do. So just go click that link, watch the video, watch my stories on Instagram. I put out so much free information. You just have to go invest your time into understanding it and breaking it down.
And I've given you so many resources to do it. Go get access to it right now.
Until next time, I'll see you guys.
Continue to push yourself beyond what you think you are capable of, and you will then become the man who's actually capable the thing that you want to do.
Peace out.
