[00:00:17]It's not there on Oh, man. This is not good >> [sighs] >> All right, we're going right into this video because this has been this is one of those mayday mayday alert help moments. I thought I had a little stash of cash. I learned something from my younger boss. Probably one of the biggest things I've I've ever learned from anybody when he looked at me. He said, "Darren," and this was a couple years ago. He says, "I'm tired of seeing you struggle with money, you know, and you're always like, you know, living paycheck to paycheck. Well, doesn't everybody?" And he said, "No." And he goes, "I want to show you something. I want you to try it out. It might scare you a little bit, but I want you to at least try it out because you don't want to get left behind." Remember that. If us kids didn't learn about computers, we'd, you know, be left behind. If you don't know what's happening, listen so I can share this with you. Very important information that he taught me and it's going to be crucial for probably survival here. Now, I've just temporarily run low on funds. Um, but I've had this little bit of Bitcoin that honestly I don't know what the hell it's all about, right? U my boss tries to explain it to me and I've been just sort of lost and I get distracted and it's like I don't, you know, I don't want to hear it right now. The very most important aspect of what I'm telling you about here is when you talk about Bitcoin, there's only so much that was made and will ever be made, right? No more printing like printing money. So if you get some now and it will just grow will grow because there is no more to be made. That's what I learned yesterday. I can't believe that I never paid attention to that before. But now that people are using it, I'm in. But what's happened in the last couple days, I'm just dumbfounded that I didn't really study a little harder. But I'm sure glad I'm paying attention now because if you guys are like me and only have so many years left, we want to enjoy those years. We kind of want to know how to keep up a little bit, right? Social Security, no pension, not looking good for me. So, I had to really think about this. So, as I travel, my American money is worth less, but my Bitcoin grows.

[00:02:32]Amazing, isn't it? The other thing is there's no middle person. You know, when I go to a hotel and I pay the Bitcoin, it's immediate. It's immediate to that either human who is trading Bitcoin with me or trading merchandise or I'm buying something in El Salvador. It's immediate. There is no bank in between.

[00:02:52]We got to Peruvia. That's what I love about the whole concept. I'm 60 and I live I literally live on a bike and I stay with people. I stay in places and I rent little places here and there for a month at a time. But what's happening now with uh Bitcoin and crypto is really important to learn. Now, I'm not going to give a lesson on it because you can just find out yourself and you're going to start seeing it. Now, you probably seen Bitcoin ATMs. I would avoid those for now. You know, if you get any Bitcoin and the Bitcoin that I have, no, I didn't get a hotel with it. I didn't even spend it. But what I learned was here pretty shortly, I'm going to be able to use it anywhere I go. I'm going to be able to use it at at the store.

[00:03:35]anywhere I go at the grocery store. Uh if I want a motel room, I'll be able to use it. Now, let's just talk about this little thing that my boss gave me. Now, you can just buy Bitcoin through your uh you know, whatever PayPal and just have it in an account. You never see it and it's just like uh cash that you use, but now it's it's going to be able to be it's usable, right? Before people are just afraid of it and uh like gold, I have some gold, but I can't really go spend it at the store, right? So you I keep mine in a cold storage and that's this thing here. But if I lose my Bitcoin, it's gone forever and I don't have a lot. I just have a little bit. So as I get more, I'm going to rethink this cold storage thing because uh even though it's secure and nobody knows how much I have. Nobody. Nobody knows how much Bitcoin I have even though it's not very much. Now it's this is not to be illegal. This isn't tovoid taxes because now it's in the system. It's centralized in a way. Now, if you use it for centralized like at the store and stuff, then it's all taxable, but you can also just keep your Bitcoin to use in another country because it's like a, you know, basically it's just like you take it and what it's worth, you can use that. I could go down to another country, use it to get my motel, my Airbnb, and whatever. It's not American money. It's Bitcoin. Learn about it. I'm not going into what this is all about other than the fact that you're going to see it.

[00:05:04]And I would buy sats, satoshi's. They're just little pieces of Bitcoin. That's what I have because we're not rich enough to go buy most of us here probably to go buy a bunch of Bitcoin. You just can't do it. And that's what got me at first. I thought I got to go buy bitcoins, but they're it costs so much. Look what it's worth. No, you buy small amounts. And this is a disclaimer. Don't follow me. Don't take my advice. They're just little signposts to show you what I'm doing.

[00:05:33]You keep it in there and now I can spend it. It's going to save my ass this month cuz I'm going to use a little bit of it.

[00:05:40]And uh I wanted to share that with you, you know. Now, there's a bunch of stuff I'll put in the description here, you know, how you can learn more about it and certain people that I follow that know a lot about it. And my boss is teaching me. I'm 60. He's 35, 36 years old, but he's been doing this for a long time. He's been investing. Now I'm learning that I might have a little bit of a future. You know, I was thinking, oh, my social security and a little bit of, you know, this and that. I got a book I sell. I make a couple pennies every month. You know, now I know, okay, uh, these little Bitcoin investments I'm making are going to help me. And believe it or not, it piles up. It piles up and it's money you can use. Check it out.
