ICP BREAKS OUT! News Emerges That Could Keep It Going HIGHER!

[00:00:00]ICP has just recently started breaking out out of a months-long downtrend, which is of course a fantastic thing to see. And this momentum could be happening at the perfect time because we could have news coming that could keep sending it higher and higher, which is of course exactly what all of us want.

[00:00:16]So, that's what we're going to be talking about today is where could we see ICP going next? Are we towards the end of the run? Could we continue to see it go further? Either way, there is definitely money to be made here on this ICP move because it is doing something that is not uh you know, not typical for what we have seen recently. So, let's go ahead and we'll check out Crypto Bubbles first. As you can see that it has been a green day as well as week, month, and uh red year, but uh pretty pretty green on the on the week and the month. You can see here on the month, ICP up 25% on the week, 33% and even just on the day, another seven. It has been a little bit of a choppy week both to the up and the downside, but you will see here again, you know, a pretty good mix throughout kind of the the crypto market, showing a good bit of green here, which is of course a good thing to see. Some others that we have been tracking, of course, Hyperliquid, not really moving too well.

[00:01:09]Virtuals moving a little bit. We also have Tao not really moving much as well.

[00:01:14]So, again, you know, parts and pieces of the crypto market definitely moving fairly well, but not everything kind of moving as a whole, which is I would say, you know, fairly fair to say. We'll also be looking at kind of why some of that might be. But, if we go ahead and we look at ICP, you will see it has been making a move that we, you know, kind of uh have been waiting for for a long period of time. We were in a kind of months-long consolidationary period. We jumped right out of that pretty quick.

[00:01:41]Again, not a not a lot of liquidity in ICP, so when it starts to get a little bit of momentum, it really moves relatively quickly. And then of course, you'll see here the RSI spiking pretty dramatically as well. Now, the big thing here that I would say is worth paying attention to is can we hold above this level uh about the 286 level. This was kind of the previous like pretty hard floor before we broke through that back at the end of January and have since been below it since there. We had been rejected, you know, once or twice off of kind of that uh you know, 286 level.

[00:02:15]We have at least so far broken and held above it, which is a good thing to see.

[00:02:20]Again, the next level would be that 418.

[00:02:22]From there between kind of the 636 to 680 range. But also probably even more consequential than that is you'll see on this green massive years long at this point first started hitting it in March of 2024, so over 2 years ago. We've been in a downtrend ever since with this trendline holding pretty firm even back in November when we saw that massive kind of super pump from ICP. It was and and was immediately rejected at this kind of descending trendline. Again, this price would be now since it continues to be a descending trendline would now be kind of in the $5 range.

[00:03:01]So, if we saw ICP price get up to $5, I would say we'd probably expect it to get rejected at that level. And then, you know, of course, we'd want to see it break through there. If it breaks through there, it will have broken a multi-years long downtrend which could send ICP really moving pretty dramatically. So, that's something that we should be paying attention to. But for right now, of course, we still have a ways to go to get there. Right now, the biggest thing I would say is first off holding this level of support at the 285 range. And then, of course, looking to take out this level of resistance at the 414 and get back into this range that we saw through much of the year of 2025 and kind of like below the $6.35 range and above the $4.20 range. That is is kind of where we would want to be.

[00:03:46]But the good sign here is that we are seeing ICP move, which is a fantastic sign especially kind of earlier on in the cycle. And normally when other cryptos have moved, ICP has been a lagger. It seems like it might be a little bit of a leader this time, which is definitely good. If you are, of course, looking to trade this volatility, again, volatility in my opinion is kind of the name of the game in crypto. [00:04:12]It's a really, really great place to be trading if you are interested and you don't already have a good place to trade. Even if you already have a place to trade, BTCC is a pretty good deal.

[00:04:21]It's got pretty reasonable fees overall.

And the thing that I've been really, really interested in recently is access to tokenized stocks, forex, and commodities as well. Uh they have a SpaceX kind of synthetic stock that you can trade right now, uh which, of course, will kind of true up when the IPO comes out. Now, moving back to ICP, one of the other kind of key catalysts that could push ICP further up, since we already are starting to see this positive momentum, is that there is a 69% chance that the Crypto Clarity Act passes. A lot of people are kind of speculating that this is something that comes to vote within the next couple of weeks. If it does come to vote in the next couple of weeks and does indeed pass, this could be a very, very, very big deal.

[00:05:29]And so, that is something that I am going to be looking and watching for very closely. There are a couple different trades that I have actually either been making or looking to make based off of this. Of course, coming back here, you'll see on BTCC, I have a trade open currently for Kaspa. Kaspa, we have seen kind of this breakout of this very, very long-standing descending trend line here. So, you can see with that little break, I figured it'd be worth taking a little bit of a trade seeing if we continue back to the upside here and you know, kind of grind out a little bit over time or if it comes back and breaks down below, then I of course would consider this invalidation. That's the trade that I've taken. Of course, this is not financial advice. Be making your own decisions, but this is something that I am definitely keeping an eye on. Couple other things that I've been keeping an eye on. First up is Tao and then we will give a look at ICP also. But with Tao, you can see really, you know, we've got a little bit of this kind of descending trend line as well.

[00:06:24]We had kind of that first run-up back here in March and then we kind of you know, tried to touch it and break through again and then it had that kind of fud with the sell-off of the Templar subnet and all that type of stuff. We are making a recovery trying to get back above what is this descending trend line that has been established. If we break through this, this is another one that I would be looking to play. Again, taking a long here and waiting for a breakout on this side. Of course, if you've been following me, you know that I am bullish on Tao and so this is one that I'm looking at in particular cuz this this could be a good play as well. Of course, not financial advice. Make be making your own decisions. And then of course, ICP another one, a big one that we are talking about in this video and one that I've been focused on for a very long time. We have a little bit of you know, kind of that immediate gap up which has been good.

[00:07:11]Now, we'll just have to see kind of where it goes from here, right? So, I think the the big thing here is kind of maintaining that established level of support kind of at this $2.85 range. And then from here, I'm just looking for volume and volatility to continue to come back into the ICP chart. If we continue to see that and we don't see volume die off, then we could be looking for a kind of a a pump of like this magnitude where maybe we get up into the $5 range. Potentially, we even see something like we saw in November where it really goes on a run. This was about what was this? Almost 5X-ing in the the span of about a week and a half. So, we have seen it before. We know that ICP can do this. And so, particularly if you are trading leverage, this can be a very, very easy way to make a lot of money pretty quickly. Again, practice at your own risk. Make sure that you understand what you're doing because with leverage comes risk. So, just make sure if you don't understand that, you probably shouldn't be using leverage in the first place. Now, I also want to give a look at Bitcoin as well Bitcoin naturally is going to have massive repercussions on the rest of the crypto market. There's a lot of different things going on in the macro market right now. And of course, this is kind of flowing back into Bitcoin. And depending on how Bitcoin acts, I am going to be paying very, very close attention to. Currently, you can see we did break out of this ascending channel.

[00:08:30]This was not the expected move, but it has indeed broken out. We are also seeing it come back down and do a retest. This break and retest could be a very, very very good sign for a continued move further back to the upside. The big thing here though that we really do have to watch, we're going to zoom in a little bit closer here, as you can see, price currently for Bitcoin is really jammed right between a rock and a hard place right here. You can see there is a resistance right above it at this 80,500 level. We also technically have the support of the ascending channel that we've been tracking for multiple months. So, depending on kind of which direction this goes, if we go back down, of course, we will be kind of falling back into the ascending channel.

[00:09:15]If that does happen, I expect that this probably ends up falling out the bottom. If we can hold this and put in, you know, kind of a break and then a retest off of this, this is probably a pretty good sign that, you know, potentially the 4-year cycle is over. We start to see Bitcoin continue to rally, potentially all the way back up, you know, into the 100K range. Again, exactly when and where and all that type of stuff. We don't know for sure, but this would be a fantastic technical sign that the market is actually starting to turn for Bitcoin.

[00:09:44]And that, of course, is a massive, massive thing for the other altcoins as well. If we go ahead and we look at the total three chart, again, this is the chart that is going to impact things like ICP more than something like a Bitcoin chart, but you will see there's been starting we did break out of this descending trendline actually back here in the middle of March, but we were kind of just following it along basically till the early part of April. And since then we've started to get a little bit of upward momentum, but nothing really truly crazy. As I have mentioned, this red line is is kind of anything below here, I'm not really kind of super concerned or interested in what's going on with altcoins as it starts to break up through here, then I think we can start paying a little bit more attention. In the meantime, though, with kind of, you know, some early movers like ICP starting to show some momentum, if that continues to to hold, this could be a very, very thing a very, very good thing for ICP. I do think that we are going to be getting into a period of, you know, kind of I don't want I don't want to say mass hysteria, but definitely a lot of optimism around uh AI and what it can do. And with ICP being positioned so well in that kind of perspective, I do think we could see a pretty interesting run happening from ICP. So, I of course am going to be taking a very, very close look there.
