Inside My New Office… (Built From Trading)

[00:00:00]Ele guys made it to the Fins trading headquarters. Right behind me you see the full office of the Fins trading company. the company I started round about two years ago. The company in which I teach people how to day trade completely free of charge. Besides that, I also share my trades with my community, which I can simply copy, paste, and profit from to make an extra income next to their job or studies. And right behind me, we have the office. And inside of the office, everything goes down. The work, the people we work with, and of course, the secret sauce in how to become a profitable day trader yourself. So, tag along with me. I'm going to show you the headquarters, who I'm working with, what we're working on, and how everything goes down. So, come along. So, we made it to the ground floor of the office. We just moved into this new office. It's brand new, but the previous owner still left some stuff here that needs to be moved out. Once he's moved out, we're going to make a little reception area here. And let's go to the upstairs because that's where we're working and that's where everything happens.

[00:01:28]So, we officially made it to the man cave. This is where we spend our leisure time. After a busy week of trading, helping our members, and of course, making a lot of profits. We end off the week here to blow up some steam, play some snooker, have some drinks. It's still not fully done yet. We still need to put a dart board on the wall so we can play some darts, maybe a TV so we can play some music in the background.

[00:01:48]We of course have some speakers already here. And it's very important for you guys to know that after a busy day of work, you of course spend the leisure time, blow off some steam, cool off the mind so you can attack the week ahead again. Here you can also have nice talks about progressing the business, progressing yourself as a person, and of course developing the character you want to become, of course, in order to run a business because it's quite hard and it's quite stressful at certain moments.

[00:02:13]But that's where the leisure time helps and come into play in order to keep going and keep growing.

[00:02:25]Yes. So, we officially made it to the office. This is where everything goes down. This is where we search for high probability setups. This is where we help our members to become profitable inside of the forex market. And not only the forex market, we learn them a strategy which you can implement on every single financial market out there.

[00:02:43]whether it's crypto, CFDs, forex, oil, indices, you name it. And right here, we have everything going down. We have some analysis being made on gold. Today, we've shared a few trades already on gold. And let me show you guys the results. Right here, you can see we have the gold chart. This morning, I've shared a nice position on gold. And if we head over to the community, you can see that we have one member, Pablo.

[00:03:56]It's Friday. Today, the second trade of today has just been shared inside of the community. I've just showed you guys and now the team is going to introduce themselves to you guys for the people who haven't seen the people who are working inside of the team.

Even we actually already hit TP3. So yeah, the market is going crazy right now, but I hope the members profited from it. So I'm just trying to manage everything right now and that's it. Making money.

[00:04:38]>> Yeah. So I'm Levi. Nice to meet you. For the people that are already longer inside the community, they probably see me on the network event fans we already had. And also every Sunday call, you hear my voice. Those people probably will be familiar with me. But for the people watching right now, Levi, trader at Fins Trading, also managing the request and yeah, that's just what we do on a daily basis, helping people out, making profits, helping them learn the skill themselves. And that's what we do.

[00:05:06]>> Yes. So, that was the office tour wrapped up and complete. And right now, I want to share a quick side note of value with you guys about starting your own online business. Starting an own online business is very hard. It's very difficult. You're going to have a lot of sleepless night. You're going to have a lot of self-doubt and you're going to have a lot of people that are not going to believe in you. I know this sounds cliche, but it is the truth. And when I was starting out 2 years ago with Fin Trading and before that with other ventures, I had a lot of self-doubt, limiting beliefs, and I wasn't sure if I was ever going to reach the goals I had in mind. But if you keep pushing forward and you keep moving the needle forward, eventually you will end up in a place where you're going to be very fulfilled with whatever you're doing. Make sure you set this big goal for yourself.

[00:05:54]Create those daily habits which will eventually stack up to a point where you have a structured daily routine where you have a structured daily flow of work and eventually also in your personal life because your personal life is merely a mirror of the success in your business or in the ventures you're pursuing. Besides that, when it comes down to learning a skill is the very same principle. It's a very mirrored reflection of your personal life. And make sure you keep striving for growth.

[00:06:21]And eventually, when you're going to build your team, make sure you treat those people accordingly. Make sure you compensate your team accordingly. And eventually, your team will help you come to a point where you reach your end destination. And in this process, make sure to have the goals of your team members clear so you can eventually also help them achieve those end goals and and destinations they have in mind for themselves. Give them the flexibility and the freedom to pursue their goals, to pursue their dreams inside of your business and eventually also to branch out for themselves. Keep attracting new talent. Make sure your talent is sharp, on point, and they help you with tasks you're unable to do or whether you're strong at those tasks or not. Make sure you keep outsourcing and eventually your business will grow and you can have a more helicoptered view of the things you need to tweak and the things you need to develop and eventually progress inside of your business to reach where you want to go inside of your business. With that being said, we're going to do a breakdown or at least I'm going to record a breakdown. Then we're going to head off to some dinner with the team.

[00:07:25]And this week so far has been great for us. We had some nice moves this week on gold of course and we've mainly reached for short positions, a few buys here and there, but we've managed to end off the week very profitable. I have uploaded a few breakdowns so you can watch those breakdowns after this video. Right now I'm going to record another breakdown.

[00:07:43]It's today the 20th of March. So this one will go out way before you see this vlog. And with that being said, I'm gonna head off to do the breakdown and then we're gonna head off dinner.

[00:07:53]that girl you're chasing. That's a waste of time. Yo, that. Tired of waiting. Just do my sight. Too much time. So much time. I can get you slimed. I go head to toe, but I'm not a fashion guy.

[00:08:05]>> So, we just made it to the restaurant right here. It's called Lucha. Typical Dutch restaurant known for their steaks.

[00:08:11]We're going to grab some steak with all of the team. See what else is on the menu. No alcohol. Once again, guys, going to rate this lucha. Every lucha is different when it comes to taste and everything like that. So, let's see what it is. And it's a feast.

[00:08:26]>> Yeah. No alcohol, but this is alcohol-free once again. And we made it to the restaurant. Uh I already know what I'm getting. Steak, obviously. We're just waiting for the order to come because we had another alcohol-free drinks coming.

[00:08:40]Then, we're just going to make our order and wait for the food to arrive. And once the food arrives and we do the rating, of course, see what it's like.

[00:08:53]>> If I have to give a rating, I would say 8.5 out of 10. Meat is tender, juicy.

[00:08:58]You can see the coloring, you know, >> it's there. The fries, >> but the fries are a bit too much for my liking. That's what it's about, you know, making sure you spend the time with the people you work with, the people you spend the most time with, and that's what's going to eventually, just as I said earlier in the vlog, make sure you surround yourself with the people and elevate yourself while you're on this journey of entrepreneurship. Make sure you focus on the outcome and make sure you gather the people around you that will eventually help you to reach that outcome. And in the meanwhile, you help each other reach individually their outcomes. So if there's people inside of the company that has a certain ambition, a certain goal in mind, make sure you also strive for them to achieve their goals. Apart from that, you know, I've studied HR um previously in the past.

[00:09:46]And if there's one thing I've taken away from that study in general is make sure when you attract people towards your company, towards the company vision and the company values, make sure you as founder of the company lives by those values and you are able to translate those values to the people you work with.
