What Does 'The Other Day' Actually Mean?

[00:00:00]When you say the other day, it could honestly mean years. Oh, yeah, completely. I I I have that with um I still refer to like Stereophonics' 12-year-old albums as "Oh, it's their new album."

[00:00:21]>> Yeah, that's fair. I think like the other day, I was I was chatting to my mom cuz she came up and I was saying like um uh "Oh, you know when you came up the other day?" It's like a year ago.

[00:00:30]And I was like and then maybe she was like, "Yeah."

[00:00:33]>> [laughter] >> The other day can mean any period of time. So, the other day could also mean literally yesterday, or it could mean a year ago, or apparently 12 years for you.
