[00:08:00]All right. Well, I'll do a little bit of update for me first, and then I'll let you go if you want. I um uh ended up getting down to 216 this week. And as is normal, our bodies don't always uh stay at that. And um you know, something Twan and off of Traces of Twan's Life was mentioning the other day too is about true weight.

[00:08:27]And uh uh sometimes after uh exercising and such, your you know, your water goes up a little bit cuz your muscles are breaking down and and they're trying to heal. So, I went up a little bit since I hit that 216. So, I'm hoping to get back down there.

[00:08:46]Um hopefully before my next appointment in June, June 3rd, I believe. So, uh but again, that scale likes to do what it wants to do, and that's fine. As I've said before, it's not all about that. So, um but otherwise, my my glucose is staying in line. I still average about 82 throughout the day.

[00:09:07]And my average for the last 90 days is 82. So, um I was glad to see that that continues to be in good shape.

[00:09:17]Um And uh reactions and and side effect was this week has been just fine.

[00:09:24]Um I have continued to uh do well with the 15 mg Mounjaro, which I've been on since January of 19 January of 2025, and I'm on my 70th week, 70th shot today. So, we'll be doing that here in a little bit.

[00:09:42]How was your week?

[00:09:44]I had a good busy week.

[00:09:47]Oh, good.

[00:09:47]>> Overall, feeling good still. Um not not having any headaches really. Um kind of irritable, but no comment from you. Um but that may just be end of the year struggles as I've said before, but um overall, not too bad. Feeling good.

[00:10:07]>> I feel I feel like I've been trying to be more active.

[00:10:11]Um it's harder when you you know, when you're going to work every day and then to come home and be active, but I'm trying to do that as much as possible.

[00:10:20]Well, you ended up on the elliptical last night while I did my our workout here and then you went again today. I sure did. I went this morning. You're doing great.

[00:10:29]>> a big elliptical. I don't know what it's called. Yeah, it's a they have a bigger one and a smaller one that has [snorts] different feels to them.

[00:12:20]>> We've actually been doing fun activities, learning activities, what we call PBLs and things like that about the our nation's 250th celebration. So this um this this week coming up we're going to have what we call the colonial games and we usually call them the Olympic games, but they're the colonial games for obvious reasons this week. And so I'm going to be a team director. So I'm going to be doing a bunch of games with a bunch of kids for 3 days all day. So And now it's raining all these days. You're going to end up inside.

[00:15:43]And then I had a bean just a beef beef taco. I don't like a lot of stuff on mine.

[00:16:08]Um and we actually had our kind of Memorial Day lunch yesterday with her her mom and dad. They >> It's been so rainy here and it rained yesterday all day long. It was like a downpour of rain and today it started out raining raining rain. It's been raining all day until just now right before we got on I could see a glimmer of sun for a little bit, but I think it's gone in now and we have clouds. So we really didn't plan anything with family just because it's so rainy. We're we're Well, I'm going to be at a graduation next weekend or graduation party in North Carolina.

[00:16:45]And then the next weekend we're heading to Florida for another graduation. So um we're trying to kind of take a break this weekend and just simmer down and chill a little bit.

[00:16:58]See, Gina says I'm crazy patient. For sure.

[00:17:04]Most days.

[00:17:06]I rub off on you a little bit, right?

[00:17:09]Yeah. Yeah.

[00:17:59]Yeah, she would love it there, but it's a little drier. We're more Florida people.

[00:19:12]Um I have been a little bit more irritable, but you know, I mentioned that it could be because of the end of the school year Um but my husband is so patient with me um as far as that goes, so anyway, feeling good, doing okay. I think I'm I feel like I'm ready to go up in dosage, so we'll see what happens and the doctor says about that.

[00:20:04]Uh I'm right near New Port Richey. Oh, cool, Michelle. Yeah, we uh usually drive it down. We're going to drive it down straight this time.

[00:21:06]And then TT says, "Can I ask, have you lost any weight or the same weight?" And I'm guessing he's asking you.

[00:21:13]Cuz I don't know. Well, um I feel like I've maintained more than lost. Um you know, at one point I would Let's see.

[00:21:24]I'm trying to think about the last time I've been on a scale cuz, you know, I really try to stay off of it um every single day myself just because I'm like I get discouraged sometimes, but um I feel like from the time I started, I was like maybe 190.

[00:21:38]>> Yeah, you're right, 190.

[00:21:39]>> 190 and I've almost lost about 10 lb. I mean, I've you know, um maybe about 8 lb down, I feel like.

[00:21:47]So, you know, and that fluctuates depending on the water and what you drink and you know, all the thing the things that you eat and whatnot. So, I feel good. I feel pleased with it so far.

[00:21:59]And then um Michelle said, "Somehow I missed that Christie started tirzepatide. What made you do this? I've been away, totally missed this." Yeah, uh it was about This is her fourth week.

[00:22:09]So, um Yeah, about a month, yeah.

Um but, yeah, the food noise has been kind of rough for me here lately and I think it could be I know I always go back to this, but you know, end of the school year starts and things start to get a little bit more stressful just because this, that, and the other and you know, um sometimes it's hard to give up those old old habits and you know, I can just be sitting and hear that food noise. And if you don't know what food noise is, it's just the constant um voice in the back of your mind talking about, oh, that would be really good right now. I think I would like that. I really would like that. That's just still sitting in there. Nobody's had any. It's been sitting in there for a month. Well, if I go in there and eat it, it'll be gone. Then I won't have to worry about it. You know, just constant It's a constant reel playing in the back of my brain all the time. And it has felt It has been so much better. I will say in the past month, um you know, one thing that has really helped me is to be active, but when the sun goes down and everybody start to get ready for bed, it's hard to be active. Um especially when, you know, everything starts shutting down and um it's not really necessarily as safe to be outside in the pitch pitch black exercising.

[00:23:49]Um I do have a treadmill, but you know, I'm not a fan of the treadmill. I like to be outside.

[00:23:54]Um but and to help maintain where I would like to be. So, I would like to lose maybe another 15 lb or so just to be at a weight for myself that I, you know, would be happy with. I am happy where I'm at now, but I feel like there's a little bit more wiggle room there.

So, you know, for whatever that's worth, weighing in the morning will take That's probably your most authentic weight. Right.
