How I’m Making $460 + $19/Month on LTC Properties

[00:00:00]I bought 100 shares of LTC Properties for $39.51 a share. Then, I immediately went and sold the LTC $35 call expiring June 18th for $460.

[00:00:13]So, as long as the stock stays above $35 a share, then my call will stay in the money, and after June 18th, I will be forced to sell my shares for $35 a share. That means I'll be left with a $9 profit or a 0.22 % return. That doesn't seem right. Oh, wait. I forgot to tell you that LTC Properties pays a monthly dividend of 19 cents a share. That means I make an additional $19 a month or a 0.048% [music] return each month that I hold these 100 shares. That's not a bad monthly income when you add it all up. What do you think?
