That means I'll be left with a $9 profit or a 0.22 % return. That doesn't seem right. Oh, wait. I forgot to tell you that LTC Properties pays a monthly dividend of 19 cents a share. That means I make an additional $19 a month or a 0.048% [music] return each month that I hold these 100 shares. That's not a bad monthly income when you add it all up. What do you think?
