This compilation captures the rare moments where human physiology pushes the absolute limits of Newtonian mechanics. The 36-second "record" is a clever inclusion that highlights the difference between athletic flight and accidental suspension.

Everyone who has jumped 1 second in the airAñadido:
Here is everyone that has actually jumped in the air for one full second.
Anthony height, who's 5' 6 in tall, was the first person on camera to record over 1 second of flight time. His air time was 1.002 seconds. And people also claimed that he jumped over 51 in on this bell touch. Isaiah Espinosa also has a 1second jump, which was when he was in an official jump contest to see who could jump the highest. And when he jumped 50 in, he timed 1.001 second of air time. When Darius Clark became the first person ever to test a 51 in jump, he had a flight time of 1.01 seconds, which ended up being the Guinness World Record. And finally, when this guy dunked, he stayed in the air for 36 full seconds because his leg got stuck in the hoop.
