🚨BREAKING! XLM Holders! Actual Documents Show The World Is Moving To Stellar!Added:
Breaking XLM holders. Actual documents show the world is moving to Stellar. But disclaimer, it's not just one like XRP.
It's not just one with Stellar, Q&T, and some of these other ones. For me personally, this is more solidification of why I am diversified in. I'm not a maxi. But at the end of the day, I get it. If you got to do that, that's your choice. consider smash that like because there's a lot to unpack here in this new development that just came out not that long ago today six o'clock in the morning Pacific Standard Time May 12th shout to me my 45th birthday. All right, what we have here is today the Stellar Development Foundation and the government of Bermuda announced that Bermuda will begin moving key payment and financial services activity onchain onto the Stellar network. And it says here learn more. Well, I want to take you to here. So right here we have this from Stellar. Okay. And again, everything's adding up, right? But more importantly is to explain everything that you see here in regard to Stellar wallets, all this. And it shouldn't be new to you, right? What I want to do now is to jump into this right here. Okay?
And if anything, hopefully enjoy my explanation of this. So, let's start off right here. And I want to give you guys a very simple everyday explanation of what's going on with this. So I want you to picture this. Imagine a small island country like Bermuda deciding to completely upgrade how money moves around in their country and how they're using a special digital system obviously called Stellar to do it. So Maximus, what's the big plan here? Well, Bermuda wants to become the world's first quote fully onchain national economy.
onchain. What does that mean? Well, it means using blockchain and using it for normal everyday money stuff. Not just for tech fans or crypto traders, but in plain English, this is what it means. People will get paid their wages into a digital wallet on their phone. They'll pay for groceries, rent, or bills straight from that wallet. They'll pay government fees like taxes or licenses the same way. I'm not a fan of those fees, but let's face it, that's part of life. The government will even test paying for things like social services and they will use stable coins.
And basically, that means digital versions of regular dollars that don't jump around in price. Everything will happen on stellar instead of the old school bank wires, credit cards or cash systems that we are used to. Now, at the end of the day, why are they doing this?
You may ask. Well, right now, when Bermudians use credit cards or regular payments, they get hit with high fees, often three to 5%, sometimes up to 10%. And that money leaves the island and goes to big payment companies. Here's basically what Bermuda wants to do moving forward.
Number one, they want to keep more money on the island. So obviously the local economy grows. Number two, they want to make payments super fast and cheap, like basically almost instant and costing fractions of a penny. Isn't that what we all want? Number three, they want to make it easier for everyone to use money digitally, even if they don't have a fancy bank account. They are also running digital literacy programs so regular people learn how to use these new wallets safely. All right, that was a lot to unpack, but what would Stellar's role be? Well, you guys know for the most part, but there's a new wave of people here. Stellar, if you're not aware of it, and you are new, is a public blockchain that was specifically built for real world money movement, not just speculation.
As we know, it's extremely fast, very low cost, designed to work well with real currencies and banks. And does it help that it's regulatory friendly? You better believe it. The Bermuda government chose Stellar because it already has a track record of doing big official projects like delivering government payments in other countries.
All right, here's the bottom line. In more super simple terms, Bermuda is basically saying, quote, "Let's run our whole country money system on a modern digital highway instead of the old expensive one." and they are starting small pilots with payments to stable coins. But the goal is to make this the normal way money works for everyone on the island. This means residents, this means those shops, and this means the government. It's a bold experiment to make money faster, cheaper, and more local. The announcement was made on my birthday, May 12th, 2026. And it's the first real step after they teased the idea back in January at the big V economic forum meeting in Davos, which I'm not a fan of the W. Got to put that out there because people get triggered.
But that's the gist of it. Let's jump back into some real documents. As promised, let's pull this up. Let's share a track record where it's not just Bermuda, everybody. We have a whole wrap sheet of what has happened in numerous countries.
First, we'll start off with Ukraine and then we'll move to Australia. The National Bank of Ukraine in this 42page document that you see here points out specifically some of these things. And what you see here is the mentions. This analytical report e-heria pilot project.
I covered this many years ago, right?
Early 2022, maybe as late as 2021 again before the Russia Ukraine war. And we see here specifically speaking when we jump down into it right here you see that based on above criteria the NBU selected the distributed ledger technology in particular the private version of the stellar protocol the study opportunities of issuing e-hervenia and to carry out the pilot project. Now, some people point out, well, that's just the private side. Do we have anything about the public side of it? Pump the brakes. We'll get to that. When we jump into the next part of the outline, you will also see here what's also important because guess what? We have entering into the space this and it's basically Australian CBDC pilot for digital finance innovation.
It's a 44page document. I never shared this one with you guys before, but we see in the actual documents from rba.gov.auu AU this specifically of a search result of one of one on the 44page document. And right here on page 41 of 44, we see that there was a pilot and it demonstrated the use of a HTLC to guarantee a stable coin which is called E AUD backed by a pilot CBDC minted on the seller blockchain. Participants could independently verify the HTLC to ensure this privately issued stable coin sufficient pilot CBC backing the stable coin EUDD was used to purchase an NFT for charitable donation. And of course, there's more examples here. All right, what about other key examples? Well, here's another one. Let's jump on over to it. So, remember how we just talked about, for example, Bermuda, right?
Well, how about some other areas? And in this case, December 15, 2025, in this 17page document, we see the Republic of the Marshall Islands, Ministry of Finance, Banking, and Postal Services, Financial Access and the Path to USDM1.
Right down here, they specifically mention financial access and the path.
And number three, part three specifically mentions designing systems for inclusion, Stellar Development Foundation. That's pretty clear to say the least. And on top of that, we also see here design systems for inclusion.
Stellar Development Foundation, responsible system design. Again, there's numerous examples here. Stellar Development Foundation, the government worked with a range of leading global experts and partners in designing its blockchain dispersement option and digital citizen wallet program. So again, when you hear about the whole thing about the wallet program, well, if anything, is this right here from the brand new update? Let's jump back. Is this not adding up? It is because it's not just one country with stellar, it's numerous different ones. Taking further into it, what about the bank for international settlements, the central bank of central banks? I'm ahead of you.
We see here on the 26 page report from project Genesis from the BIS innovation hub of the Hong Kong center that we see specifically speaking this right here where they point out where it's mentioned the whole idea of when a secondary market provided independently the Liberty prototype provides a direct integration with the built-in stellar order book. This is on page 1826. What's important to recognize also is it's a modeled decentralized order book in which every node in the network sees an exact copy of all submitted buy and sell offers. The orderbook is a unique function built into the seller protocol.
That's important to point that out. And for the HKEX marketplace, if you're wondering about that, that's a Hong Kong stock exchange. The Liberty prototype is configured to directly interface with the HKEX Orion trading platform, the OTP.
Right on the bottom, we also see here it's tracked on the Stellar ledger. All right, watch this. So, we jump back over to ZVD economic forest. We see here from the web, they point this out and here's what's really, really significant. The HKEX is a leading IPO market. It is a Hong Kong only securities and derivatives exchange and sole operator of its clearing houses offering regional and international investors access to Asia's markets. This, if you're not aware of it, is a massive discovery because it tells you what's at stake and the connections when it comes to specifically stellar. Tad bit more before we wrap up this brief video. And we have here another key document. I said I would bring you guys not just articles, actual physical documents.
Here's a 400page document. Obviously, we will not read all 400 pages. We'll be here for 400 hours. This is from bcb.gov.br.
Why point this out? Well, last I checked, Brazil is the B in bricks. We see here lift papers 2023 6A PDF. And we see here Boco Central do Brazil. again Brazil bricks nation and we jump right down to here search one of one specifically mentions a lot right obviously stellar but they point out the whole thing of a centralized system for netting and reducing FX settlements risk operating in only 18 currencies most innovation for crossber payments have focused payments narrowly there are crossber regional systems which are paps t in Africa and p27 in Nordics again there's a lot to unpack here But watch this. Visa, Mastercard are global retail cards. No kidding. Visa Businessto Business Connect and Mastercard track business payment services and they offer business services with Visa Direct for remittances. And like they point out for example seller and ripple and honorable mention down here mentions the example of Mbridge and we know that when it comes to Mbridge you have those key connections to obviously more of the Brics bridge that used to be called Mbridge right so now it's Brics bridge again under the opaces of the Biss. So what I just showed you literally in regard to this bricks example is a perfect example. Even China we know is also a bricks nation. It's literally the sea in bricks. For example, JP Morgan, DBS, TESAC, Pure Santer with Ripple, City Bank with M10. And for all the naysayers is saying that Ripple and also Stellar can't do more than 1400 TPS have not done the research on the M10. The M10 allows for 1 million 1 billion and maybe even trillions of transactions per second. But again, it's not exactly all about speed. It's about, for example, if it's going to be safe and atomic settlement, which means all the transactions go through or none of them go through. So, there's a lot to unpack here to say the least. Real quick, I want to shout out our new channel sponsor, which is Coin Vigilante. And if anything, take a look at some of these watches if you choose to do so. You don't have to get necessarily Bitcoin.
You can get Stellar, XLM, you can get Q&T, you get XRP, or if you're a business owner or you just like a cool watch, you can get whatever logo you choose to do. So, check out the watches.
Links are in the description. And that is the outline for today. And again, your key takeaway should be that it's not just Bermuda, everybody. It's more than a few different nations. At the end of the day, we have actual documents that show the world is truly moving to Stellar, but Stellar is not just Stellar, right? It's a multiverse world. So, do me a solid if you listen to the entire outline and simply type in this key phrase into the comments, and that is multiverse world.
And it tells me who's really paying attention and who isn't. As the saying goes, know what you have, know why you hold it. The research trumps FUD 110%.
May the Lord Jesus bless you all. I truly mean that. And hopefully I'll have a good birthday today. Big 45. I can't believe it. I guess I'm blessed. Some people don't get to make it to 45. All right. We'll keep you guys further any bit further. We'll see you guys in the next video. Over and out. And by all means, check out the coin vault.
Bye-bye.
