[00:24:10]Yeah, I mean I'm I'm glad I found out that it happened because I mean I'm glad I went to get the MRI done because it needed to get fixed. It would it would just progressively got worse and I would probably would have lost mobility in my arm and everything else.

[00:24:25]So it would it's it's a pretty good thing that I that I did what I did because I would have rode it out and I would have just let it heal it would have healed wrong if it would it would even probably would have even healed up the right way.

[00:24:58]Uh let's see here. It started I fell off a ladder.

[00:25:03]It aggravated my arm.

[00:25:05]>> [snorts] >> And then one day I was lifting up something and I felt a pop in my arm.

[00:25:10]And it hurt real bad for a little while then I just started taking Motrin and started killing some of the pain. Then one day I was like, "You know what? I'm going to go to the doctors." And I went to the same uh orthopedics doctors as uh Jen did for her surgeries that she needed. And uh she recommend They uh did x-rays on it. They did not They didn't find anything so they They uh gave me uh a MRI and that's Well, well I fell off a ladder.

[00:25:53]What I did was I mean I fell off off a ladder at work.

[00:25:58]Bounced off some boxes.

[00:26:00]And then landed on the floor. I mean I didn't have any I didn't hurt myself then. I mean I I mean I got a little banged up a little bit but I mean but I was okay.

[00:26:10]And then And then when I lifted up something a couple probably about probably about 8 months later, 9 months later on my arm and I felt something pop and that's where that's where I had the problems.

[00:26:29]Oh yeah, falling off a ladder could be very dangerous. I mean thank God I wasn't up that high. I think I was up about 6 ft up but I bounced off boxes then I landed on the floor.
