The analysis correctly identifies that "safe" dosages are a myth for those with undiagnosed cardiac predispositions. It serves as a vital, sobering reminder that medical screening should always precede performance supplementation.

17 Year Old Cheerleader Dies After Drinking Alani NuAdded:
But a coroner's report found the teen died last October from an enlarged heart.
>> That's the problem. There's a [ __ ] ton of these ingredients to process garbage.
He was drinking a bunch of this and it had a negative impact. Was the Alani the cause of this? What's good guys? I'm Dgo here.com for coaching. Today we have quite a different story from the norm on this channel, but this chick 17 Lissa Rodriguez ended up croaking due to ingesting Alani new energy drinks. Okay, she was [ __ ] downing these things daily apparently. If you don't know what Alani News is, it's a [ __ ] energy drink. Okay, there's a bunch of caffeine in this [ __ ] And she croked way too young, 17 years old from this [ __ ] Now, this specific scenario ties so deep into gear and peed use that it's almost a clear-cut example of why you need to be on top of your health prior to hopping on a goddamn blast, getting your health per, understanding what's happening internally in your system before you ingest foreign [ __ ] substances. Now, yes, this is completely [ __ ] different, but it is very similar. So, let's break down the scenario first. I'm going to tell you what exactly my opinion is on this [ __ ] but this is what happened. Okay, this is the [ __ ] news article. Family files lawsuit saying high school cheerleader 17 croak from drinking a lot of new energy drinks. So, let's watch the video. Okay.
>> Continuous drinking of caffeine.
Continuous drinking of these drinks started making her heart have problems, the risks associated with high caffeine.
So, her heart started swelling. This company, I believe, is fully aware of.
They've weaponized it to target our youth. And quite frankly, it's almost like they're trying to find the next wave, right? Who's the next influencer who can use this to push our product?
>> So, you can see that they're saying it had some type of cardiac impact, a negative impact on her heart, on her cardiac system, and that's what led to this [ __ ] happening. That's the first take. That's at least the angle they're taking. I can understand the [ __ ] Okay?
I can understand the whole [ __ ] family trying to go after and pinpoint something that went wrong from this goddamn scenario and they're trying to attack something. They want something to latch on to to be like, "You're the [ __ ] reason." Okay, I understand. If I had a goddamn kid, I would be pissed, too. I would be [ __ ] pissed. But it gets a little bit deeper than that.
Let's break down Caruso's take. This is where I was put on to this whole scenario. This guy has some good [ __ ] on his channel. Okay, so let's break down Caruso's take real quick on this [ __ ] scenario. Okay, the girl passed away from consuming Alani energy drinks. Now, the family of Lissa Rodriguez is currently trying to sue Alani for a million dollars due to Alani being defectively designed, barcoded, and had inadequate warnings about serious cardiac aris brings. And I want to preface that any young teen passing away this young is very sad, but this doesn't tell the whole story. There are people currently saying that she was drinking up to six Alanis a day, which is actually not true and nowhere to be found publicly, but she was consistently drinking at least one a day. And Alani made a statement claiming that Alani New Energy Drinks disclose 200 milligrams of caffeine on the can. And the label states that the product is not recommended for children, people sensitive to caffeine, pregnant women, or women who are nursing, which is true.
And we've seen companies like Prime literally have to explicitly say for people 18 and up. And people who are fear-mongering this as well are also not adding the girl literally had cardiomyopathy, which goes unfortunately undetected a lot of times in young people. I find it hard to blame an energy drink company and not the parents who clearly knew she was drinking at least one of these every single day. And if they were that ignorant not to know, well, they probably also don't know that things like caffeine later in the day can hurt your sleep and many more things and just make an overall domino effect.
This is a very sad story. But to say this is just because of marketing and energy drinks, I believe is way too harsh if you see the entire picture of the story.
>> Yeah, I fully agreed. So that's the problem. The [ __ ] is very openly disclosed. It's a [ __ ] energy drink.
Like what are you going to do as a parent? It's not like they're taking wreck drugs. It's not like they're sniffing bloat. It's not like they're smoking. It's not like they're vaping, which is clearly something they shouldn't be doing. It's a goddamn energy drink. So trying to pinpoint it on the company is definitely a little bit farfetched. Let's review the comments. Someone tagged me in here.
That's how I found out about this [ __ ] video in the first place. I've been doing six a day for a while and I feel no effects. Exactly. End of the day, consumer has to take responsibility. How do you know it wasn't PD related? Funny. Okay. back.
She was absolutely not taking peeds. But this is a common thing you'll see with peed abuse, but guaranteed this chick was not on [ __ ] PEDs. To me, it seems like it's just an unfortunate situation.
I used to consume one gram of caffeine a day, two 300 milligrams energy drinks, and 350 milligs pre-workout, totaling 950 milligs of caffeine. I'm doing fine.
No major health issues, I think. Praying for family. RIP. Yeah, but man, could have been prevented. Two of these a day.
Bag of Takis and a vape all before first period for months might do the trick, bro.
Holy [ __ ] bro. This scenario is not funny at all. But holy [ __ ] some of these comments, bro. This is the type of comment you'll see in my comment section on YouTube, bro. That [ __ ] is crazy, bro. That [ __ ] is accurate as [ __ ] I'm not This whole scenario is not [ __ ] funny. I'm just saying that comment was goddamn hilarious. [ __ ] Jesus Christ.
So, you get the consensus about this [ __ ] It's caffeine. It's a [ __ ] energy drink. So, myself, I currently am taking 800 milligs of caffeine a day.
I've been taking a lot of caffeine a day for a long time. I've taken upwards of 1.5 g of caffeine daily when I was in my heyday, when I was going manic in the [ __ ] gym. Caffeine is crazy. It gives you that [ __ ] edge. It gives you that focus. It allows you to do what you have to do. But some people, like myself, I'm a little bit heavier. I'm averaging about 230 lbs. So, I can definitely ingest more. There's some people that can't do that to There's some people that can handle a lot more caffeine than others. Now, is that healthy? Is taking 1,500 milligs of caffeine a day healthy?
Absolutely not. Is drinking energy drinks daily healthy? Absolutely not.
But it definitely should not have caused this. This, in my opinion, is a genetic disorder that caused this [ __ ] very similar to what you'll see with people that hop on [ __ ] gear, that end up croaking, that get rushed to the [ __ ] ER by just genetic problems, genetic predispositions that you were not aware of prior, but they just come up because you didn't do the necessary health prerexs prior to you hopping on a cycle, prior to you taking a foreign substance, even if it was just an energy drink. I want to break down the energy drink specifically cuz that's the topic for this goddamn video. But overall, in my opinion, this is a genetic [ __ ] issue. Actually, let's break down one more video here of this [ __ ] chick breaking this down. This is a news anchor talking about the Alani situation.
>> Familiar with this brand of energy drink? It's Alani New. Very popular right now. Well, a new lawsuit is claiming that Alani New energy drinks caused the death of a 17-year-old cheerleader in Texas. Attorneys for Lissa Rodriguez's family said that a coroners report found the teen died last October from an enlarged heart. They say that was caused by stress and a large amount of caffeine from Alani New Energy Drinks. That lawsuit is claiming that >> Okay, I'm sorry. I cannot take this [ __ ] seriously with this [ __ ] anchor, bro.
Like, she's talking like she's on the news on a talking head Tik Tok. She's like, a new lawsuit alleges Alani new energy drinks caused the like, come on.
>> Drinks contain twice the caffeine that's recommended for teens.
Now, the lawsuit also alleges that Alani New contains undisclosed amounts of stimulants that can cause cardiac issues, even death. Rodriguez was described as full of love with a bright future.
>> Okay, whatever. You get the [ __ ] overview. And they're saying they're trying to pin Alani New, which I do want to break down. I want to break down Alani New specifically when it comes to the ingredients that are in this [ __ ] product. Let's pull it up. Okay, so we can see in an Alani new energy drink calories 10 per serving fat zero sodium 180k all this [ __ ] protein nin vitamin B6 B12 biotin pentaththenic acid this is the [ __ ] that doesn't really matter here what you want to look at is the goddamn ingredients this is what you really need to be looking at now a lot of people when you're taking [ __ ] in general gear aside just when you're eating [ __ ] when you're ingesting things as a part of your diet or an energy drink or whatever the [ __ ] you got to look at the ingredients this is the problem nowadays in society they put so many ingredients these [ __ ] [ __ ] companies, manufacturers, they put so much [ __ ] combined that you just don't need that you don't even understand what you're ingesting. So, when it comes to the consumer, yes, it's your job to understand these ingredients. Will 99.9% of consumers actually understand what they're ingesting besides just taking that [ __ ] No, absolutely not. They will not do that. So that's why manufacturers know they can get away with pumping the ingredients to make any type of dopamine hit spike in your head to make you keep buying the product to make you [ __ ] enjoy that [ __ ] Make you get some type of feeling and to make you come back and buy. This is the problem. You have to understand the ingredients that you're ingesting here. So the ingredients for Alani new carbonated water, citric acid.
Okay, torine. None of this [ __ ] really should be causing a cardiac event. But if you have some type of disposition, this [ __ ] can absolutely [ __ ] with you.
Torine is definitely something that can have a negative impact. I'll break into it in a second. Sodium citrate, elenine, this can also have a negative impact.
Caffeine, we can see the caffeine amount here. Now, when it comes to the total caffeine, where's the total caffeine?
200 milligs per serving. That's a decent amount of caffeine, especially when minors are drinking this [ __ ] It's a decent amount of caffeine. Caffeine in general is an amazing stimulant. It's an amazing [ __ ] compound that you can take. But believe it or not, yes, it's a [ __ ] compound to get that drive, that mental focus. 90% of America's on this [ __ ] 90% of the world drinks a cup of coffee prior to starting their day just to give them that [ __ ] kickstart to allow them to get that energy to [ __ ] get out of bed, go to their shitty job that they have to go to their 9 to5 and do what they have to do. Everyone's taking this [ __ ] Everyone's taking caffeine. Yes, it is a compound. Yes, it is a stimulant, but you got to understand that too much of anything is going to be bad. 200 millig is a decent amount. A typical cup of coffee, you could expect to ingest anywhere from 150 milligs of caffeine max. 200 is definitely a decent amount for a [ __ ] kid. As I mentioned, I'm taking 800 millig a day. I know guys taking 2 g of caffeine a day that are bodybuilders that are lifting that are trying to go ham, get that laser focus. Is it healthy? No. But you just have to be aware of these things. Caffeine, althine, all this [ __ ] can have synergistic effects to [ __ ] with you, your cardiac system. If you got a disposition, okay, sucralose, sodium benzoate, potassium, sorbate, gum, arabic, lc, cararnnitine, that can also have an effect. L tartrate, panax, sangroot extract, decalcium. Okay. And a lot of this [ __ ] you're you're going to read and be like, "What the [ __ ] is this?" That's the [ __ ] point. They don't want you to really even understand what the [ __ ] this is unless you do your [ __ ] research. Vitamin B6, corn seed extract, debiotin. So, we can see that this [ __ ] is just packed with a [ __ ] ton of ingredients. If you're buying a processed package of [ __ ] that has been processed, not an organic vegetable. If you buy a processed thing, you're going to notice there's a [ __ ] ton of these ingredients, too. It's processed garbage. A lot of this [ __ ] you don't need, but it's in there to get you to come back and buy that [ __ ] once again.
Now, if we look at the top ingredients here, torine, okay, specifically, as I mentioned, this is an amino acid. It's a very common supplement that you'll see in a lot of these pre-workouts in a lot of energy drinks. Just looking at Hex behind me, it's got torine. Okay, you look at Gorilla, it's got [ __ ] torine. There's a lot of [ __ ] that has torine in it. Now, what this can do when it's combined with caffeine, cuz caffeine's the overall culprit for this whole [ __ ] scenario, but chlorine, it's an amino acid that when you combine that [ __ ] synergistically with caffeine, it can amplify cardiac contractility, heart rate, blood pressure, can absolutely spike the [ __ ] up. And the lawsuit specifically is highlighting this to have a compounding stimulant effect and get linked to a cardiovascular risk. The lawsuit is going to find any little thing that they can cuz they're trying to milk Alani for a million bucks. That's what they're trying to do. Is that the right thing to do? I'm not going to [ __ ] pinpoint anybody for doing the wrong thing here, but they're definitely trying to milk Alani for this [ __ ] So, you're going to try to pinpoint any little thing. Will torine have an effect on paper? Yes.
When you combine it with caffeine, it will absolutely amplify those effects.
And that's why the majority of these [ __ ] pre-workouts, energy drinks will include torine. Corn seed extract can add a natural caffeine effect plus minor stems. Theob broine, theopheline. This is [ __ ] that can intensify that overall stem load. That's why you'll see this seed extract in a lot of these pre-work workouts as well. A lot of these [ __ ] energy drinks, this can increase the risk of elevated heart rate and blood pressure and cardiac events. So, when you have something that's increasing your blood pressure, increasing your resting heart rate, when you have a genetic predisposition, it can absolutely cause problems. This is stuff you got to be aware of. Believe it or not, like I said, caffeine's a [ __ ] stimulant. It's a very mild stimulant, but if you are sensitive to stimulants, Addy, any type of upper crystal, okay, those are very crazy amphetamine type like top of the top worst sims that you can take. But caffeine is still considered a stimulant. So if you're sensitive, if you got some type of cardiac predisposition, you got to understand these things prior to taking even [ __ ] caffeine. Panax ginsing root extract, it's a mild stim. This is technically considered a stimulant compound is included in the Alani new energy drink. It can raise heart rate, increase blood pressure. It can also have that [ __ ] effect. Lcarnitine and L tartrate. This [ __ ] can contribute to metabolic stress in high amounts, especially if she's drinking multiple of these things a day. This can definitely increase the risk of heart disease. So, those are the main ones that stood out to me. And the reason why they're adding all these things together in the Alani energy drink is because they have a synergistic effect. It's going to give you an increased stem load. So, it will have a more potent effect when it comes to what you feel on the goddamn energy drink. So, that's why they'll include these things typically when it comes to pres. When it comes to [ __ ] energy drinks, it's common. But going back to the chick, she guaranteed had this problem. Let me actually break this down real quick. This was the cause of death.
It was cardiomyopathy enlarged heart. So they are contributing that enlarged heart to the caffeine uptake. Now what can happen if she really does ingest all these [ __ ] energy drinks, all these goddamn compounds justically with each other, the torine, the lcarnine, all this [ __ ] It will increase her heart rate, her blood pressure can absolutely have an impact on abnormal heart rhythms, okay? Arhrhythmias. In rare cases with heavier prolonged use if she's taking this [ __ ] at very high doses when you combine that [ __ ] with stress with dehydration with exercise which she was a cheerleader she was definitely exercising or genetic sensitivity you can run into cardiomyopathy which is that heart muscle enlargement or weakening heart failure sudden cardiac events. So this is what they're pinpointing at least in the lawsuit for the energy drink. It was from that cardiammyopathy. Now you have to understand if you got a genetic predisposition you're increasing your stim load like crazy it's going to be negative. That's exactly what happened with this chick. She had a [ __ ] genetic predisposition and she was pumping her Alanis, whatever. She was drinking a bunch of this [ __ ] and it had a negative impact. Was the Alani the cause of this [ __ ] I don't [ __ ] know. Could have been something else entirely that they're unaware of, but they're just trying to pinpoint something on this [ __ ] because yes, it's a goddamn disaster. 17 years old, shouldn't have gone out, but it happened. Now, what can you take away from this situation? Especially if you're comparing it to PED use. This is why I always say you got to be on top of your health with whatever the [ __ ] you're taking, even if it's caffeine.
Now imagine gear. Now imagine pushing PD steroids to the max and you have a genetic predisposition like Zizz, like all these guys that you see that end up croaking early that end up getting rushed to the ER that croak behind the scenes. They're running into genetic problems prior to hopping on it. They're unaware of it. They're pushing it.
They're not doing the proper health checks and they push these [ __ ] compounds. They push their stem load to the max and it causes a problem. You don't want to be one of these people.
The majority of people, 99.999% of people will absolutely not run into this [ __ ] when it comes to drinking an Alani new energy drink. When it comes to drinking energy drinks in general, when it comes to taking a pre, this is the most mild [ __ ] stimulant you can take. This was a offshoot scenario that happened. Should they be holding Alani New liable for this? Absolutely not.
They make it very clear in the energy drink. Yes, this contains caffeine.
They're disclosing the ingredients. It doesn't matter. They're disclosing that [ __ ] Even if they're predatorily targeting minors or people to take the product, they're making it very clear.
So, will this family win the lawsuit? I don't [ __ ] know because it's such a widespread problem. It's getting mainstream coverage. A lot of is getting a lot of heat for it. Will they win? I don't [ __ ] know. Regardless, it doesn't matter. You got to know what you're intaking. Whether that is testosterone, whether that is anavar, winnie, halo, you got to understand the compound itself. And you have to understand prior where your health is at, your health prerex. This is just an example of a very mild case of this.
Obviously, it's a death. It's not mild, but I'm saying a mild case of a compound that had a very negative impact when taken in prolonged periods of time. Now, imagine you do this [ __ ] with gear. If she was taking PEDs, I can guarantee you she would have croked a lot quicker. She probably would have had some type of massive cardiac event that happened very fast, taking PDs if she were to go down that [ __ ] rabbit hole. Again, I don't know what the hell she was doing in the background, but still, this is why you got to be on top of your health. You have to get your baseline set of labs.
You have to get your baseline health prerex for your cardiac system and EKG and echo. You have to [ __ ] understand these things. I had a client come to me recently. Actually, this is a a good story that I need to make clear to everybody. Came to me with a leaky valve with a genetic heart condition that he had no [ __ ] clue of until he got his echo cardiogram done. He got his EKG done prior before the echo. There was some type of weird arhythmia. His heart wasn't pumping at a normal rhythm, not going boom, boom, boom, boom. No, it was off. There was a little arhythmia that was happening there. very mild, but there was still an arhythmia. Gets his heart checked. He has a genetic heart condition. He would never have known that [ __ ] if he didn't get the health prerex done when it came to that EKG using third party equipment from a cardiologist. Paying that [ __ ] out of pocket. I know it's inconvenient, but you got to do it. You have to do it at least once to know if you have a condition. You got it done. Arrhythmia.
Boom. Immediately, you're getting a [ __ ] echo, dude. You have to see what the [ __ ] is happening. Genetic heart condition. That's it. Yes, you can take TRT, but it's a risk. What's your risk tolerance? So you have to ask yourself what your risk tolerance are. So if you're going to bypass red flags, you got to understand the [ __ ] risks associated with it. But when it comes to pushing a real blast off the [ __ ] table, you can't do it. It's not in your cards if you have a predisposition. You just can't [ __ ] do it. Unfortunately, even though gear is sick, it's going to get you fast results. Taking crazy amounts of stems will make you manic as [ __ ] in the gym. Go hard as [ __ ] on the weights. You can't do it. If you have a problem, you cannot bypass the red flags. That's how you're going to [ __ ] yourself up. This is a very unfortunate situation for this chick. Was this preventable? Yes, but would you even think about getting a health prerec done for taking a [ __ ] energy drink? No.
This is just a very offshoot scenario that is very unfortunate to happen. That was pretty much it. It was basically unpreventable. If she really was going to go out of her way to get a health prerect done to take a [ __ ] energy drink. It might have been preventable, but no one's doing that. Absolutely nobody's doing that. I'm not going to [ __ ] do that [ __ ] for an energy drink. But technically, theoretically, was this preventable? Yes. However, if you're going to take gear, yes, this [ __ ] is absolutely [ __ ] preventable.
to understand your baseline prior to hopping on if you're going to compare it to that, which a lot of you guys are.
The people watching my [ __ ] you're going to take gear. At least you're interested in it. So, this is just something you got to be aware of. And this is a case study of a chick that did not get a health prerect done, that had a genetic heart condition that decided to pump the [ __ ] out of Alani News.
Caffeine stems daily and look what happened. Very unfortunate stuff, but like I said, this is why you have to be aware of these things. Bring it back to a gear standpoint. This is my two cents on the chick. It's very unfortunate, but it is what it is. Just stay on top of your health. If you're going to take an over-the-top stim load, stay on top of your health. If you're going to take gear, if you're going to hop on a cycle, testosterone, TRT, any type of [ __ ] compound you could think of, a peptide, a goddamn J2 go, whatever it is, stay on top of your health. These things are real. These are real case studies. These are open scenarios. But imagine the [ __ ] that's not getting mainstream news coverage. The [ __ ] that isn't happening in front of your eyes on socials. It's happening daily whether you like it or not behind the goddamn scenes. to normal [ __ ] like yourself, like me.
Well, I have a social presence, but still normal [ __ ] that are just not known to the public. It's happening every [ __ ] day to a lot of people in bulk. So, don't be a statistic. Do not be a case study. Be on top of your health prior. Do not let this happen to you. Let this be a lesson to go get your health prerex done if you're going to do these things. Caffeine is a very mild stimulant, but it's still a compound.
It's still a [ __ ] compound. And this was absolutely something that is on the consumer. It's something that you have to take in your own hands. When it comes to your health nowadays, you are the one that makes decisions. You can't go to a doctor. You can't go to anybody expecting them to give a [ __ ] about your health. You are your own person. A doctor's going to tell you one thing, but it might not be the right answer. It might not be the right thing. Okay? If she went to a doctor, who knows what the doctor would have told her. And my chick last year went through sepsis or we went to the [ __ ] ER, she had sepsis. The person in the ER told her to take ibuprofen and to get the [ __ ] out of the ER. And I'm telling my girl, you're overthinking the scenario. just take the ibuprofen. You're going to be fine. We get back home that day. She's like, "Holy [ __ ] something's not right."
Like, "Something really is wrong."
Hysterically crying. Okay. And I'm like, "Something is wrong." We go back to a separate ER the next day. And what do you know? She has [ __ ] sepsis cuz they actually did the [ __ ] checks.
But that original doctor told her to leave with ibuprofen. You cannot trust anybody with your health but yourself.
You have to be on top of this [ __ ] You got to get your labs done. You have to understand or have someone watching over you to understand how to read the labs or at the bare minimum and make sure it's all in the green. Nothing's in the red. Nothing's shot. Nothing is skyrocketed. But you need to do this for yourself. Unfortunately, that's the time we live in. You just got to take care of your own health. You have to be on top of everything at all times. No one's going to do it for you. You have to do it yourself. Okay? This is something that you got to do. Now, again, it's my two cents. If you guys liked, like and subscribe. Go check out my Instagram. Go follow that [ __ ] I'm active as [ __ ] on that [ __ ] I'll see you guys in the next one. Peace.
