So Samuel wants to ask that when we do suctioning of the endotrical tube or tracetomy tube when we come out from the suction uh for when we come out from the endotrical tube or tracetomy tube we come out in a pin rolling manner. The suction catheter we come out by rolling a pin rolling manner so that the suction catheter moves inside the trachemia or endotrical tube.
