When a community allows individuals who engage in negative behaviors to damage its collective reputation, the community as a whole suffers from loss of respect and external perception, making it essential for community members to take accountability for their own community's image and address internal issues before expecting respect from others.

Black Man Explains His Views on People Damaging the Image of the Black CommunityAdded:
I seen this creator made a video about black fatigue word and how it's rooted in racism. It's rooted from the alt-right pipeline. All this extra bulls, right? And basically not taking accountability for how our community has been [ __ ] up lately. And I'm here to tell you straight up, it's not just them that's thinking about that. It's us, too, fam.
Us black folks, I've been speaking to a lot of FBAs. I've been speaking to a lot of um immigrant black folks, bro. We're tired of that bro. Like there's a difference between regular black folks and We're tired of street, bro. Fam, do you know how [ __ ] frustrating it is to be going out and about minding your own business and you see a group of young coming around just doing the hooligan bull, bro? And then they're going to be like, "Oh, no, that's just um tease." No, no, bro. These little ass be carrying guns, knives, destruct like disturbing everybody's peace, bro. Like what the [ __ ] is wrong with y'all? And I'm not even just talking about that I'm talking about the sagging in our community. The um coming out with bonnets in the community. Like, bro, what the [ __ ] I understand you got to protect your hair and all that but you're outside, bro. All the yelling in public, all that extra [ __ ] needs to stop, bro. Like, bro, honestly, a lot of us us black men, right? We are not a part of that bull.
But you have to understand there's a lot of black folks who are doing the things they're supposed to be doing, but the N-words, the ninjas, they're ruining it for the whole race.
What you're starting to see more and more and more on social media, black people who work hard, do their job, they're tired of N-words.
They're tired of them because the N-words are the ones that's making us look bad. The N-words are the ones that's on TV. The N-words are the ones that's toting the guns. The N-words are the ones that's getting arrested. The N-words are the ones that's making black people look bad.
So, this is the reason why you have everybody else looking at us and don't care about us because they look at us and they see that we don't care about ourselves. Because we're still letting these N-words ruin it for the community.
And the good, decent black folks that go to work, put their head down and work, they can never get ahead because of the actions of these N-words.
This is why as a community you can't expect nobody to care about us if we don't care about ourselves. If we don't police our own communities we will never get what we want.
We have to take care of these N-words first before we move ahead. These N-words need to be extinct.
We need to figure out a way to separate them from us.
Because if we don't, we will always be looked at by society as N-words. We will always be looked at as a society that don't get respect. It's because of the actions of these N-words.
So this is what a lot of black people, good, decent black people who taking care of their stuff they're trying to figure out a plan, what do we do?
They have to go.
You want to talk about, you know we've always been doing good things, but it gets overshadowed by the young the young N the YNs.
The the the young black women who are being told to be young hoes. The black woman that go outside with their bonnet on and talk crazy, don't talk with common sense.
The single baby mamas in our community that praise being a single baby mama and not praising to having a father or a baby father or being married.
If we don't take care of ourself first we will never get anything from anybody else. That's still how the world is treating us. We don't have values, we don't have standards because we still have the N-words coming around ruining our communities.
We have more people politicking getting We got black people getting mad about redistricting, but those same black people ain't getting mad when our own people do shootings, robberies, and all these things. We're quick to protest the white man, but we don't protest ourselves.
We don't protest the N-words that are ruining our community. We don't snitch so they can go to jail.
Y'all more wanting to protect the community and want to be, you know, have the G code and not snitch, but that's the reason why your community is getting taken over.
It's because you scared to tell on people that's doing wrong and that's making the our community look bad. Bro, whatever we see like majority of black men, they carry weapons, right? And the reason why they carry weapons it's not cuz of no white folks or anything. It's these little ass bros. Fam, all these little ass are being raised by single moms and all that other [ __ ] They don't have a father figure, an authoritarian figure, or anything like that in the house. So, they just grow up disrespecting anybody and whatnot, shooting people, doing stabbing people, robbing people, doing all this extra crazy And whenever they meet their consequence, they want to yell out to their mom and [ __ ] right? And their mom makes it no no better to don't come down here and talking about, "Oh, my baby didn't You're an idiot, bro. And don't get me wrong, there is possibly some young out here doing goofy ass and they got a father in the home, but that is not likely, bro, cuz I rarely see that [ __ ] You're absolutely right. The push Nine time out of 10, the YNs that we see come from a single baby mama household.
And I would say 9.5 out of 10.
And you have to understand that women in our community really lost the plot.
Women are the ones that's creating these YNs.
No, it's the man, the deadbeat dads. He was a deadbeat before you met him.
You thought the baby was going to change him. The community is messed up because of the women.
Because y'all thought y'all can do everything by y'all self, but you can't raise no child by yourself.
You can't raise a a man.
So, the reason why we see these YNs is because they're not getting the proper structure and discipline in our neighborhoods.
So, I have definitely feel like the black women have ruined the black community. It's because you guys think you're independent you think you don't need a man.
But, you do.
There's a reason why they call it the nuclear family. Do you understand before you guys were praising food stamps and all these things we had nuclear families and we were most of us was employed and we didn't really have a whole lot of crime in our neighborhoods. The crime came to our neighborhoods when they told y'all you don't need a man, so you got on Section 8.
The black woman need to take the responsibility and understand that we need the man in the house.
We need the man to be men. You need to stop opening your legs to these busters though.
He's a buster. He's a deadbeat. He was that before and you still opened your legs.
There's a huge responsibility on the women. They don't want to hear that.
They think somebody should save them, but what they need to start understanding is close your legs to these men that don't want to marry you.
How about we start How about the women in our community don't open their legs unless they're married?
I guarantee that will improve our community 50, 60, maybe 70% right there.
It's because y'all want to have kids because you get rewarded by having kids by the state and the government with all these benefits, but that's drying up, too.
So, the actions of the black woman is what's creating the young hoes.
The YNs.
You don't want to hear that. You can say what you want to say about me, but it's true.
The YNs if we look at the all the YN's that's coming out here, going to jail, going to prison, who's in the background crying when they read them the verdict of guilty?
It ain't the daddy.
Cuz he ain't there. It's the mama.
So, it tells you the correlation right there. How about the black women close their legs until they get married?
I bet you that'll help our community a lot.
>> That's the situation. Clowns. But, but fam, I'm telling you, bro, that's that we we talking about, bro. We have black fatigue. We tired of that [ __ ] There's not other communities that have black fatigue.
I don't even want to call it black fatigue, cuz we have a lot of good black people out there that's doing it the right way.
But, it's the N-word fatigue.
That's what it is. We are fatigued of N-words.
We are tired of the N-words. We are tired of these people that are in our neighborhood making us look bad day by day by day.
Women, stop going outside there with your bonnet. Men, stop going outside sagging. Men, stop preaching when you get out of prison, stop preach preaching prison life and making it seem like prison is cool for these young black men. It's all on us.
We got to stop the N-word activity first before we before we ever think that anybody else is going to care about our community. Let me know your thoughts about this in the comments below.
