[00:00:33]My name is Anshu Sadhu. I am from Srinagar, Kashmir. My age is 36 years as of now and I came to know about this QHT from my friend who had gone this procedure, this surgery back in 2023-24.

[00:00:46]And since then I was interested like okay, because I have seen multiple clinics. I have visited there. Most of the clinics I didn't bought that vibe that okay, I should be continuing with them because maybe you can say person to person, surgeon to surgeon aren't the best results. And moreover, I was having a pension like my hair at the back of the side which you would consider as a donor area was a little bit thin. So, they were giving me saying me that it cannot be continued as of now because the hair is very thin and all. So, this was making me like changing my plans continuously in my mind that I had to go with the transplant because at this age which I am about, this can only be done and with the procedure of the transplant only. No medicines, Ayurvedic, nothing can help. This is a bitter truth. When I met my friend and I saw the results and plus I got to know that okay, they are taking so much pains in with the end results. Let me just continue with this only because after all it's the result which matters. I had to specifically go with the April month's time because I think as per my like you can say little research that it is a feasible time because at the time plants new flowers and everything blossom. So I applied that logic to my hair as well that okay, it's the growing favorable you can say time. Last year I had decided that I will go in the next year 25 and here I am. So I have got my expectations as well. I'm also concerned that at the end of the year or with the procedures undertaken, I'll have good great results because my condition is also plus six stage of baldness I am suffering from right now. But that is now a past because I'm focusing on the future. Presently I am undertaking this QHT's advanced FUE that is QHT which I am taking. I was not having these problems related to hair fall because the climate and the weather all supports are all they are very much feasible for the good hair nourished hair. But as I changed places, I first went to Gurgaon. There I suffered you can say initial stages of baldness due to the water change or weather climate.

[00:03:19]I should not specifying the state but it is like I had to change my own native place and go to some other place for work. So then I had consulted some well known best in the lot but they were not giving me a surety that post treatment of medicines. I'm not talking about the surgery, I'm talking about the initial stages of my baldness. I wanted to continue with the medicines but they were not giving the guarantee so I thought let's not talk. But eventually the time passed and I went to some other place Pune. There also I felt some baldness issues. I mean hair losing issues. It was when the COVID had struck and I was like confined to my place, not going [music] anywhere for past 1 and 1/2 to years. And it was then when the problem arose much and I had to take care a lot. Used to do showers, hot showers, do some other than shampoos because availability was not there. Then I started noticing that yes, I am proceeding to the more advanced stages of the baldness and from like 4 to 5 years, the severeness of the baldness is more.

[00:04:18]>> [music] >> For this I had gone to a Chandigarh renowned institute. There I had a discussion with a doctor. They said we can do the transplant with the advanced procedure only. The robotic is also included into that. But the donor area is slightly less. Thinning is is on the thinner side, so we need to wait for some time or and after that like I was into no, it is like my hair only. I cannot do much about it.

[00:04:45]>> [music] >> I am not having any medications. I'm not undertaking any medication, nothing. So I want to do it with the natural method, but that also helped not me a much because maybe I was missing something.

[00:04:56]So and not to forgot mentioning this that I have a habit of wearing a cap since COVID. So this I can say major concern that had helped that led to this severe baldness issue because continuously like 10-12 hours I used to wear cap. So I think there was very less air circulation and even though I was taking the diet, high protein diet and all, but it was eventually the contact with the air which was missing. So that is the reason the baldness [music] had happened much.

[00:05:28]So I can say that confidence is something which is internal, not external. But in my case of there was a challenge that I had to wear the caps.

[00:05:36]Being in the corporate environment, it's like wearing a cap is considered like it is a totally outmatch.

[00:05:42]Moreover, yes, you can say for some times there can be a concern, but eventually it cannot lead to low confidence. But yes, if you have a good shape of hair, good density hair volume and everything, obviously you are more confident. I would not say you are currently if you're not having that much hair, it will give you zero confidence.

[00:06:02]I would say less confidence is obviously not better, but good confidence is always when you have the natural hair which you have, I mean with a normal hairline.

[00:06:16]So, when I discuss this procedure of hair transplanting with my parents, the first reaction on their face was they were very curious, surprised, and even happy also. Because they had seen me since childhood like when my hair was in the full volume.

[00:06:33]Every time when they had seen me in that full growth hair only. But it was like few years back only that it started and they [music] this was a concern for them. They were always telling me that why don't you do something to get it like to get your hair back. We know that at our age it was not possible, but now it technology has so so so modernized, so it is not a big challenge. And we see many people doing it, so why don't you take a step and they were always encouraging me, I would say. They are the biggest support for me and they are we are like my family is like very open-minded. They said that forget about what society says and it is your hair, your wish to get it back, so why think of the other. You think of yourself and get it done. And it was my family's support only that they wanted me to continue with this and today I'm I have come here only with my parents only and I would like to see them happy again if I have my hair back and surely with this QHT method and with this clinic in Uttarakhand which is just excelling everything and it is going to be top most clinic in the India in upcoming years that I can guarantee.

So, they have this doubt of mine and once the results are there, I would be happily showing it to the people because I would encourage all of the people who are going through this phase that don't you worry about this. There are scope and there are good clinics in India. Yes, in India, you heard it right. And with those advanced treatments, [music] you can get back your hair naturally.

[00:09:09]I know I'm feeling pretty confident and excited as well on the same hand. I know I know this is my first surgery, but like I can perceive it from the surroundings that yes, it will be going be a best surgery I would be undertaking. [00:10:03]>> [music] >> So, hello everyone. This is Anshul again. I just got free 10 minutes before. It took a long time to do the surgery on my head. Actually, the grafts required was more and the grade was like 6 + 7. So, here you can see the results.

[00:10:18]It's all done and I'm very much thankful to the team of doctors, technicians, senior technicians, nurses, and the support staff. They were all dedicated to their work and they gave me the proper result which I wanted. And eventually after like 6 to 8 months, I will see a full growth of my hair with full density of hair. That's my perspective.

[00:10:42]Today was [music] the day second of my hair transplant and it was basically implantation. So, during the time I was being very active. I mean, I was given the anesthesia, but I was still active and oriented. And so, doctors were continuously asking me whether I was feeling any pain or not. So, whenever I used to feel pain, they used to stop and they used to inject another anesthesia injection because this anesthesia lasts for some time. And after the effect is over, then again if you feel the pain, then you need to take it again. And during the procedure, I also found it very good that [snorts] doctors were continuously asking me if you're feeling any discomfort, anything, so please feel free to tell us. Apart from that, I was given chance to go to washroom twice because I had taken meals. I had to take the medicine, so they had provided me by refreshing meal. It was a well decent you can say meal and it was included chapattis, rice, dal, salads and pickle.

[00:11:38]Everything was included in that. I am very much thankful that they gave me that. Also, I found that the cleanliness of the operation room till the washroom it was absolutely fabulous. It was all well cleaned and well maintained. There are no risk and no chances of getting infection. Like there are some myths people used to tell that okay you cannot go outside during the procedure. It might catch infection but it's all myths. When your place is already infectious and germs free then you need not to worry about it.

[00:12:10]So, for my procedure of this hair transplant I was told that it might require 5500 grafts because this is a advanced stage of like you can say a bonding somewhere between stage six and stage seven. 5500 grafts you cannot apply have more than this grafts 5500 in one go because there are certain limitations as well. So, in my first attempt and in my first session I am being planted with 5500 but when I spoke to the doctor she said additionally 150 more we have planted. So, it's like around about 5700 grafts I've been planted in one session.

[00:12:43]Hopefully in six to eight months time because that's the natural time to let the implanted hair grow. So, I will see more growth and better results with the density. Even if there is something missing like if something is not good as per my expectation because everyone has a set expectation mine is also regarding the full density hair. So, that will be covered in the second session. That was already discussed and in that hopefully another 1500 maybe or two maybe 1500 to 2000 max grafts will be implanted on the back side. So far I'm just being confident looking for my result and whatever precautions there are to follow I'll strictly follow that so that they and me both are in the same line.

[00:13:28]As you can see that this is a hair transplant, it also goes like the procedure the same whether it is another surgery something related to other body part it is like the same and the atmosphere here also was generally professional. There was no scare no kind of environment like one one should be scared at okay I'm going to patient here then what will happen plus the environment was so good in the background. I also love the music was being the music was also religious so it also gave me a good vibe everywhere when I went inside the operation theater it would give me a good vibe that okay now I'm in the safe hands of the experts.

So today was my second PRP and I have come after 40-45 days again I have taken a gap of 40-45 days and as usual I went to the setup downstairs and Uh, they took the sample of blood 20 ml and then they injected it with the uh, syringe and all that. Like previously [clears throat] only, and there was no pain on my uh, skull. Just the pricks of the needle.

[00:15:32]All went well. I'm very much thankful to the QHT that they time and again, every time they tell and they inquire whether I'm facing any issues related to the procedure or they automatically give me the information about uh, what needs to be done post this PRP. So, everything was briefed to me. Um, with me. And uh, today also everything went fine. And uh, to my curiosity I just [music] asked them like if we can go with some derma rollers during this procedure of applying minoxidil on my hair. So, they said this is a part of uh, it's a part of development. It should not be covered in this session, but I'm just saying that that today I was having this query and they said they would uh, it is definitely in the part of their development plan and they would they might uh, include it in the near future.

[00:16:19]And uh, after my this PRP session went straight away with my had a word with my doctor and she told that post surgery uh, like it's been like 2 months after the surgery and she said that uh, it's 2 to 3 months that is the shedding phase.

[00:16:34]So, she was happy to see the results of my head and she said that uh, you should come again for the uh, third PRP uh, with a duration of like 40 45 days. So, I inquired that about and uh, she said the growth is going very well and she also suggested me that uh, uh, worry about this derma roller thing that uh, post 6 months we'll see if there is a requirement then we'll have it otherwise there's no need. So, today also everything went fine and everyone was very cooperative and helped me towards my procedure. It's been like 3 months now that my procedure uh, of this hair transplant went and uh, I had taken the procedure uh, I mean this surgery on 27th 26th 27th. So, almost probably like uh, in a day or two it will be complete 3 months. And with the duration of like 3 months I have undergone two PRP sessions. So, overall I will tell that my confidence level has gradual slowly but gradually increased because day by day I when I see myself in the mirror, I get that confidence yes, whatever they had told me, whatever QHT had promised me and whatever they had told me that this would be the result after this so and so time. [00:19:15]Progress. They said it's coming up slowly. And when my first PRP came, so Dr. She checked on me personally and she saw that the growth was good and the donor area was also healing properly. At that time it was to a quite good expectation and she said that yes, your donor area is will be filling up fast and hopefully I'll have my second session in the 6 months. So we'll take the remaining hair from the donor area again. Because as we can see, these were her words that we can see the donor area is getting up filled properly. So after my second this PRP session, she again checked and she said yes, the growth as I said that it was going good at that time. So again, this time also the growth is very well and it has covered fully the back of the donor area. I mean the head. It has fully covered with the hairs and we will take this second sitting. The hair will be taken again from the donor area. So I inquired why we are like lying so much on the donor area. So she said that this these follicles are two to three follicles and if we take the hair from the beard or any other part, that would be all near single follicle. So they always go for multiple follicles which is two, three, four, five which only comes only from the back of the head. That is from the donor area. So yes, the donor area has if you can see has fully grown. If you can see it is all good.

[00:20:40]And uh I would like to tell you more about this also like post uh surgery.

[00:20:48]Uh I I mean today is my like 3 months.

[00:20:51]I've been properly following medications, the ointment, the solutions and shampooing in an alternate days.

[00:20:58]Plus minoxidil I'm applying twice a day and the spray solution that I'm that I was told that every night I have to spray five sprays every day. Sometimes I got it skipped and we should not do that. It's not a good practice, but anyhow, I'm very much thankful that I'm being considering myself lucky as well that despite of skipping this due to some reasons because I was getting a continuous itching on my head. So, I just skipped for two three times, but other than that I'm continuously applying it and that is the reason I'm getting good results on my head and the donor area is getting up filled. Plus, I am taking the medications of an SL after my dinner and the multivitamins after my lunch. So, that I'm not skipping at any cost, but I will try to give the consistency to the spray solution as well as that is the way and that is the reason I'm getting these results. Okay, so regarding taking the decision that I whether I should go for this hair transplant.

[00:22:03]First thing first, uh I was in a dilemma that whether I should be going with this hair transplant solution or not because there were multiple thoughts, multiple doubts in my mind and I was not getting a proper response with many of the colleagues or people or the so-called the clinics which were undergoing this surgery because somehow something was lacking. I mean, I was not getting that vibe. Okay, if I do this, there would be no problem and I will get the best result. But now, what I think is that the 3 months back I had taken that decision of coming to Uttarakhand specially to the UHD clinic in the this Haridwar. I found that this decision was right and perfect because as you can see the results are underway, but so far I have what the results I have got, they are very much good and they will hopefully increase in the upcoming time. The results will be better and better and some someone has said that there's a problem that you should take the decision whether it is good or bad, that time will decide. So, I think I followed that thing and I took the decision that I'll come to QHT after going through many clinics and many speaking to many doctors, surgeons.

As you can see many many parents, they are coming with their children. You can see the fathers baldness has now caused I mean have come in the age of like 50 55 plus, but their children's age I mean, children age having this baldness issue is just like like 20 25. So, the reason is that our parents, our elders, they were following the proper etiquettes, proper manners, and they were following a basic healthy lifestyle. This was the result the proper circulation was there in the head and the hair is just like it's just like a crop. You how you feed it, it will show you the result. So, avoid all those things. Avoid helmets and you can say shared helmets. Used towels and all that. Cosmetic products of each other.
