Where Are Property Investing Opportunities Right Now?

[00:00:00]Where are the actual opportunities being found at the moment? Most of the stuff that we're doing at the moment is value-add regional play. Uh doing a a little bit in Auckland, not huge amounts, um just because of of client type that we're dealing with at the moment. Um the last couple of properties that we've bought in Auckland have been, you know, if you look at it from a comparable value, they've been sort of $200,000 under what the neighboring property sold that was identical to it. Um and then from the regional side of things, anything that's multi-units flying off the the shelf at the moment and and a lot of it's going to multi-offer.

[00:00:37]Um and then we're also sort of seeing too a lot of traders in the market that are trying to buy these investment type properties and then on-sell them to to others as well.
