[00:00:04]>> Some breaking news to tell you about the social media influencer known as Chud the Builder is now facing an attempted murder charge after a shooting today outside the Montgomery County courthouse. Deputies say Dalton Etherly, better known as social media as Chud the Builder, was involved in a fight leading to gunfire. Both men were hospitalized.

[00:00:23]Deputies just arrested Etherly, charging him with attempted murder, aggravated assault, and reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon. Tonight, he's being held in the Montgomery County Jail.

[00:00:35]Now, before I talk about that breaking news, I want to talk about the last bit of news I broke up here, which was the story about Chud the Builder getting his oil checked.

[00:01:24]>> Now, I was the first person in our sector that broke that story and it only got 8,000 views, which I found odd cuz the three videos I did before that got 50 something, 30 something, and then like 11 or something. So, I'm like, why would this one only get 8,000 views?

[00:01:42]Then I look at my comments and I see the people are saying my video is coming out to different languages to different people. They're getting the video in different language. So somewhere there's some type of sabotage coming from the YouTube world against me. I found myself getting upset.

[00:02:00]But then I had to remember who the [ __ ] I was. I am a man who believes in divine decree.

[00:02:08]That means whatever God has for me, can't nobody take from me. And whatever he didn't intend for me to have, can't nobody give it to me. How is YouTube going to stop a [ __ ] who is content with whatever God wants him to have?

[00:02:25]I don't ask people to subscribe to my channel. I don't ask people to like my videos for that same reason. I feel like if I work hard and I give you good content and I pray, then God is going to give me whatever he wants me to have.

[00:02:45]So you could try to shut me down if you want to, but you can't stop me, [ __ ] unless you going to stop God first. Now, back to business. As you all know by now, Chud the Builder cheddar bobbed himself in the process of pew pewing a black man at a courthouse down in Tennessee.

[00:03:07]>> So, I see Tennessee is deciding to do the right thing. Chud the Builder is being charged with attempted murder for the shooting in Clarksville, Tennessee.

[00:03:14]This is coming straight from the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office Facebook page. It says, "Suspect and shooting incident outside of Montgomery County Courthouse has been arrested.

[00:03:23]Earlier today, law enforcement officers responded to a shots fired incident outside the Montgomery County courthouse in Clarksville. The Montgomery County Sheriff's Office immediately launched an investigation into the incident. As a result of the investigation, Dalton Ely, 28, was detained by criminal investigators and charged with criminal attempt murder, employing a firearm during dangerous felony, aggravated assault, and reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon. Ely was booked into the Montgomery County Jail where he is being held pending arraignment in which time bonds will be set. The sheriff's office made a statement and said, "It's unfortunate that incidents like this are happening in our community. This kind of violence won't be tolerated and our office will work to make sure those responsible are held accountable to the fullest extent of the law. I'm glad they actually handling this situation the proper way." And I must say, I respect the fact that that county in Tennessee charged him fairly. But see, this is bigger than Chud the Builder. This whole thing is bigger than Chud the Builder.

[00:04:28]What you have out there is a group of YT people who actually want to be able to call us the N-word. One of the things I said in the opening segment was, you know, we were told that y'all took this word back and took all the power from it. But it feels like what you did was give more power to the word because now because you've convinced yourself that you've uh eradicated white people from being able to say it. Now when one says, "Well, you hadn't stopped me." And says it, it's almost that they treat it like it is it is an excuse to kill or it's a license to kill. Now, somebody is going to kill Chud.

[00:05:06]>> And I don't believe it's going to be somebody he confronts in the I don't think it's going to be somebody he confronts in the street either. Several of these big black uh streamers, rappers, athletes have got bounties, public bounties out on this guy's head of $50,000 and more uh for the first person that, you know, not kills him, but you know, attacks him. And then so we're either going to end up with a dead Chud and somebody saying the n-word offended them so much that they they had to kill somebody over it. or or B, we're going to end up with Chud killing somebody that attacked him after he said the N-word. And it's going to make for a very very interesting uh precedence being set in the legal system.

[00:05:42]>> But see what they don't understand, what they don't realize is how trauma works.

[00:05:50]I feel like this gentleman right here, if and you call me the N-word.

[00:05:55]>> You want to be able to say the N word with the hard R with impunity. This is where this this is their wet dream. This is what they want to be able to do. See, the problem that I have with it all is whenever somebody from the dominant society uses the the nword with the hard R or just the N word at all. Um, in my in my opinion, I I think that what you're doing is you're you're uh threatening violence upon me. And I'll explain. I want to go back to the days before Jim Crow, the the days of Jim Crow, the days before that, the years before that. Um, when the violence against black men and women were where where it was it was accepted, they were getting away with it a lot.

[00:06:51]And I think to myself, how many times how many victims of our brothers and sisters um of our our brothers and sisters who were victims, how many times did they hear that that name, that word before they were they were dealt with uh horrifically, whether that be assaulting, whether that be murder, you know, whatever that is. How many times did they have to hear that? That word in particular coming from the dominant society to me is a physical threat of violence.

[00:07:27]>> I take it as a threat of violence against me if anyone that's not black American black American would have called me the n-word because I know of the atrocities that follow the usage of that word. That word is a precursor to violence.

[00:07:49]That word comes before lynchings. That word comes before enslavement. That word comes before all of the things that were done to our people on this land that y'all want to sweep under the rug and act like it wasn't that important or it was so long ago that we should have all been unforgotten about it by now. But how are we supposed to forget about something that never stopped? It only circumvented the law. Just like we have a freedom of speech in this country, we have a right to be judged by a jury of our peers as well. I am a black man who takes the n-word coming from anybody other than a black American as a threat of violence.

[00:08:58]What their hearts conceal is worse than what comes out of their mouth is what the book tells me. And out of all the Jesse Jacksons, Al Sharpton's, Jasmine Crockett, whatever black Democrat it was that's supposed to be from this soil that has not fought yet for a bill to be passed where the usage of that word is outlawed against us in this country.

[00:09:23]They've all done us a disservice. I don't see how you stand behind any of them who's not fighting for a hate crime bill against black Americans. If you work hard, you stay out of trouble, and you mind your business, you ain't supposed to have nothing to worry about in this country. Now we got fruit pop YT boys, big giant ones, running down on people with pew pews, calling them the n-word.

[00:09:47]What about the the guy that's just trying to mind his business and stay away from the BS and stay out of trouble? What happens when he encounters this dude who's on on a trip? Now I got to throw it all away cuz Chud the builder just happens to be at the gas station when I pull up. I got to give up my family, my freedom, everything because he's there. If you think I'm supposed to walk away and turn my back on the YT man that just called me a [ __ ] in my face, you crazy. I don't trust that. Trayon Martin didn't have nothing on him. I'm supposed to turn my back to him and walk away now. No, I'm not. HE GOT TO GET STOPPED RIGHT THEN AND THERE. Did you [ __ ] forget Trayvon tried to walk away? You walk away too fast, they might think you're scared and FOLLOW YOU. YOU'RE IN DANGER.
