This critique effectively exposes how systemic isolationism and the dismantling of health infrastructure have traded national security for short-sighted political posturing. It serves as a sobering reminder that a superpower’s greatest vulnerability often lies in its own policy-driven erosion of global cooperation.

The U.S. Is Not Ready for WHO Declaring Global Health EmergencyAdded:
The World Health Organization has officially declared a global health emergency. Ebola is rapidly spreading around central Africa with 600 confirmed cases and 130 people lost to the disease. Now the reason why this one is so devastating right now is because this is a rare strain of the Ebola virus and there is no approved or proven vaccine for this disease and it is said to be the Bombi bugio virus which is so rare that it is possible that it went undetected during initial diagnostics tests which means that this virus was likely allowed to spread for a few weeks before they even detected what it was.
Now, this is starting to be a global issue because even though the cases right now are in the Democratic Republic of Congo and Uganda, the Ituri province of the Congo is a major migratory hub.
So, a lot of people come in and out of that area. And if that area is highly affected, which it is, then it can spread globally. Now, the CDC claims to be working to relocate a small amount of Americans who were affected in that region. They also say that they are enhancing health screenings at US points of entry. But the problem is the bones administration has systematically destroyed a lot of the health programs that we need during a global health crisis like this. USAD was one of the first organizations on the chopping block. They completely dismantled that organization and then dramatically stripped funding away from US global health and surveillance operations. This severely delayed any early detections of this virus and continues to delay any early detections of the virus that could come to the United States. But it gets worse. The Bonesburg administration reportedly implemented gag orders and heavy restrictions aimed to bar key infectious disease researchers and agencies like the National Institute of Health or NIH from directly communicating with the World Health Organization. specifically regarding global virus outbreaks. Now, my guess is they did that because they understand that C19 is one of the reasons why the Bone Spurs administration in the first term lost the election and they have this idea that if you don't talk about it and the people don't know about it, then it doesn't exist. So if the lead top researchers here in the United States cannot speak to the World Health Organization about global virus outbreaks, then they can't report on it and people won't know what's really going on. That is what they think. They think that they can control information by barring these researchers from talking to the global health organization. But I'm not done. The Bones administration has ousted senior level scientists from the National Institute of Health as well as the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases. This has caused widespread vacancies in top level positions, leaving those organizations with a lack of leadership, which naturally causes disarray, which is not what you want when you have a global crisis. And if all of that wasn't bad enough, the Bone Spurs administration officially withdrew the US from the World Health Organization, cutting off billions of historic funding to the organization, which helped when it came to early detection and containment. And not only that, but it drastically limits the US capacity to coordinate with the rest of the world when a global crisis like this happens. So real time collaborations are severely limited.
Again, not what you want during a global health crisis. So I think it is incredibly clear with not only the Ebola virus, but the HANA virus that the world is at risk for another pandemic and the US government is not at all ready to take care of it. They are even less ready than they were to take care of C19. And we see how that went for them.
So, what can we do as normal US citizens who can't trust our government to give us the right tools to be able to weather that storm? How do we get the information that they are hellbent on keeping from the public? Well, for one, the World Health Organization isn't just accessible for the US government. We as normal people can get information from the World Health Organization ourselves, either going to their official website where they have live reports and breaking news. You can also follow the World Health Organization's YouTube channel, their Twitter account, and their Facebook account. They have verified Twitter and Facebook accounts so that you know it's them. The UN news portal is also a good resource to follow for global news, especially when it comes to unedited global health news.
And international news outlets like the BBC and Reuters. They also have news sites dedicated to global health. though they will be breaking news there as they see it from the World Health Organization as well. At this point, it is very safe to say we cannot depend on our government to not only tell us the truth but also be competent enough to know the truth themselves. As they try to deny science exists and as they strip the money away from research and scientific programs so that they can line their billionaire pockets, it is going to be up to us to take care of ourselves. For the people who refuse to vote for Kamla, how is blowing up the system
