This commentary exposes the transactional nature of modern prosecution, where limited immunity serves as a pragmatic but morally ambiguous tool to secure convictions. It underscores how the justice system often barters partial accountability to navigate the complexities of a high-stakes criminal trial.

Charlie Kirk's Murderer's Boyfriend Becomes Witness For Prosecution!
Added:We got breaking news in the update for the trial for Charlie. Uh the pre-trial starts next month, but but we just found out information that Tyler Robertson's translover, Lance Twigs, was given limited immunity ahead of Charlie Kirk's murder trial. Now, this is very interesting because we did hear that Lance Twiggs was going to be a key witness against Tyler Robinson. Let's open this report and let's see if they've got like any of the specifics here. All right. A new court finally revealed that Lance Twigs is transgender. D. Prosecutors said they intend to present Twig's recorded statement as well as photographs of messages alleged from Robinson that were found on Twix's phone. Prosecutors say that Twix was to quote use immunity for the statement he gave to attorneys on April 20th. On April 20th, 2026, in preparation for the preliminary hearing, that's going to be preliminary trial is going to be in July. Mr. Twigs gave a recorded statement under oath and after an admonition that any false or admon that I don't know what that word is. At least I admit it. I'm not I'm not saying I know everything. I'm from Mississippi, but at least I tell you. I don't know what that word is. All right. at any false statement would be punishable by law and could be charged as obstruction of justice. Mr. Twig also was given use immunity by the United States Attorney's Office and the Utah County Attorney's Office, meaning that his statement at the April 20 meeting could not be used against him. Prosecutors said that Twig's April 20 statement was consistent with a statement he gave to the investigators on September 11th. Just after Robinson turned himself in. In the September 11th meeting with the investigators, Twigs allegedly told them that Robinson had admitted admitted via electronic messages to him and others that he had killed Charlie Kirk.
Investigators uh photographed the messages from his phone. Twix had described in the statement several of the defendant statements to him that defendant killed Charlie Kirk, count one, aggravated murder, count two felony discharge of a firearm, that he hid the firearm, count three, uh, and then disposed of clothing, count four, obstruction of justice. The revelation came in a documented opposing a motion from the defense that seeks for Twigs to appear in person at the preliminary hearing. The prosecution said that Twigs quote is not a material witness for the preliminary hearing and thus the application should be denied denied.
Defendant has not made the required showing. Okay, basically the defense has just been stalling and stalling and stalling and stalling and delay delay delay delay. Here's the thing. They know this dude's dead to rights. They know it. All they're trying to do now, they actually try to file a motion with the judge to before they even go to the preliminary trial to get the death penalty removed as even an option and it was denied. You don't do that unless you know this dude's about to die. And your job now you're not going to get him from being convicted, but maybe, just maybe, you can keep this dude alive. And I know that a lot of people, a lot of Christian friends disagree with me on this. I disagree 100%. I think we need to bring back firing squads. I think you need to sit him down in a freaking chair under a tent. And I think you need to publicly executed him. execute him in front of the entire world. That's my personal preference. And I don't care how many people that upset. Charlie was my friend. This dude executed my friend in front of the entire world. He needs to be sat down under a tent. Executed just like that. The same way with a firing squad. And I don't care who that upsets.
Comment yes or no if you agree. It pisses me off.
>> Yeah. And sorry Christians, you can be a Christian. You can love Jesus and be pro death penalty. There's a difference between murder and killing. Okay? Big difference there. So, just don't don't even come at me with that ridiculousness.
>> Well, it's justice.
>> Exactly. It's justice.
>> Don't even come at me with that ridiculousness.
>> It's not vengeance. It's not It's justice. It's justice. Okay. And so, [snorts] >> all right. What's next? What is this next thing here?
>> It's the video talking about what >> Let's play the video. Let's hear what what other people have to say about it.
that the prosecution has a really good case and will be able to uh this guy will face justice. I want to switch gears real quickly to ask you about Charlie Kirk's accused assassin, Tyler Robinson. His roommate, Tyler Robinson's roommate, Lance Twigs, has been granted limited immunity to testify. But one of the things I think is kind of interesting about this story is apparently the prosecution doesn't want Lance Twigs to testify in person. They just want this recording of an interview that police conducted or prosecutors conducted with Lance Twigs. Why is that?
>> Yeah. Again, no surprise here that they're granting him what we call use immunity, meaning essentially that whatever he told police during this interview, they're not going to use that directly against him. Doesn't mean that he can't face charges eventually, but just not based upon what he shared during that interview. It's unclear why it is that they don't want him to personally testify at the upcoming prelim, but they want to use his interview recorded interview at the prelim. But if he but this is an indication that they he will play a key role during the trial. We should expect personally at >> I I think I know why they don't want him to have to go to the preliminary trial.
Any anybody want to take a guess?
Anybody want to take a guess in the comments section where we're at as a society, why they probably don't want him to go and be in public and be seen and all this stuff right now. Anybody want to take a guess in the chat? Give you give you a count of 10 here. Anybody want to take a guess?
Assassination culture is rampant here.
Maybe they don't want to put their witnesses in harm's way because if you don't think some crazy people who believe Candace Owens and all this other kind of thing, they believe Tyler Robinson's a psy and all this, you don't think that that they wouldn't try to take a shot at his gay furry lover from trying to put him behind bars for forever? That's exactly why.
