This video provides a sobering look at the immediate mechanical destruction of nasal tissue, effectively stripping away any glamor from substance use. It serves as a vital physiological warning that the body’s defense mechanisms can be rapidly turned into instruments of self-harm.

What happens to your nose the first time you do this and the damage it can cause, I share for追加:
What happens to your nose? That first line of cocaine that you do, what happens to your nose? As soon as you snort that line, your nose ends up going numb. All of a sudden you're having trouble breathing out of it. It feels like it's swelling up almost and it becomes very runny.
What's happening immediately that first line of cocaine is your nose has all of a sudden stopped all blood flow to it.
It is a vascular restrictor with cocaine. So, the what happens is no nutrients or anything are flowing to your nose. That's where a lot of that numbness comes from and a lot of times it's cut with something like lidocaine that gives it also that numbness.
The irritants in it are not designed to be snorted at all and so the mucus membrane of your nose is now instantly trying to protect itself because you have just caused damage to your nose.
>> [music] >> That's where all that snot comes from and all that liquid comes from is your nose no idea what's happening trying to protect itself. And it becomes almost feeling swollen and again it will not stop draining until your nose starts to actually heal itself. One of the side effects to this is when the cocaine wears off, you may end up getting even a bloody nose the first time because the blood flows back immediately to your nose once the vascular restriction wears [music] off and it can blow out all your blood vessels. When it comes to cocaine, cocaine is has a stigma around it of actually being a safe drug or a party drug. In reality, it's not. It's one of the most addictive drugs there is. And that is why I share. I share for educational purposes only. When it comes to getting sober, you got to find [music] what works for you. Whether it's going to inpatient treatment or outpatient treatment, download Sunflower Sober. It's linked to my bio. Find a therapist, [music] a doctor, a psychiatrist. Get on the right meds. Go to a AA meeting, a NA meeting, Al-Anon meeting. Go to all the meetings and then stop, but don't give up. You'll be fighting through every single day. Don't give up. It does get better in your life.
