Uh, and you volunteer if you've done that. I won't ask you before. Um, mostly it's quite boring. It's stop vaping. More your age. Stop vaping sort of stuff. Uh, so that's what I mainly do. Uh, so this is a sideline sort of thing I do. It's really powerful and I'm going to give you something at the end where you'll be able to take something away with yourself that you really want to do other than silly stuff. So, the serious stuff is much more powerful than the delirious stuff. We're going to do the delirious stuff not cuz um and at the end I'll give you something where you take away your serious stuff. It'll be entirely confidential. I'll tell you to think of something you want in or out of your life. And whatever that is, I won't No one else should ask you anyway. It's your confidentiality. You'll have that.

[00:01:03]Okay. So, uh that's that's about um explains what hypnosis is. I've been doing it for a long time. You can see I'm quite an age. So, uh so we're going to get you in a nice hypnotic state. Uh none of you had I'm sure you're responsible. You only had about eight drinks or something like that. Don't look like it. You can't you can't really work with people that have too many too many drinks. That's all. So, What I'm going to get you to do is sit comfortably first of all.

[00:01:35]>> So, I'm going to get you do a little few little tests and you'll be amazed at the power of suggestion. I want you to first put your hands like this up in front of your eyes and then put these two fingers up like that. Now, in a moment, I'm going to ask you, don't do it yet, but I'm going to ask you to separate your fingers like that. And when I do, you'll feel an immense magnetic energy. It will just draw those fingers back together again. Soon as I tell you, as soon as you open them, you'll feel that energy, that magnetic energy. And the closer they'll get, the more powerful that will get. Just now, on a count of three, open them and watch closely between those two fingers. Don't look at me. Look at down at them. And one, two, three. You can open them. Feel that magnetic energy just pulling them back tighter and tighter and tighter, tighter together.

[00:02:23]Just as you look at them closer and closer, they get tighter and tighter, tighter and tighter, tighter and tighter, tighter and tighter, tighter and tighter. They're wanting to push together. Now they're absolutely pushing together. Tighter and tighter, tighter and tighter. Absolutely tight. Now, when I count to three, you'll try and pull them apart. The harder you try, they'll just push in tighter and tighter together. Pushing in tighter and tighter together. As you look at them, the harder you try and pull them apart. When I count the three, they'll just push together tighter and tighter. One, they're getting tighter and tighter, tighter and tighter. Two, they're absolutely super glued down together.

[00:02:59]Welded shuttight together. And three, getting tighter and tighter, tighter and tighter, tighter and tighter, tighter and tight. The more you try and pull, they get tighter and tighter, tighter and tighter, tighter and tighter, tighter and tighter. It's amazing. Just when I count to three, that magnetic energy will just go away and you'll be able to pull them apart. Really, really easy. You'll be amazed how suddenly it's easy to pull apart. One, two, and three.

[00:03:26]The power of hypnotic suggestion. That's what I'm showing you there. Now, I'm going to do a couple more tests. Does anyone next to their best friend is going to go? How are you going with this? Is this working for you? If you look at a person like that, move otherwise you won't go under. All works on imagination and intelligence. So, contrary to suggestion, what most people think about hypnosis, the more intelligent you are, the deeper you go into hypnosis. So, I can see you're a hiding lot of intelligent uh people.

The harder you try and pull, they're getting tighter and tighter, tighter and tighter, tighter and tighter. The amazing thing now as they get tighter and tighter, I just come along and I'll touch each of those hands, each one of you, and the hands will just fly apart really, really easy.

You couldn't walk forever, could you?

[00:08:36]Stop that. And that's the problem. You stop that. They going faster and faster.

[00:08:41]They won't stop. They trying harder and harder, trying harder and harder to stop them. But they won't stop. They won't stop. Now they stop. That's That's good.

[00:08:48]And now they stop. And yours going fast and stop. And you'll get tired doing that and stop. Okay. I want you to all now sit back nice comfy. You seat and sit back. And I want you to do with your eyes. I want you to turn as you look through the top of your head. Just when I count three, you close your eyes, roll them back. So you're looking through the top of your head. Just one, two, and three. Just now just looking through the top of your head. And just imagine it's the most beautiful relaxing color of cloud above your head. It's the most exquisite color. It's your favorite color, your most relaxing color. And it's just going to come down to three and touch your head. That relaxation's going to flow through your whole body till your whole body just collapses down in the deepest, deepest sleep you've ever been in. Just one.

[00:09:42]Here it comes down. Two.

[00:09:45]And three. Those eyes rolled up. You can see it now dripping down through your forehead. Down the forehead, down through the eyes. Just so heavy, so tired from the eyes down through the cheeks to the chin, down the back of the head.

[00:10:08]Now just the neck and you realize how heavy that head is. Just let it drop forward and go down deep just as soon as I count the three. One, two, and three there. Drops forward and you go down a hund times deeper. A thousand times deeper. just so blissful as that relaxation creeps down through your shoulders from the shoulders. It just flows down through the chest, through the back, down through each of the arms and every bit of energy just flows out of you through the arms now down through the stomach.

[00:10:49]Oh, it's so relaxing. Every word I say just takes you deeper and deeper down through the lower back, the buttocks, from the buttocks, down through the thighs, down through the calves.

[00:11:09]Every last bit of energy is going to flow out of you just through the feet.

[00:11:16]Let it go. every bit of energy. Let go right now and sink down a hund times deeper. A thousand times deeper. Just relaxing. So relax now. Just relax. I'm just going to come along and take a hand.

[00:11:33]Just take you deeper as it just drops down. Totally relaxed. Just going to take you 100 times deeper. Just way down as I take that hand. Dropping that in way down. Incredibly deep.

[00:12:48]Way way down way way down. Touch the head there. Way way down. Just as I take that from you and just let yourself go way way way down. Just every word I say and be so relaxing your body now is going to relax the mind. I want you to picture yourself. So you're top of five steps.

[00:13:18]Every step I count down to zero. The mind will become more and more relaxed, centered and focused on everything that I say. Just stepping down now. Taking the handrail. Five. Down to four. The mind relaxing. Totally relaxed. Four.

[00:13:41]Totally letting go. Mind is focused on every word I say as it goes deep into you. Becomes your reality. Three down to two.

[00:13:53]Two down to one. Just letting go. The mind is so clear and focused on everything I say. One down to zero. Just relaxing down. Absolutely deep. Every word I say now is your reality. Your reality is every word that I say. Your truth is every word I say. Every word I say becomes your truth. Just nodding your head. If you understand that everything you do and say hypnosis takes you down deeper and deeper and feels better and better. So you just want to go down deeper and deeper. And as you're very deep now, every time I say to you that word sleep, if you're wide awake, you instantly drop into this deep state going deeper.

[00:14:46]Clinical studies show that every time you drop into hypnosis, you drop down five times deeper, five times quicker, and five times easier. Just feeling so bliss now. So wonderful. That word sleep. Every time I say it, it becomes more and more powerful. I'll say it again and you'll feel even more powerful. And sleep. Such a deep state.

[00:15:12]Now you feel so so blessed. I want you to Get into the most comfortable position when I count to three. If you're on your left, you might want to go to your right.

[00:15:25]Just one, two, and three. Get yourself the most comfortable position. Just takes you deeper and deeper and deeper and deeper and deeper. Just absolutely bliss there. You're so relaxed there. So relaxed. Every word I say deep inside you becomes your absolute truth. It's just automatic reaction. I'm just going to to get you to imagine now that you you're going to stretch back your eyes closed. Want to imagine you're on a beautiful beach. It's a lovely beach just stretching back. It's just banging in the sun there. It feels so so nice perfect day. Beautiful and bliss as you stretch back there. just stretching yourself back there in that beautiful sun. There's a lovely breeze. You can smell the salt air. It's just such an exquisite day. And if you're enjoying it so much as you lie back there, just as a change, but in the temperature, suddenly it's getting really hot. It's gone to 35°.

[00:16:35]It's getting hotter and hotter. You can feel that heat burning into you now.

[00:16:40]It's gone to 40°. It's gone to 40 degrees. You want to start fanning yourself because it's getting hotter and hotter. Start fanning yourself. The more you fan yourself, the better it feels.

[00:16:50]Just fanning yourself quicker and quicker, faster, and faster. It's gone to 45°. It's now 45°.

[00:16:58]It's broiling hot. It's terrible. It's gone up to 47 now. It's the hottest day it's been. It's gone to 48, 49. It's hitting 50. It's hitting 50. It's really, really hot. Just fan yourself there. Get fan yourself because it's getting hotter and hotter, hotter and hotter. Just fan yourself there. It's getting hotter and hotter. You need to fan yourself. It's getting hotter and hotter, hotter and hotter. The more you found yourself, the better you feel. The more you fan yourself, the better you feel. Just fan yourself. You are really good students when the teacher's looking at you, but soon as the teacher turns their back on you, you are a terrible class. You're a teacher's nightmare.

It could be anything from weight loss to stop smoking or vaping or or just be more confident, feel more positive about exams. It could be anything. We all got incredibly creative minds. That's very obvious. what we've been doing. You're going to think of that thing now.

[01:04:45]It's in your mind. And I'm going to count to three and you're going to have that thing. And you're going to take that. You've seen the power of hypnosis with delirious things. Much more powerful, serious things. And I count to three. You're going to have that thing that you want in or out of your life.
