And it's been a crazy few days nonstop présentation nonstop celebration, celebration, celebration, celebration.
I have been on so many celebration calls of people earning commissions, earning commissions that they could not believe was possible, but it's possible with IGNITE.
And then I got a message, which I think is all over social media, of V Partner Zoumana, who compared his income before and now and how doing the same thing he has earned 20,000 more dollars in a month just by being in IGNITE.
And today I want to address directly the topic of your journey with IGNITE.
Firstly, to all of you, my beautiful Downlines around the world, thank you.
Sincerely, thank you for believing in us, believing in the vision of IGNITE that is simply an organisation that puts people first.
That means put the networker first.
And right now, you are talking, all of you who are in IGNITE, you're talking to two groups of people, okay?
You're talking to people who you have been part of an organisation before, your Downlines, your crosslines, your Uplines, all right?
And you're talking to brand new prospects every single day as part of your name list and your présentation.
So first let's talk about the first group of people, okay?
The first group of people are the people who you were networkers with before, all right?
And many of them, many people, all my Downlines around the world, they are in a state of confusion and in some cases they chose to close their eyes, cover their ears, you understand?
It's like, "I don't want to hear about IGNITE because I'm afraid if I hear about IGNITE, I will join IGNITE," you understand?
"And I don't want to be part of IGNITE because of my loyalty to my Uplines," okay?
Now, loyalty is a very confusing topic, all right?
You must not misunderstand loyalty, okay?
All of us signed up for our dreams, our financial freedom, and for the dreams and financial freedom of our Downlines, okay?
And if blind loyalty or moronic loyalty, okay, I'm sorry I'm being very direct as your Upline and Chief.
If blind loyalty and moronic loyalty is stopping you from having a better journey in social enterprise or stopping you from achieving success, then you are making a big mistake.
And I ask so many people, "Why did you join IGNITE?"
Simply. You know, a lot of people.
Today I spoke to one of, one of my strongest warriors in Sri Lanka, all right 20 over years ago, who has joined us in IGNITE.
And it's simple logic, okay?
IGNITE is a company in the space of direct selling and social enterprise.
The IGNITE product range, the pricing of the products, what you get when you buy products, the quantity of products, the quality of products, and the compensation plan, and the support, and the Upline and mentoring you get is obviously, okay... And I'm not saying this because I'm your Upline in IGNITE or I started a new journey.
I'm saying based on facts.
Facts do not lie.
So remove your emotion.
Remove the pressure from Uplines trying to hold their Downlines with an iron fist and fear of termination.
I heard one Upline telling people, "Even if you follow IGNITE on social media, even if you watch Chief's video, I will get you terminated."
And I'm thinking it is stupidity and moronism. Why?
We are in an industry of social enterprise.
We are not in the industry of control.
This is not a prison, you understand?
And I hope that you realise that now we have a mission.
We have a mission to help people escape from whatever prison they are in. Okay?
So I'm telling you to tell people, Downline, Upline, whoever who comes to you or you meet them in a coffee shop, explain to them the facts.
That's all you have to explain.
And the facts, if you compare IGNITE to any other company, ComPlan in this industry, IGNITE factually is a better place for somebody to achieve their dreams, to start earning, and to achieve financial freedom.
It is just factual.
Like today, I was doing a présentation and I told this person, I said, "Listen, these are the facts."
And you need to understand that when you do the IGNITE présentation, you are actually giving that person the highest possibility of achieving success compared to anything else out there at this moment of time.
Do you understand?
And that confidence, that belief must be very strong in you.
So why I have done 100 over présentations to my closest family, to my closest friends.
Today, I did a training for my nieces and nephews.
I was so emotional because I, I was doing a training.
It was my nieces and nephews, the next generation, who are my Downlines, who have come and joined IGNITE.
Now, if I present IGNITE to them, this is my blood.
This is my family the people who are so dear and close to me because I want them to have that opportunity to achieve success at a young age like I did.
And IGNITE provides that opportunity, as simple as that. All right?
There is no confusion.
I'm sorry, the people who are avoiding to see the IGNITE opportunity, the people who are not even willing to listen to you, they are living in darkness.
They are being controlled.
They are being threatened.
They are being bribed, to not leave the darkness and come to the light, and I think that's wrong.
I think everyone should have the freedom of choice at least to look at a better opportunity or look at the opportunity and then decide for themselves.
Do you understand?
And yes, moving from one organisation to a new organisation is slightly challenging in some aspects, but let me give you an example.
If you are a mother or father and there's two schools, one very near your house.
You are very familiar with the school, the roads, all right?
You know what is near the school and all that, but it's not the best school for your children.
And there's another school which is the best school for your child, which is one hour away, all right?
And you have to take a different road, take a new road, all right?
Get out of your comfort zone to send your child to the best school to receive the best education.
You can ask this to any mother who loves their children, who cares about the future of their children.
They will choose the best school, no matter what road they have to take, no matter what price they have to take.
So I am questioning all the Uplines who are actually holding back their children for their own comfort and not allowing their children to go to the best school and have a better future.
This I cannot understand.
I will not hold you back if I know a place where you have a better future.
Are you guys with me or not?
And this is where the Uplines become selfish and forget that they're supposed to do what is best for their Downlines.
And I'm not saying this again because I'm the Upline of IGNITE.
I'm saying this based on facts, on the truth that IGNITE is the best opportunity today.
And we should share it with everyone, and everyone should allow anyone and everyone to exercise their freedom of choice.
This is the fundamental foundation of our industry, something that I believe in.
It's the value system, the most powerful value system.
This is how I started in this industry, freedom of choice.
And the day the freedom of choice is removed from somebody, it is no longer direct selling.
It is no longer social enterprise.
It is a form of negative control.
It is darkness.
It is a prison. All right?
And I have a mission and a duty as a ambassador of this industry of direct selling and social enterprise to make sure I help as many people come to the light, as many people escape the prison.
Don't allow anyone to take away people's freedom of choice.
And I am telling you, if you understand and you help people understand the power of IGNITE, the power of the ComPlan, the amazingness of the products, and the support we are providing on the ground.
We are providing the best support you could ever dream about, engagement, engagement, support, training, product awareness, product training, helping people earn even 250, whatever the amount is, all right?
Our vision is for as many people to earn as as many people to earn as possible in IGNITE, and it's happening.
This is week number six And we have already have the highest percentage of people earning, and we need to help more people.
This is not about signing up people anymore.

The second group is your prospects.
With what's happening around the world economically, politically, everything, guys, this is the right time for IGNITE.
This is the best time for social enterprise and direct selling.
There is no better time than 2026 for us to conquer the world.
So when you talk to the prospect, you are not showing them an opportunity.
You are not just showing them some products and a comp plan.
You are showing them the cure.
Do you understand?
Like you found the cure for cancer.
That is the level of passion.
That is the level of craziness.
That is the level of belief that you must communicate to your prospect without spitting on their face. Do you understand?
That I am telling you a million percent, I have a success rate of ninety-nine point nine nine percent of everyone I present to, they say yes.
Our success rate of présentation success ratio, is over eighty percent in IGNITE because of who we are, what we represent, from the products, to the ComPlan, to the concept of people first, transparency.
Pioneership.
We are going all over the world, and we are going to conquer this world.
We are going to conquer this industry of direct selling and social enterprise.
This is our time.
So don't slow down. Right now, you should be doing not rule three.
You should be doing rule three every week.
You should be presenting to everyone and anyone.
I'm going back to my relatives, to my schoolmates, to my college mates, to my village friends, where I grew up in this beautiful town called Teluk Intan. All right?
I am going through my phone, and I'm going through every single name and telling them, "Let's meet for coffee.

Just go out there to the mountains and shout as loud as you can.
This is not time for you to think. It is time for us to do.

And today, I saw the next generation, my nephews, my nieces, sitting down there listening to Uncle Pathman, all right, training them, and they will be Max Out Kings and Queens.
I know it because they have my blood.

And I love you guys so much, and we are gonna IGNITE the world together.
We are gonna create a movement, guys, a movement that will span the whole world.
And we're gonna have the highest percentage of people earning regardless of the size of the commission.
We're gonna have the most number of people achieve financial freedom.
We're gonna have the highest percentage of success rate in présentation.
We're gonna have everyone using and talking proudly about our products every single day.
That's the vision.
