What Rural South Korea Really Looks Like

[00:00:00]Come with me and my friend Martha and my husband to take a little walking tour of a rural village in Haptan, South Korea.

[00:00:07]I actually love it out here. There's so many cool things to see. Found a whole bunch of bees. This was right in front of this guy's house, by the way.

[00:00:15]So, as soon as I saw those bees, I'm like, "Nope, moving on." Anyway, we actually came out here to do some volunteer work.

[00:00:21]And so, while we're out here, I wanted to show you some of the beautiful sites.

[00:00:25]There's a lots and lots of farming out here. These are rural communities.

[00:00:29]Usually, a lot of elderly people live out here. I love how everything looks.

[00:00:34]My father's a retired firefighter, so I also had to take a little peek at the fire hydrant. So many beautiful flowers.

[00:00:41]And check out all the exercise equipment. There is no place in Korea where you can go where you would not going to find exercise equipment. And yeah, I decided to try a little.

[00:00:50]>> [laughter] >> And then we had lunch with a big group of our friends, too. And I made a little salad, but we also had kimbap, cuz I was just feeling a little a little salad-ish. And so much food to share.
