[00:00:00]Feeling somebody high up like Farley got on the phone with his whole entire department said, "Put down your sub, get off your rear end, and start going to work right now." All right. Hey guys, Jason here. We're up here at Jimmy Britt right here in Statesboro, Georgia the beautiful Sunday. We got a lot of storms rolling through. Uh but take a look at this truck behind me. Right there, check that beautiful truck out right there.

[00:00:20]What we're looking at is a quad cab four-wheel drive work truck. Yes. Quad cab Tradesman. Okay, it's a Tradesman version. Quad cab means you got that half rear door, not full rear door, and you get the full 6 and 1/2 ft bed on this thing, and four-wheel drive with a price tag. Uh window stickers on the other side, but you're looking at 48,000 bucks. It's a heck of a truck, and it's a lot of truck for the money right there. Very nicely done RAM. I love these things. It's got the 3.6 in it. Um So, but we are going to talk a little bit here about RAM. We just put a put out some stuff. Their sales projections right now are pretty insane. What they're trying to accomplish is straight up pretty insane. So, by 2030. Remember, they're in the fast lane 2030 program right now. All of this stuff is about trying to do better by 2030 and what they're going to change and have happen by 2030. Um while we're at it actually though, we'll walk over here just better background. That white's kind of making it tougher, but look at that sky. Like I said, we got storms rolling through here everywhere, and we have a Hemi Warlock right here.

[00:01:23]Hemi Warlock, check that dude out right there. Uh we just got done talking about this truck. Beautiful truck. First one I've seen with a Hemi in it, but it has no bed power, no bed lights, no bed liner. Very upsetting here on that point. But, so, here's the projections and stuff that that RAM is trying to accomplish here.

[00:01:42]By 2030, they want 60% sales increase between RAM and Chrysler. Now, very nice. Jeep, which we got Jeep sitting right over there. Jeeps, they wanted at 15% sales increase for Jeep uh by 20 in it or by 2030. And for Dodge, they want to bring Dodge up 10%. Those are very good numbers. Those are pretty impressive.

[00:02:01]They want to take their total annual sales for Stellantis in North America, which I call Ram Jeep Chrysler Dodge, okay? But but in here in North America, they want to take those total sales numbers from 1.4 million to 1.9 million by 2030. Kaneskus Felosa, these guys are on it. They are trying to jam into this stuff and make it happen. How are they going to do that?

[00:02:26]Okay, they want to try and do this with new vehicles. Okay, we have the 20 by or the 2030 fast lane that's going on.

[00:02:32]They're showing you all the new vehicles that are coming out. We did a video on that. I will link it at the end. But that I think is a great thing. And but they got new vehicles. They are going to extend the market. Meaning they are going to take each existing vehicle and offer it in different variants of some sort that help in to other people. For example, they they've always done this and they've done it well. But here we have a Warlock.

[00:02:56]Okay, you can get a Rebel, which is the same exact truck with a very beautiful leathery interior, or you can get the exact same mechanical version in this Warlock without the with cloth seats, no power seats, less bells and whistles, and a lot cheaper. They give you that option. Same with the Power Wagon stuff.

[00:03:14]You can buy a Power Wagon, which is based on a Laramie interior and all that fanciness, or you can buy a Tradesman version of the Power Wagon, which I'm driving right there, which is like the Warlock less frills, and it's got everything that you need mechanically with less in there.

[00:03:28]So, they want to offer and extend the market reach by offering different variations of each of these vehicles.

[00:03:35]Excellent plan.

[00:03:37]Um it is part of over the this whole thing is part of Flosa's this is his five-year plan to turn around Stellantis.

[00:03:45]Remember, Tavares sunk the ship. Tavares screwed up There's never been a CEO as bad for a company is what Tavares was.

[00:03:54]And he's gone. And since he's been gone, they have been doing everything and they have this plan to turn this around. How much do they do you think it's going to cost for them to make this happen in this turnaround? It is part of a five-year plan and they have a certain dollar amount. They are investing over five years to regain all the market share that they they want and to grow as quick as they want. What do you think that number is? Comment it below just if you got an idea. I'm just curious.

[00:04:18]I'll tell it to you, but I'm curious what you thought that number would be.

[00:04:21]For five years, how much they're planning on investing into this turnaround plan?

[00:04:26]It's 69.7 billion dollars. 69.7 billion dollar five-year turnaround plan. Very impressive.

[00:04:36]Um They're looking for a 50% increase on entry-level vehicles and 50% increased on high-end levels. They are talking they literally call it bookends. So right now lots are jam-packed with Big Horns and Laramies. Okay, Big Horns and Laramies, that's what jams a lot full.

[00:04:54]They are looking to end cap that more.

[00:04:57]Focus more on the entry-level stuff right here so people get the options and also focus on the high-end for the people that want more of that. Less middle ground, more entry, more high-end. Give them those choices. You do I mean you still get you're going to get the middle ground, but they're going to focus more heavy there. Those are the two places we lack right now. Right now they sort of force everybody into the middle ground. Big Horns, Laramies.

[00:05:20]Okay, that's where it goes with the trucks. By giving a more tradesman tradesman versions of Warlock, tradesman versions of black the express package, you know, plus giving them the limiteds and the Tungstens and the stuff like you kind of you know, I think the plan is good. I think it's a very solid plan.

[00:05:39]Their goal is to re- or to increase revenue by 25% by 2030.

[00:05:46]That's pretty impressive and they could do that again by selling way more of the Tradesman's, and even though they sell less of the high-end, there's a much bigger profit margin in there. How much is that profit? It's actually pretty I don't think I wrote it on this one, but I'm using it for another video, actually. Um, but basically, it comes out to be like the high-end stuff, the SV or SRT stuff, three times the profit per vehicle compared to this normal ones. It's an insane amount of money.

[00:06:12]So, they got big plans here. They're also going to ready for vehicles that cost less than $40,000. Okay, not a lot of those out there, but right now, uh, Chrysler Jeep Ram, they offer two vehicles that are under $40,000.

[00:06:26]They're going to increase that to nine different models that are under 40 grand. That is impressive. That's huge by 2030. They're also, uh, 30 they want to, uh, improve Chrysler is bringing out more crossovers for Chrysler, which right now is just a minivan. I think that's one sitting right there. Little white one there, if you want to look at it, right down there. Boop, right there.

[00:06:50]But I believe, and it might not even be a Chrysler, I don't know, I don't pay much attention to minivans, but, uh, but they want to bring Chrysler's going to bring out a couple crossovers that are under $30 to compete with those as well, too. So, that also is a beautiful thing.

[00:07:04]They want also to, again, we said the book ends, bring out the low-end stuff that's affordable, bring out the high-end stuff as well, too, focus on those, too.

[00:07:13]They're going to have eight new models that are SRT style models, special performance vehicles. We already saw the three trucks that are coming out that way, the Bumblebee, the Rumblebee, the Snapper Bee, Snipper Bee, Whipper Bee, or whatever these things are, I don't remember the exact names of all of them, but there are some super sweet stuff coming. They've talked about, uh, the Cherokee getting an SRT version, even the Scrambler, the new Jeep Scrambler, a lot of vehicles, even the Ramcharger is coming as an SRT option. So, there's a lot of very cool vehicles that are in the works right now for them and uh they got really big plans. This 2030 Fast Lane is a pretty solid deal for RAM and what they're intending to do and I have very high hopes for it and I like the direction cuz the direction seems very customer focused for us. Benefits for us. Benefits them, too. It's all about sales numbers for them. But, for us, it's a huge win in the fact that they they're talking about bringing out more entry-level vehicles people to afford.

[00:08:12]They're talking about in a lineups to go offer more entry-level ones, which we're already seeing a little bit of now. Not a ton, but if I pop you off of here, I mean, we look around. Again, we got a Warlock. This is a base-level Tradesman truck here with a lot of mechanical advantages.

[00:08:28]Right there we as we showed at the beginning, we got a quad cab Tradesman, quad cab 6 and 1/2 ft bed Tradesman for $48,000 MSRP four-wheel drive with the amazing 3.6 in it. We got a lot of options. They're offering you a ton of engine options already. 3.6 in a 1500, 3.6, 5.7 Hurricane that they brought back, and the amazing uh or 5.7 Hemi, and you have the uh the um Hurricane 3.0. This one here, 5.7 Hemi in there. Unfortunately, it does still have eTorque. There's no getting away from that, but you do got the Hemi in it. Very exciting times for what is coming for RAM and again, we got a lot more of this we're going to be discussing, but uh I'm very, very excited for what RAM is doing and how they're going. Actually, I believe that you know, Chevy's got their new 1500s coming out. Yeehaw, that's cool. It's got a new motor.

[00:09:19]Um I'm excited for that to see what happens. Ford talks about redoing their super You know, there's there's news coming in to all these different things with what's happening with other brands, but I think after what these other brands just saw at that investors meeting last week from RAM and what RAM is up to and they see the plans that RAM is doing. I got a feeling somebody high up like Farley got on the phone with his whole entire department said, "Put down your sub, get off your rear end, and start going to work right now." And I bet the same thing Mary probably did the same thing over there GM. Drop what you're doing, cancel your vacation, get your your butt in the office, and start working right now.
