This cynical worldview reduces professional life to a zero-sum game of risk management, trading genuine human connection for a sterile sense of security. It offers a pragmatic survival guide that unfortunately turns the workplace into a cold, transactional void.

Beware of BEFRIENDING your coworkers...Added:
Be aware of befriending your co-workers.
Man, this is a great topic because so many people trust their co-workers. You get caught in the web of seeing them every single day and you start to believe this is your friend until ish hit the fan. Now, if y'all hear some sound effects in the background, that's because I got two production teams in the back currently working and um working on my nerves. Anyways, y'all go ahead and hit that like button, subscribe button, turn on my post notifications, and all that good stuff, man. Without further ado, this video is by Jumboxo.
Jumboxo. All right. So, without further ado, man, that you >> don't ever trust nobody at your job.
Them people at your job is not your friend. Y'all just co-workers. You got to keep it at that type of relationship cuz people be trying to get the get information on you. They trying to find out your life. And a lot of them people, they be jealous. Like definitely if you got something going on outside of work and work is all they got going, they be hating on you about that. So don't tell them about anything good that's happening in your life that you you fa to hit the lotto that you f to find another job that you fa to, you know, better yourself, you f to start doing another career, going to school for this cuz boy, they going to sabotage you.
They going to sabotage you. Some people they be mad cuz they ain't got to thrive or to, you know, to fight to be able to try to do something better in their life and they know that this is the end, this the end goal for them.
>> So when you go to talk about positive stuff that's going to, you know, get you to the next level, get you up out of this job, they don't like that. Sometime they want to get you up out of the job before you even get to that goal cuz they like, "Yeah, now now what you going to do now? Now you stranded." And the main ones to watch out for is the ones that was a regular employee like you and then they get promoted. They change.
They change with really they was already chained cuz them be the brown noses.
They they be the ones that be kissing ass. They be just kissing ass. And then once they get promoted and they get that little power, boy, they be trying to take advantage of it. They be trying to take advantage of it. the whole time they'll be trying to like act like they cool with you, but behind your back they throwing salt all on your name, trying to get you fired, trying to get you wrote up and all that though.
>> So be careful. Just come in here, make your money, take your ass home. These people is not your friends. They not your friends. A lot of, like I say, a lot of them, they be jealous of you.
Definitely if you got something else going on outside of the the job. Some people, this all they this is their whole life. That why you have the people that been at a job 20, 30 years and they just be stuck in their ways. And >> bro, coworker backstabbing needs to be studied like that. That needs to be like a a type of trauma of something or something for you to really like build a relationship with somebody just to find out that this person was talking behind your back this whole time or just to find out that on your off day, Miss Suzanne that says hi and she's sweet every morning is talking about, "Yeah, she just wanted some time to be with her baby daddy. That girl ain't slick. She do this all the time."
to find that out. That has to be some type of trauma because I used to see it all the time. I mean, we would be standing in a group.
It would be me, you know, maybe somebody I think I'm cool with and then another person that I think is pretty cool. You know, one of them walk out the room and the other person is like, "Yo, did you did you hear what she said? She said her baby daddy ain't call her in two weeks.
stupid. And I'm just like, damn, she was just right here. Why are we talking about her like that?
Co-workers are some of the fakest people. Some of the fakest people. And I get it because you do have to act. You got to act like you want to deal with these people every single day because you have to come to this job.
But be careful because they some of the fakest people. Real quick, I want to give a special shout out to my subscriber. His Instagram is Fathrio.
I believe I'm pronouncing that right.
I'mma put it on the screen. But basically, I've been telling y'all how to make money playing games on your phone. And the brother sent me some screenshots. He made $104 in earnings the other day. It looks like he um right now is currently at $191.
Listen, I already told y'all about Mandy Slim uh Goody T. I believe that's her uh her Instagram. I'm going to put her information on the screen as well. The DMs that she sent me. I told y'all people are really making money playing games on their phone. All right, people are even comments, leaving comments saying, "I thought this was a scam."
It's not a scam, y'all. Try it out for yourself. Click the link in the description below or the link in the comment section. All right, these apps, they're literally paying people just to play games on your phone. It's extremely simple. Some of the options is even just reviewing a Netflix show, things of that nature. But just sign up, see what's available, constantly go back and just check it out because you could easily make an extra $100 just doing this or $200 depending on how much money you want to make. But y'all try it out for yourself. These are real life people getting real life results. And if you catch yourself making money, send me your screenshots on Instagram and I'll give you a shout out next. All right, let's get back to the video. ever >> share any about you to any coworker. You do not know what their motives are at the end of the day for them asking this information from you. These people are not your friends. It's like a forced environment with people, right? They're not friends that you're actively choosing. Yeah, you happen to be in the same environment, but you just don't know where these people heads are at when you are sharing information about yourself or if they're asking information. You just kind of want to be a little weary, a little careful.
>> And they know how to ask about your personal life without sounding invasive.
Like it's like, "So what you do this weekend?" "Oh, okay. So you have another car." Oh. Oh. Oh. As soon as you start seeing their face do that, just retract. Nah, it's my mama car.
Nah, my uncle he, you know, he he went in transition, went with God, left his car with me. That's that's how that happened. I'm broke. In fact, can I get a raise? You know, because as soon as you start sounding like you having I know I started pulling up to my car, mind you, I was one of the low ranks in the building. Started pulling up to my building and in the Corvette and the i8 and Range Rover. I tell you about these cars all the time. You know, people, they steady checking. you know, he got the nicest car in the parking lot and he one of the lowest ranks in the parking lot. What's going on? So, every year they had cuts. They had cuts in October, right? Cuz I was technically a temp worker. I just winded up doing it for a very long time.
They would have cuts. And in these cuts, I would always be in the cuts because do he really need it? He's good. But what is he actually doing? Is the brother selling drugs? I got that allegation before. Yeah, Garrett's selling drugs. There's no way he's pulling up in butterfly doors with his little ass check.
The brother selling weed, something out the back. The bathroom. The bathroom smell like they was blaming me for the X pills that was on the ground. Y'all, these are all allegations.
>> But what you give away, you just don't know if these types of people are looking for something to use against you in the future. if they're using that as like some way like oh you know maybe that's why she's messing up at work because she's going through this at work right and therefore the little management you just don't know what they have against you be very vague when you share anything there's people that are looking for your downfall in a coworker situation and I'm not saying for everything okay but just to keep yourself just safe from any possible bad situation keep everything unlocked like do not tell anybody anything about you do your job get in, get out. That's it.
Want to be friends with your co-workers.
I get that. But just keep it very superficial. You don't need to let them know anything right away. Just because you don't know what people's motivations are and their intentions are, and you just don't know if they have evil eye for you. They want you out of the company and they're pretending to be your friend. Don't trust people so easily in a co-orker situation. You just don't know who they are at the end of the day. Make sure that you're tracking and documenting everything that you're doing because some of these people will say that you didn't do something. report that to management and who knows maybe they've been there for a long time and they take their word over yours. So always document every >> at the end of the day your coworker is always going to choose themsel.
We're talking about livelihood like there is no this ain't the streets. This there is no snitch policy.
Most of your co-workers your your your friendly co-workers are snitches. It'll all start with hey if I tell you this you ain't going to tell nobody right?
This is what you say to them. Hey, don't tell nobody this. All right. Hey, look.
I got a pimple on my butt, okay? And I got to go get it checked. All right. But please don't tell nobody. I trust you.
You know, I I heard you had the bump, too. You know, you start confiding in this person. They like, anytime somebody says this, backtrack. All right. Immediately backtrack. No, it was my uncle. My uncle had a had a bump on his butt and he passed away. He went with God. All right. As soon as they say this, who would I tell you? Why do you even have to say that?
As soon as they say that, backtrack.
Wait, did I say it's my butt? No, it's my uncle butt. All right, just jump.
Just jump ship. Cuz what do you mean?
Who you going to tell? Anybody?
Because those be the same people that be in the break room. Like, look, hey, tell you something. You ain't gonna tell nobody, right?
And that person said, "Who am I going to tell?"
Well, Brenda got a bump on her butt. You know, that's why she done missed two days. They said the operation was, you know, it was worse than they thought.
She don't know where it came from. She said her uncle had it, too. I don't know.
Don't trust your co-workers with the bump on your butt. All right. No diddy.
There's There's a There's a no diddy somewhere in there. And I I didn't didn't say it on time, but my bad. But don't trust your co-workers. Another one, don't give your your co-workers your social media. And I know it's hard, especially for a brother like me. I used to mess up with this all the time because people knew me from social media.
They knew me from social media.
So people, you know, they they get the snoozeing. You you saying you you had a doctor's visit or something like that's why you can't come in on Monday. know you in Miami Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday pictures posted, plastered.
I remember one time I actually got in trouble because I recorded a video. It was a video kind of I'm be a little vague with this because I don't want to reopen no uh BS. Um, I recorded a video of these girls talking about their experience in that job, right? And you know, I was going to post it on YouTube and all that. In the video, the girls, one of them, she was driving, she put the seat belt behind her, right? The other girl sitting in the back seat, she had no seat belt on.
I had my seatelt on. I was safe. I was, you know, we was good. So, somebody that had my social media that shakes my hand every day, hey Jared, how are you?
Took that video, brought it to the people in management, right? Those who know know. Brought brought it to the people in management.
They tried to take my money. They tried to send me home. They tried to do the whole nine because they said that we're basically breaking the law on camera and you can see the company's logo.
So be careful cuz you never know who's watching and can't wait for you to slip up. Some people ain't got nothing better to do. They have nothing going on in their life. They go home and their their life is whack. It's corny. They have nothing going on. They got a cat. You ever just came home just just one cat?
That ain't no way to live. But yeah, y'all give me a y'all give me a second.
Production is >> Don't share anything with a coworker.
You will just protect yourself at the end of the day and that's all you need to worry about.
>> I don't got friends that work. Okay, I got co-workers and that gets the girls mad.
Let me explain. I come to work to get my little paycheck and then I go home to live my best life. I work in a hospital.
So when it comes to my patients, baby, I go above and beyond for them. I will do anything to help them because they pay my bills. Without them, girl, I'd be on the street. I make sure that they are well taken care of. When it comes to my co-workers, oh no, ma'am.
No. Bad attitudes, the bad behavior, the microaggression.
>> Hey, and shout out to everybody with a cat. All right. It ain't the cats. All right. It's just you're just coming home to just a cat. Like usually people that got a cat got two cats. If you just got a cat, you know, but these people they go home, they have nothing going on. It's just them, their cat, and the litter. And they go to work and they start, you know, they start feeling themselves.
They start flexing rank, doing the most, trying to find out by everybody's life cuz they they family back at home don't call them cuz everybody know they weird.
You know, they weird. They got the bump on the butt.
They go to work, they find out your drama. Your drama become the drama they could speak on cuz they ain't got nothing going on. It's just that them and they cat in the litter.
So be careful. You out here thinking, "Hey, this is just my friend. They confided in me." This is where I tell my business whole time. The whole warehouse whole warehouse know your business now.
Everybody, hey, uh, let's let's keep it here. Heard you got a procedure. All right, but I'mma end this video here, man. Go on and hit that like button, subscribe button, turn on my post notifications, all that good stuff.
I'm going try to record another video. I have a graduation to go to. Not a graduation, but award ceremony for my oldest daughter uh to go to today. So, I'm I'm trying to knock these videos out. My wife, she had a doctor's appointment. I got my two my two babies right here. There's a lot going on. I ain't in the boogie household. But got to hit that like button, subscribe button, turn on my post notification cuz I'mma make sure I still give you this entertainment while you're at work. All right, so without further ado, man, until next time y'all, it's been your boy Tai Boogie. And that's my high note hitting daughter in the background. We call her Whitney. You know, uh Whitney uh uh Dallas. She ain't got to Houston yet. It's just it's all over the place. Until next time, y'all. I'm out of here.
