So, it makes you realize how important visibility and representation really is in breaking down these barriers starting from like a small scale and that's how you build up. So, it's not just about how you can break into these fields, but also how our community who are already in these higher positions, how they can give opportunities. So again, I really appreciate you for always supporting these kind of causes.
