The Kitáb-i-Iqán teaches that God is unknowable in essence, and all religious manifestations (prophets like Moses, Jesus, Muhammad, and Bahá'u'lláh) are reflections of the same divine reality, appearing differently according to human maturity levels. Religious laws must change as humanity progresses, and no religion is final—each serves as a stepping stone to the next. The book emphasizes that religious branches arise from misinterpretation, and true understanding requires looking beyond physical and temporal differences to recognize the unified spiritual essence behind all manifestations.

Kitab-i-Iqan, “The Major Themes of Kitab I Iqan as are relevant to the Crisis of Our Age.” Part 3Added:
um we're going to have lunch following this session. So we welcome all of you to a beautiful uh lunch after this session is concluded. So without much further ado, thank you Dr. Riyazati on behalf of the Bahisa Clearwater. Thank you for being here today.
>> Sure. Thank you so much for having me.
Do you know today is a little bit more comprehensive the topics and Bah in the second part of the book which is from paragraph 102 towards the end.
It starts with some fundamentals that today humankind has problem with.
One and foremost among them is the concept of God.
That is to say, Bah starts with this three word letter God.
And as you know uh the people of the world are going towards nonbelieving in God. Therefore, if they don't believe in God, they don't believe in their religion and therefore they don't believe uh in the nobility of humankind anyway.
And uh it appears as before 1844 it started before 1844 that the concepts such as God uh became controversial.
That is to say, many scientists, many philosophers, many psychologists started to uh look at this classical definition of God. Please pay attention.
uh they uh believed in some kind of source in the universe but they were not comfortable with the definitions that Judaism, Christianity and Islam was offering.
This is why uh the people such as uh nature had a very famous statement which said God is dead and then the people who were a superficial readers they just saw that statement and they said Mr. nature is not a good guy is against God.
But when you read his works which is highly influential If you are weak, you are considering God to be God made man in his image is other way around.
Man made God in his own image.
So as you can see uh psychologists were not happy anymore with the definition that the people gave of this guy. And I repeat again they did not necessarily deny the existence of some kind of energy some kind of power.
author of God.
this uh book uh which is uh written uh by a ex non and the she what she had done is she says God for the Sufis for the mystics for the philosopher for the psychologist for the Jews for a Christian, for the Muslim, her name Armstrong.
If you go on the uh the internet, you see that that book summarizes the fact that humankind had to change the way that looks at his term. They even Bob appeared 1844.
In 1845 he started the discussion about God metaphysical.
He even says whosoever consider God to be the creator of the universe is wrong.
Why? He says because when you say God is a creator attacked the concept, the classical concept that everything should have a cause. They said, "Okay, if everything should have a cause, then how come you came up with something which doesn't have a cause?"
>> What is that? Russell >> Bertron Russell.
>> Why is that?
>> See, if everything has a cause, C A U S E, then he says, how did you by deduction came to something which doesn't have a cause? He says, therefore, your promises was wrong that everything should have a cause. So Bob he says that do not use the term cause and effect in this book he says rather than doing that he says there is only one thing you can say about God which is most befeing.
What is it?
unknowable essence.
He says whatever you and Abdul Bahar repeats that he says whatever you say about God in a finest term, you prove it, you discuss it, you analyze it. Abdulah says at the end that is your own creation that is so what do we do about it in the second part of Iran which is paragraph 103 towards the end of the book he starts with this notion that Hey, It is true. You can actually find that.
You can find it in Gita, Bhagavagita.
This is why Buddhis and Hindus do not appreciate that we uh the follower of Abraimian religion to call them that they believe in God and did not believe in a God in a sense that we can know him. He is above us. In fact, they came to something that Bahala at the end of this topic talks about when they ask Krishna, when they ask Buddha, they say God is within thee.
Muhammad, he says God is closer to you than your own way.
He says why are you so far away from him? So as you can see or how Allah repeats another very famous statement that God says man is my mystery and I am his mystery. So as you can see and this is what Einstein says in order to understand religion you have to use logic but at the same time mysticism.
He says the reason that the people follow of religions they become confused is because they do not understand the mysterious messages that religion conveys using ordinary language.
See uh what he is saying you go even Kabala in Judaism.
Yeah. So see what we are what we are saying is this.
They believe that every created thing is a part of God.
So that that again falls into the category that you consider God to descend in the realm of materialism.
So, Paul, Hindu, Buddha, they said just leave it alone for God's sake.
Why? He says, because whatever you say, it just denounces him. This is why in this book talks about whatever that is which at the end of the ministry of Abdul Bah the son of Bah they asked what is God in a human level?
He says the source of all good the source of unity.
Please pay attention how is it using it?
We cannot define it. But when you say do things which helps unification of humankind they call you godly divinely.
Make sense ma'am? That is yes.
Beautiful.
Sure.
See, do you know another very easy way for your question and his question? If you cannot know him, if he's out of for rich, if according to Gilbert, you cannot bring him down to earth, you say this is a part of it, that is a part of it. Then the good question is that you ask very politely what is the relevance of this guy?
If he's unknowable, touchable.
>> Sure.
>> Now see See now what he's saying and what you're saying. See language is a very bad thing. Language uh when you say it is within me unless we explain what does that mean? That itself is worse than making an idol and worship it. Because at least idol is something that you can see when you say God is within me. He says where within me my tummy my this is why it is a metaphor.
This metaphor simply means that you start from your own self. Your reality is your soul. Your reality is your thought.
The more and Bah mentions this. He says you have devalued yourself. This is why you do not know God. He says you try to find him there or there and you have forgotten your own true self. This is why Quran says and Bah quotes that those people who forget God they forget themselves.
Those people who forget themselves they forget God. Make sense? So as you can see I am trying to say everything is a token but nothing is God.
Beautiful.
You see he added a caveat messenger of God. No.
Yes.
Sure.
>> Which basically means that you cannot define it, you cannot ignore it. So then practically see again another thing that happened by the turn of 18 19th century the people started to say is good but how this discussion contributes to the daytoday life a person who very much wrote about that was William names pragmatism.
He said any idea about religion about God has to manifest in the realm of practice. Now he says the way that God communicates is through his manifestations.
What is manifestation?
manifestation.
Please pay attention. So this is a God.
This is a manifestation with big M and this is a creation.
>> Yeah. See manifestation with big M means and there is one big M and that is that we call it primal will.
We call it you may call it primal will.
We call it that which is not known but it is the cause of that creation. This is why Bob in Persian Bon he says when you say creator creator goes back to this primal way. Of course, that means that everything that moved in the realm of time and space is actually ordained by his will. Now please pay attention these manifestations he calls them mouthpiece of God.
Meaning that yes, I do not know this reality, but whatever is coming from this reality is a pointer to that reality.
Make sense? Yes.
Okay. Beautiful, >> beautiful question. In fact, there is not a two manifestations.
There is only one manifestation.
And we use the word one because we are in the realm of creation.
and maybe about 30 40 pages of this book going forward is that the people are confusing the term manifestation.
For instance, see we know Moses, Jesus, Muhammad, Buddha, Hindu. And the first and foremost is do not confine these names to be seven or five. When they asked Muhammad, tell us how many were there. He says to make it short, they were 124,000.
He says 124,000 I do not know anything about them. He says it's okay. We don't know about many things. He says can you tell me a little bit about them? He says some of them were more intensified than others.
Please pay attention. This is why Adam see you say Adam Bob he says Adam doesn't mean the first manifestation Adam is a title of manifestation what do you mean they asked Muhammad what is the distance between you and Adam he says 6000 years. They asked Bob, "What is the difference between you and Adam?" In one place, he says 6,000 years. In another place, he says 8,000 years. In Persian Bayon, he says 12,000 years. He says, "Hey, my friend, we asked you one simple question. You gave us three different answers." He said, "Yes, I I chose different Adam. I came to different years.
for the first manifestation.
So Bob says Adam is a title of the manifestation.
Now please pay attention. He says these manifestations have twin realities or estations.
One is their essence and another one is their material reality.
That is to say, Robert, that manifestation talks about unknown at the same time has to reveal it in the realm of known which is time and space.
He says when you look at them in the realm of reality there is no Muhamad there is no Moses there is no Jesus they are all one.
This is why uh Jesus says if you would have known Moses you would have known me.
they are he's not talking about the person of Moses he's talking about the reality of Moses or when you see again in the Bible I was there before Abraham was how could you be there before Abraham was he's talking about that reality essence so therefore this is why Muhammad starts on by saying that my book is the same as a Torah.
My book is the same as New Testament and I am Moses. I am Jesus.
>> What is that?
>> Exactly. So as that is what is called manifestation.
Allah says the reason the people get confused is because they look at it in the realm of material or time and space and this is why they have difficulty accepting the new revelation. Make sense? Now please pay attention. It is one reality but manifest with different intensity.
You see and the different intensity is proportional to human maturity.
See it is beautiful. This is why now I talk in a religious term. I have so many thing to tell you or therefore as humankind's become mature the revelation becomes more intensified make sense another thing which is some people are missing Moses wasn't only for the Jews Moses was not confined only to a certain region.
Bob, all the manifestations of God are a world religion.
And this is something that we have difficulty. For instance, he takes to Muslims. He says Islam was a bold religion.
The reason it didn't become bold religion was because the follower of Islam's did not understand the prophets of Islam.
Bob, please pay attention. It is good for the research that you make in terms of numbers 50 years from now, 100 years from now. He says if the follower of a religion do not translate the teachings of the manifestation exactly as it is intended, the people of the world are not going to pay attention to them.
Sure.
And bomb. But the key issue is this.
Some people say Islam was only for Saudi Arabia.
And this is something right now your best friends in Iran say. They say we do not like Arabic. We do not like Islam.
Bob says, "Hold your horses." How can a manifestation of God comes but only concern itself with one region?
And please pay attention. He says the reason they choose a region is because, please pay attention, they choose for instance Iran.
Why did the uh bahigh faith came from Iran? If you ask the ordinary Persian, he says because Persians are the most intelligent, more advanced.
Bob says my friend in advent of divine justice. He says in order for God to prove his transformative power uses the worst region.
What is the worst reason that you actually got two manifestation yet one get one was the case and came from Iran because it was the most corrupt group were there and then they as so it is a Iranian religion says no it chooses a face that is wars and try to transform them to become noble and that is the way they choose the power.
>> That's right. See because the purpose of revelation is they ask why Iran is see if appeared in Germany you had a people like Mr. Him like Mr. Emmanuel K that the guy have picked up most of what we today understand morality, ethics, enlightenment, religion within the limits of reason.
So if everybody was or Emanuel K, how do you feel the transformative power of Bah? Not that much. But if you create the most abject nation, some people argue, they say, "What do you mean Persians are the worst? If you go and tell the Persian, Persian are going to kill you all." And then Bob says it says input output. This is the way we measure.
You Persians were a believer in a latest religion of God which was Islam.
In Islam, there were so many branches and you believed in a finest branch originally which was Shia and then you became divorce.
This is why we chose you. If somebody tell you mean that we were worse than Africans and show they said this is not how to measure.
You judge the level of maturity based on the input that has been given to you. If you have gone to college, if you had the resources, you cannot be compared with the person who didn't have it. Do you see how does it work? Make sense? Gilbert, anything.
Beautiful.
Okay, hold on, hold on, no, hold on.
This is See, he is a professor mathematician. He goes, man, see I am a Buddhist mean try hard barely make it. See, I give you Bob on beh. How explain he says there is a sun and there is a mirror.
Okay, mirror is in front of this sun.
So it reflects the rays of the sun.
Right? Okay. Now mirrors are called Mr. Moses, Mr. Jesus, Mr. Muhammad, Mr. Musain Ali, Ali Muhammad and so forth.
So far so good. Okay. Now when you look at them individually, they are like you and I.
What do you mean? They have a physical reality.
They have a soul of their own which is what Mir Ali soul and they have another distinctive soul which distinguishes from other soul which we call it holy spirit. In Christianity we call it that is to say manifestation of God that is chosen. Those mirrors they are like you and I but they are not like you and I.
They are like you and I. It means that uh they suffer, they get sick, they are born, they die.
But that soul as Gilbert mentioned that soul has no beginning, no end.
Do you see that? This is why one of the title of these mirrors is even from Krishna in Gita.
Ancient beauty.
Ancient beauty.
If you ask somebody who is Jamaalam ancient beauty at the time of Moses, it refers to Moses.
at the time of Jesus refers to Jesus at this time refers to.
So as you can see when you look at mirrors you may get confused because then you have so many problems.
Why Moses's laws are different from Jesus's laws from Muhammad's laws? Why Moses had multiple wives?
Why Muhammad had multiple wives?
Bah Abdul Bah they say you are looking at the place which is time and a space related which is culture.
was a child of the culture.
But that reality of was metaculture, metaphysic sense. And he says if you look at that reality which is a true essence of manifestation you always accept the next manifestation.
This is very interesting. He says the reason that the Jews did not accept Christ is because they looked at this thing very physically.
They didn't look at beyond physic that you call metaphysic.
He says if they looked at metaphysic then they would see any differences between Moses and Jesus. Make sense?
Makes sense.
>> Sure.
>> See the Holy Spirit. See, remember remember this thing goes on YouTube.
Some people come and says what is this suddenly holy spirit showed up. We want that the people who even do not believe in religion to start understanding this concept. Basically what we say that these mirrors Muhammad on one hand he is an Arab is okay Mr. Buddha was that is one aspect that's a physical also has a mind of his own right and mind of his own that means a spirit you have habib is a a spiritual being has his own distinctive spirit that it starts from the time that he is born but it shall never die.
Ali Muhammad has the same thing that others have. But there is one thing extra.
They are chosen to reflect that ancient spirit.
In fact, I say this, please don't get mad.
Main Ali is born.
Main Ali shall die.
The glory of God.
The glory of God which appeared at the time of Moses at time of Jesus was never born so it shall never die.
Do you see the difference?
The law doesn't refer to the physical being of Mi because if we do not understand next manifestation comes we have the same problem beautiful my best friend. You're my super best friend. See the You look at Jesus, he was persecuted.
He was born.
Christ was never born.
Shall never die. This is why then it is correct for one of them to say I am the return of the previous one.
It is correct. Why? Because there is only one soul.
It's not the same thing real see it is that energy the people according to Bah says people get confused people get confused because they don't look at that third aspect of manifestation.
That's a very good question, my friend.
Where did you find this?
That's beautiful. See for me who is in the realm of creation.
So there was God.
There was God who was unknowable essence that we don't say anything about it. And anything we say about it, N says hold your horses. The other guy comes and the reason that 21st century science rejects God is because we have tried to define God and they say no way Jose.
So is an energy is an spirit whatever you may call it which that energy appears or shines on these mirrors that can be 124,000, it can be 500,000 that we call them prophets, messengers.
So differs with Buddha in terms of time, a space, personality but in terms of essentiality is the same one.
Make sense? This is why I highly recommend if you are a bahigh or a nonbahai read.
There is nothing that you have to know yet at least that is a book that helped me to understand Iran.
He talks about oh glory of the most glorious.
This is what eyes are using.
He says that glory of the most glorious simply means everything, every glory that you will see everywhere is a manifestation a small m of that big glory.
Of course, of course. because if I don't use that uh I actually find myself being welcome by people who are in the scientific field because on one hand you say religion has to be in harmony with religion and science right and in this book says please use your mind Please, please change.
You don't recognize the fact that Allah says the reason that you have this obstacle is because you don't think.
He says when you think you may not get to the essence, but at least you find this contradiction in your mind.
Make sense?
Then when you think then you start asking question.
This is why Bah in this book says ask question. He says when you ask question that means you want to try for something higher than what you have conceived. So therefore Bah says do you know the laws religious laws are subject to change.
Why? Because human ba is do you know who should you consider bah at least for me is my best friend what does best friend do to you doesn't judge you best friend offers you everything which is good for you and this is in a hidden world he says the people try to find friends they forget only ultimate friend. But is that energy is that message. Now says that listen because you deal with time and a space therefore you deal with change.
Do you agree m because you deal with time and a space you deal with change and because you deal with change you deal with capacity and because you deal with capacity therefore because according to Bah because the purpose of religion is education.
He says therefore the laws have to change according to your needs.
Make sense ma'am? This is why he says when you from Judaism you go to Christianity that doesn't mean you are betraying Moses.
You just simply saying that the laws of Moses are not applicable for here and now.
Make sense? Make sense, ma'am? So he says this is a missing link in the religious followers.
He said this is why they become so attached to their physical laws and also the physical manifestation that they forget the essence.
He says this is why they are becoming he actually uses a terminology you may not believe it. He says one of the biggest problem of religious people they believe in finality.
My religion is final. If you ask him is a high is final.
You have to see what does he say. The man with the white beard knows what is he talking about.
is eternal but the revelation changes.
Next manifestation that comes I am of the time.
The essentials of all the religions are the same.
But those laws that govern the growth of the society has to change.
This is good, but don't get so fascinated fascinated with AI. Do you know why?
Because that is actually a fruit of human intelligence and maturity.
You see again we may be afraid from it but that maybe is helping humankind that maybe you You have to do some other things that computers cannot do for you.
You see that? So don't consider them robots as they are super human because they are only a processors.
We are not supposed to be only a processor of information.
Make sense? So what is the next manifestation? Do we are not ready for why? Because we have to mature under the sunshine of the current manifestation. Make sense?
Yes.
Beautiful.
Beautiful.
So see my friend mirror sun rays the sun rays reflect on the mirror depending on the size of the mirror the color of the mirror you see a reflection of the light.
You see that it's very simple. See after that I come to you. See son of God.
Son of God.
You tell me if you are you are a litist. What does son of God mean?
When you read the Bible, uh, it says the sons of God.
Sons of God. I thought there was only one son of God.
And even it goes further in Old Testament. See, we don't read these books. And when we read it, we do not reflect on them. And when we reflect, we not ask question. Sons of God saw the daughters of man and then they chose the most beautiful amongst them said Jesus Christ. What is this? God has songs the songs of God like the daughters of man.
Everything is materialistic.
This is why the people such as S Freud wrote a book called Future of an illusion.
The Jewish, he says, "The more I read these books, the more I realize that the people do not know anything about anything."
He says, they ask him, "So what are you saying?" He says, "Through education, the people Go out of this manmade religion.
Manmade religion. No.
Son of God with capital S. It's true.
Jesus was the son of God. Do you know what does it mean my friend?
That means whatever you expect from God, you see it in the son of God because God was unknowable.
But do you know the problem?
This doesn't only refer to Jesus.
At the time of Moses, Moses was the son of God. At the time of Muhammad, Muhammad was the son of God. See, this is why this book is about getting rid of these limited useless conceptions.
This is the whole concept of Iran.
In fact, three books are essential if you really want to understand this concept. One is Persian Bayon by the B.
Persian bayon. This is his chief work.
In fact, majority of the concepts in Iran is based on Persian Bay. This is why they call Shriandi calls Iran this book to be the completion of Persian B.
Before he reveals Iran, he wrote another book called Gems of Divine Mysteries.
He in Iran, he says, I have covered this topic in Arabic language in another book refers to gems of divine mysteries that has been translated is it is by Bah.
James of divine mysteries is by Persian is by the B. Now the key point that I want to make son of God therefore means simply please pay attention that doesn't mean he is a father the way that you and I consider father that means this son he doesn't have any will any wish but the wish of the father means whosoever accept the son has accepted the father whosoever accept Jesus no we talked about reality right so when the time of who is a true Christian See I said it slowly that you don't understand when we say M type of generations Muslim in fact the word Muslim means submission to the will of God.
I'm a Muslim, so I'm submissing myself to the will of God.
The reason that you see Shia diverged was because the will of God went away.
Make sense? See, do you see how Bah accept Islam?
The highs accept Islam but they do not sanction the behaviors of Muslims.
And beside not all the Muslims are the same are they?
Not all the bahigh are the same. So see how Allah wants me to get rid of these prejudices.
Make sense? Now so son of god simply it means that whatever Jesus Christ said is the will of father god. No, it doesn't mean the way that he is the son of the father in a term that we are using human relationship and that was another problem with Christianity. Read a book age of reason by Thomas P. He said oh really was son of Mr. Father.
He said I am going to give you the genealogy based on these four gospels.
He says why they are different.
And then he asked something very universal. If he's a son of God, why do you have genealogology for him? For God's sake, you have to have one genealogy. The father, God, mother Mary.
The genealogology was from Jesus.
Hey my best friend, don't get me confused. I told you I'm a Buddhist.
See? Hey, my friend.
These branches, do you know why branches exist?
Why do you think branch comes to existence? Think when what you read doesn't make sense and it is subject to interpretation and there are different group with different interpretation then you are branches you are branches otherwise why do you have branches if there is one Bible if there is one Christ there is one Jesus says you don't believe it but do you know the people wonder about what do you mean he's a son of God so everybody had to go one way that way that way why do you think right now there are about 45,000 different branches in Christianity why do you think in Islam there are at least 22,000 branches You know why? Because no two people according to Bah in this book he says I don't find two people who can agree inwardly and utterly on the same subject.
Did you get it? Okay.
Now let's see how many more hours do I have. My friend not he's hungry already.
Another concept that the whole law talks about.
He says every religion has made prophecies to the next one.
What do you mean? This is because change changes in a revelation is according to the capacity.
When the maturity has reached a new level, a new manifestation has come.
And then he asked the follower of religion including Bah the final religion but at the same time your manifestation gives prophecy to the next coming.
Why you guys as a Christian believe in a return when he already came and brought everything.
Subhah says return simply means a new religion.
Return simply means capacity of humankind increase. The need has increased. Therefore, we need a new revelation. How about the high faith?
High faith is the last and the best.
Huh?
Allah says don't use the word last.
Don't use the word best.
Most fitted for today.
This is why how many years for Bah's revelation?
Say something.
Huh?
>> At least he's a very smart.
Now this is why see he was a smart mathematician. He said at least right now he was a very good man.
Another guy say he spiritual says he love he says 500,000 years you get into trouble 500,000 years for God's sake we combine Moses Jesus Bob doesn't add up to 500 suddenly your manifestation wants to this is why there is two terms. See, religion is not that simple.
It says you have cycle and you have error.
Cycle means what?
Doctor, when you tell me I come to you with this broken leg, you tell me this is a treatment, but you have to go this to run out of it cycles. What does it mean?
You use it. No, >> it's a beautiful. See this is why whenever he sees me I say doctor he says hey did you do the exercise or not don't tell me hi by and if you don't do the exercise so what are you asking me what do you want why did you even come to me in the first place cycle means a ultimate goal of a successive era.
For instance, we have a Adamic cycle, right?
Within that cycle, few manifestation showed up. What was the purpose of beautiful my friend the Persian man spoke he has come for three days he never spoke happy mother's day you do not speak so you have to speak a little bit now maturity Moses, Jesus, Muhammad, all of them from Adam say 6,000 years ago. They came to prepare us for the next level of maturity.
What is the purpose of law? When you say the high cycle, what is that?
spiritual maturity in a wider deeper sense unity of humankind.
So unity of humankind is a cycle objective or era objective because you already my friend 200 years are gone.
Do you see these things?
What's that >> the cycle objective unity of humankind?
So what is the purpose of error?
To find the steps that get you to that unity of humankind and then tell me what happens after unity of humankind. Then what do you do?
Then you go home.
What is that?
>> Do you see that?
>> Very good. Say my friend you all of you use different terminology but you are saying the same thing that we advance.
See do you remember those of you who were here I said they asked primal point Bob what does Bob means?
He said every manifestation is above.
Bob means never hold on to it.
Bob means I am the forerunner to next one. Muhammad was a forerunner for me.
Jesus was a forerunner for Muhammad.
That is beautiful. Rather than saying Bob Was Bob a manifestation or not?
He was as manifestation as Jesus was as make sense. No Baptist was a That is a good one. Hey my friend, you already did a lot of homework before you come here. See, but how refers to that? He says, see, because humankind is a forgetful creature before the advent of coming of the manifestation, we show some indicators.
For instance, before Jesus, we sent John the Baptist, before Muhammad, did he send some people? How Allah says we sent four people that each one of them address the other one said go and inform people that the return is coming. Return is coming. The last of which was Ruse and he attended the presence of Muhammad is behind forerunners Ahmed and say Kasan.
And he said for me a manifestation himself was a forerunner.
This is why Bob's duration.
Please pay attention.
Duration was very short.
But that tells you something else. You do not judge religion by the duration of that religion because Bob is as mighty as powerful as Moses Jesus. They ask him why it is they asked Bahalah why it is too short in a called bad the people who were a follower of the Bob they said if we even didn't try to understand Bob Bob what Bob is saying and then suddenly you showed up and then said Oh, soon or late is not the issue is your maturity.
When is the time for the message to be renewed?
Wow. So you never judge any religion based on duration.
Make sense? These are powerful tools.
Now then let me that I have said all of these expense the last part of this book about Bob.
I'm sure we have heard about him but a few People in the world have really tried to see what is this man about.
It was a very complex system that he set up at the same time almost spiritual.
His writings are in top major universities in the world collected by non bahigh.
In fact, EG bon made a collection of his writings.
It is in Oxford is the University of Michigan.
It is in UCLA.
It is in Prston. So you have to start wondering who even Persians do not know anything about this guy.
What happened?
because they realized especially with his writing which is called Persian Bayon that this book actually destroyed all the fundamentalist beliefs that humankind had.
The fundamentalism was tried to be addressed.
He used religious language to convey a spiritual meaning. For instance, resurrection.
You as a Christian, don't you believe in resurrection?
Quran has 6,666 passages.
About 3,000 of those is about resurrection.
Bob says what is resurrection?
He says resurrection means religion comes.
You get educated as the time goes by.
The energy zaps away.
You become a little bit dead. You need a new religion, a new boost to bring you all. He says resurrection is a term that is used in the books to say about the new revelation.
How many people look at that resurrection?
He says when the next manifestation comes resurrection starts.
Oh really?
We have been told as a Muslim that if resurrection comes the graves open the dead shall arise from their grave.
Paul says it's true.
When the resurrection takes place your grave means that limitations that you have you rise from that limitation.
How many people look at grave like that?
You see that? So Paul, he said the concept such as resurrection, the concept such as return.
He says all of this thing refers to progressive revelation.
He says everything that you know about future that is progressive revelation.
Now there is a unique thing about this manifestation.
He was not from a religious family in terms of law.
He actually was a merchant business one.
He was the Jew.
We actually have in we have his paperwork that how did he did his accounting he with his behaviors would change the rules.
For instance, there is there was a custom of negotiation for the price.
He at some point was assisting his uncle to manage the business.
The people used to in Islam they come to him they buy something and then they go home they come back and says hey buddy I found something cheaper someplace else the period that Bob was there the guy came and did the same thing to him and Bob said excuse Excuse me.
Negotiation is before the sale is final or after the sale is final.
He said, "What do you mean that is a custom of Muhammad?
You want to change it?" He said, "No, don't worry. This is just a beginning."
He came to change.
He's a agent of change. Now, another thing about this young man, his age, he was yawned.
He was extremely young for a religious person.
Do you know one of the distinctive feature between him and Muhammad and Jesus and Moses?
All those three men were not lucky that the divines of the age to accept them. In fact, divines of the age went against them. It wasn't it. This is why Christ was put to death by divines.
Right now Bob had over 400 top divines to accept him.
Can you believe that?
You accepted him.
In fact, the first person who accepted him, his name was what?
Musain, right? Mus was not ordinary guy.
My friend, he already has written a book commentary on the verses of Quran.
And it is pay attention to the dynamic between these two.
Did these two know each other before?
Yes or no? It is multiple choices.
Right? You cannot say maybe it was time and space.
In fact, these two were physically the student of say KM.
In fact, in that circle, the first believer of Bob, he would say a lot of poetry and Bob collapsed for him.
So these two knew each other.
This is why when you read down ask a lot of questions also. Now as you know Mr. Kam said after me go and look for the promised one. Right?
They all went right.
He and his brothers and his followers ended up in Shir, right?
What happened in the Shir? Were you there at the gate these two men meet?
The way that you sometimes read, you see that it appears that maybe they didn't know each other, right? Because Bob invites him. He says, "Come, my friend. Let's go home." And then, can you believe it?
He takes the water, try to refresh the guy, washes his face, hands, and then They have a dinner or something and then Bob starts conversing.
Do you know the first thing that happens is what? What happens between them?
This young man says, "I have questions." Nobody answer my questions.
A religion starts based on question.
I'm not here to just sit down. You tell me.
And he says, "Okay, what is your question?"
And then the first book of the Bob after declaration appears commentary on Joseph.
But the key issue is this.
He allowed questions.
Wow.
See then how does his manifestation uses the question He says through the question of this man we could determine the capacity of humankind.
Look at this. He says do you know the first believer in the next manifestation is the ultimate fruits of the previous dispensation.
He says Hussein was the finest fruit of Muhammad's revelation.
Can you believe that?
And then what is the finest fruit of Bob's revelation?
Some people say maybe get the point. We do not have anything in writing to say that to my knowledge.
But this man asked question and then he accepted the Bob. He has still continue to ask question and Bob with full pleasure answered the questions because he knew that your question might be the question of millions of others.
This is why I encourage you not to put it inside of you. Be respectful.
Have dignity but ask your question.
Nobody shall judge you based on your question. If the person is wise and spiritual. Now there was one man one of these clergies who was appointed by the king your best friend.
This man knew Quran in and out.
Knew all the traditions in and out.
He was appointed by Muhammad Shaw.
He said go and bring the result.
That's right.
>> See this man, please pay attention to the essence of their story. Forget about the names that are Persian American.
He says it's very easy.
I go and meet him. It's two cases.
Either he convinces me Or other way some reports say I bring his head and present it to the king because this man has claimed to be the promised one. You do everything but not be the promised one, right?
He says, "The first time that I met him, he was so quiet, so charmful that I felt a little bit higher than him."
The second visit I felt very equal because Ali Muhammad the Bob those of you who know about him he was very very very humble in his attitude in his speech you see is very astron when He would hear the martyrdom of his followers.
On the third visit, he said, you know, apparently even Mr. Yo had come to realization that maybe this is going on too long.
So he said if he he is the one who he says he is he would know what is my intention what do you mean he's not psychologist but he what is this so what happened these people believe in this psychic energies And there is one chapter in Quran that nobody really understood and it is only has three passages.
Oh Muhammad we have given you kosar kosar is a fountain river of life.
Be thankful.
And last words, the tails of all of your enemies shall be caught.
The people read. They said, "What is this? What type of passage is this?
What is co for that people that time?
If he is a man, he doesn't have a boy.
Not girl. He can have thousand girls.
That doesn't count.
If he doesn't have a boy, that means he doesn't have a tail because tail follows you, right? You don't follow the tail.
Mohamad son all of them died.
So the people told him you have a tailless man.
And then he complained to God. He said these people call me tailless.
And then God says, "Hey, Muhammad, don't get sad. We gave you kosar."
Nobody knew what kosar is.
So in the third meeting, his intention was to ask.
But before he asks, Bob takes the pen and says, "It seems now is the time for me to write the commentary on the chapter that you are desiring."
And then it is interesting how does he start writing. He says you know I cannot in front of you mention any tradition by Muhammad because this man was so wellvered in Islamic traditions that nobody would dare to even talk.
Bob says you know in front of you I cannot do anything but because you asked I am going to show you with what you are waiting for and when you read that it's called commentary on we have it online available he bomb do you know bomb He just says, "Muhammad said this, Muhammad said that, Muhammad said this, and then upon the finish, he sends a message back to the promised one that I was waiting for."
You see that it is very very significant that the Bob's religion had capacity for everyone from any background with a pure intention to go and accept him. And Baham makes that clear. He says in order to recognize the truth, you do not need to be learned.
You do not need to have man-made education.
You have to have a purity of heart, purity of intention.
Make sense? So now let me tell you for the last part telling Muslims.
Do you know you persecuted this man Paul?
But do you know that everything that he did already was written down by Muhammad?
There is a tradition by Muhammad.
Promised one shall come when he is older than Tony but less than Terry.
Okay. What else?
one shall come from Muhammad was he said promised one comes from that part another one please pay attention to this prophecy promised one comes with a new religion new book new custom that everybody shall denounce him.
That's beautiful.
Allah says just you guys that are reading this book think if really Muhammad was the last manifestation his book was the last book why should he say the comes with a new book and then this is interesting Muhammad prophesizes that he shall be killed by the right branch in Islam.
Who killed him?
It's very interesting.
Now you are not best friend of Muhammad.
In fact, Muhammad, Bob and Bah are needed to understand the revelation.
And then look at this in another tradition bah he says a day shall come Muhammad that I feel ashamed that I have declared to be a manifestation because of the deeds and the words of my followers.
It is very interesting that Muhammad manifestation had a new definition for believer.
He said believer is not the one who just simply says yes I agree with you.
He says no.
He says believer is the one who is transformed.
He says we may have many people who are a believer but there are few that are actually transformed.
He says therefore anybody who says I'm a believer is subject to test.
He says I test. What do you mean you test me?
There was a tablet called tablet of test. He says, "Hey, listen buddy.
If you become a tiny seed, you go and hide it under seven tons of rubble and you have claimed to be a believer."
And then you manage to take these seven tons of rubble under the seven layer of seas and hide it.
He says, "I take you." He says, "I come after you."
He says, "Don't you think I leave you alone?"
He says, "And I test you."
He says because unless you are tested you cannot be a believer.
You can be a follower you and I because of our need follow because of our fear can follow because our benefit can follow.
And then he says in the revelation of the B only the people could make it that were tested tested.
Do you know why they test you? Allah says he doesn't test you for the things that you do. Oh, when I come to your office, you gave me a set of exercise.
You suddenly tell me, "Please walk on the wall." I said, "Well, what is it?" You told me to have exercise on the ground.
Bob says when we test you is to find out whether you really understood the essence of what we are telling you.
Now the last but not the least he his writing especially in Persian bayan he says the purpose of my writings is to prepare you for the one who comes after me that we believe is and he says on that I give my life in his path. And this is I want you to see the humility of these two men.
Bah at the end of says do you know he said I have no other desire but to sanctify sacrifice myself in his path. And then Bah said but I also have no desires but to offer my life in your part.
This is why Shiaandi in dispensation of Bah says and Bahal are actually one unity.
You are unified twin manifestation.
It is true one is a forerunner but the truestation of all is that he's a manifestation of God.
Last but not the least please see how does he end it.
He says, "I tried my best to share with you whatever it takes for you to reflect and then do that which is worthy of your estation as a human and as a believer."
And that is summary note of Are you not interested to read it or you don't you don't buy it?
Iran is a good book because actually if you do not read Iran, you still have those old dogmas and even whatever you hear from Baham, you want to pass it through those old filters.
Iran is trying to Remove the old filters that you have a new wiring that you can receive the new message.
Any question?
New paradigm, new energy.
Yes.
Go ahead.
a new thinking.
That's right. See, remember when the manifestation of God comes, it energy impacts everything.
Everything.
The science, the art, technology.
Religion because for him religion is only has to be the cause of unity.
This is why Abdul says if it causes disunityity not having a religion you are better off.
Exactly. Of course.
When it says about the ultimate vision is a unity of humankind.
How can you have a unity of humankind if your filters are different about how you view the world?
If you still believe Jews have to marry the Jew, how are you turning to the unity of humankind?
This is why belief in a oneness of human race requires that our belief system changes and this book is about that. This is why for your information.
This is the most important book that Bah has written after.
If you read that book, you don't judge anybody.
You don't judge yourself negatively.
He wants you and I to recognize our shortcoming and never be perfect.
Bob doesn't like the word perfect.
Perfect means dead.
But he says let's walk in the path of perfection.
The perfection which is endless growth and this is why drive is the key word for the ball.
You want your tomorrow be better than today. Make sense? And thank you. Yes.
I have to tell you based on my humble studies, see Muhammad is only Quran, Quran, Quran.
So these traditions existed by the imams.
Imams are those who after Muhammad guided.
These traditions that Bah quotes are mostly come from imams because Muhammad has two source of information. One is Quran another one is the oral statement that he gave.
So if you ask is there any book beside the Quran? Yes by some amounts.
In Christianity, the te become a little bit fuzzier because the first version of Bible comes 40 to 60 years after Christ and even that a body decided what goes into this book. But revelation of John seems to be a good symbolic pointers to a higher reality that Bob is talking a spiritual and between the gospels gospel of John is very influential.
Very good. Any other question?
Thank you very much for allowing me to be of your service.
Thank you.
