Andrew Hulbert - Taking responsibility & over communicating your progress are key skills #hulbhacks本站添加:
Taking responsibility. You you give me something to do. Don't worry about it anymore. I will do it and I will also over communicate back to you that I've done it. They say give >> You're the most employable person ever then, which is like Yeah. In that sense anyway. I am, but I'm also I hate hierarchy and I hate people telling me I can't do things and I actually I'm not a good employee. Hence why I had to be an entrepreneur in the end.
>> yeah. But that one trait is like the most attractive trait. They say give work to busy people. I was the busy people because like it was say there were five account managers and I was already overloaded. Well, they knew I would do it cuz I just keep working harder and you break eventually. So yeah, like I was 24, 200 odd staff underneath me, 250 staff and I I was learning my trade.
