[00:00:00]I like massages just as much as the next guy. In this video, I think they're releasing adhesions from superficial peroneal nerve. You know, essentially the superficial peroneal nerve, it's going to go on the dorsum of the foot, so the top of the foot and go to the top three toes, at least at that level. Cuz what happens is it actually pierces the fascia, so from the deep leg it kind of comes a little bit superficial, about a finger length up from the ankle. You're not going to release any adhesions if they're there by rubbing the foot. It needs to be done surgically. You actually need to remove it from the tissues. But really what you have there is fascia, which is the gristle that surrounds the muscle, and that is where it pierces through, which is where they're massaging. You're never going to tear that apart. That's like massaging the silver skin off of your ribs, or rubbing the tendon off your steak. It's never going to happen.
