That is the mistake. So we create content then we post. We create the digital product then we start posting.

So, a lot of us make that mistake. So, we spend a lot of months creating ebooks, a lot of months creating courses, offers, coaching programs, and then launch to silence.
Now, the last time I scanned through Tik Tok and I saw a video and a lot of people have commented about a video. The video talks about how to create an ebook. A lot of people commented. Now, I decided to message most of these people who have created the ebooks. Okay, another person had already created a course. Now I asked this people, this person that have you had people willing to pay you for this ebook.
And then what this person said was, "No, I created the ebook for my personal use and at the end of the day I want to launch it so people can buy." That is the wrong move.
That is the wrong move. And almost 70% of the people I inbox in that comment section had already created the ebooks for themselves.
You don't create a product and then force people to buy. Start creating content and force people to buy. Okay?
They don't do any inquiries. They don't do nothing. They just create and force people to buy. Now that is the first mistake that you can ever do. The a lot of people create the guitar products, no comments about the guitar products, no inquiries, no ready buyers and then they just start posting.
Now when they start posting they get a lot of views, they get a lot of comments you know they get the attention but the attention does not automatically mean demand.
That is one thing we have to know. When you create content and you are getting attention it does not automatically mean you have demand.
Now the wrong order that people use, I want to stress it again is they build the products, they build the products, they post and then they pray that they are going to make sales.
They build, they build, they post, and they pray.
The BPP Academy, the academy for BPP, build, post, and pray for sales. No, that is the wrong order. If you want to turn your knowledge into income, you have to validate first.
Validate, validate, validate. So, I'm going to be telling you the right order of turning your knowledge into income. Okay. First of all, step one.
Step one, validate When we say validate, what are you teaching? Okay, like the topic goes, how to turn your knowledge, your skills, your expertise, your content into an online business.
meaning how you can turn your knowledge to build digital offers that sells online not offers that will stay in your website for 90 days without sales.
Okay? So we are building offers that sales. We are not just building digital offers. So we are turning our knowledge, our experiences, our life story into offers that sell.
Okay? And we are looking at the mistakes that a lot of people do that does not make them make sales because we have a lot of coaches online teaching you how to turn your knowledge into digital offers using AI.
But then what they don't teach you is that after you finish creating these offers, the most important thing is the selling stage.
That's the problem. But they'll take your money, teach you how to build a ebook, teach you how to build a course, teach you how to build a system or even build it for you. But then at the end of the day, the selling becomes a problem.
I used to do that. That is why I know.
But I stopped doing this when I found out that the most important challenge that you guys are facing is the selling.
And this is the reason why I am telling you the mistakes that when you do you will not sell and the right order for you to sell because I started doing that and my students started selling and I personally started selling. I have a 290K YouTube channel.
I created my my digital product. I went viral. Yes, I went viral on the channel.
I created my digital products, but I didn't make any sales.
That was when like two years ago, that was when I started learning.
Yes, I started learning because when I learned how to create digital products, I was doing the same thing for people. I was creating digital products for people. I was creating websites for people. But I realized that I was in the same challenge. I wasn't able to sell my digital products. These people weren't able to sell the product even though I was making money from creating. So I stopped creating and started finding out why I wasn't making sales, learning human behavior, learning human buying psychology for two good years.
I built two different Tik Tok accounts, tried it on these Tik Tok accounts, and I made my first $10,000 online.
Yes. And that is why I am teaching you the right order so you skip doing the wrong thing. Okay. So if you are watching me right now and you have knowledge, you have experience, you have skills, you are creating content.
So people can pay you for your knowledge, for your skill. You have created an ebook. You have created a course.
You want to make sales but the sales is not coming. This life is for you.
So we have already looked at the mistakes that a lot of people do that I was even a corporate which is building posting and praying for sales.
If you want to avoid building, posting, and praying for six months before making one sales, this live is for you because I'm going to be giving you the stepbystep system that I used that helped me to make my first $10,000 online.
So, the first thing is validate.
Somebody write validate. I want to know if you are learning. Validate first.

After validation, you build you build the offer.
You validate the offer. Then you build the offer. I'm going to be breaking down into details. Okay? Don't worry. I'm going to be breaking it down into details. So this means that before building the offer that is the full offer you first have to test the problem with your audience.
So here validation means one test the problem test the problem with your audience.
This means you need to create validation content.
Okay. So those of you who don't know validation content, I've created some of these content types of content inside my post. Examples of these types of content inside my post. Okay? You can go watch them. All right? So if you tell me your niche, if you tell me your niche, I can give you an example of validation content. I'll also be giving you some examples when as we are going. Okay? But I need you to engage with me so I can give you more detailed examples. Okay?
If you are asking me questions, then I'll know that yes, you actually need what I am teaching you. So I can go into more details. All right. So if you want me to go into more details about the validation content, I'm going to do that. But I need you to tell me in the comment section before I do that. So first of all, you need to test the problem by creating validation content.
So this means the validation content is going to be on social media. You can use YouTube, you can use Tik Tok. Okay, I personally do YouTube and Tik Tok. All right. Now, when you validate, when you test the problem, then the second step is test the messaging.
Okay? Test the problem.
Then test the messaging. Test the messaging.
Okay. So now when we talk about testing the messaging, when we talk about testing the messaging, we are talking about how you communicate with your target audience.
Okay? So you would have to test how your target audience understand what you say because you might be a coach, you know what you know. You might you might be using your coaching jagon to to speak but then you have to be coming down to the level of your audience understanding and by so doing you will be able to know what message sits and what message Tik Tok or YouTube is going to push.
Okay, you have to test the messaging.
Then the third stage is test the buyer intent.

Okay. Test the buyer intent.
Now when you have to test the buyer intent is know if people are ready to pay you.
Yes. When we say buyer intent, are people ready to pay you for your solution?
So for example, one of my students who was uh who is a scholarship coach, okay, she she was able to use the system and when she was in her fourth week, she realized that she was able to attract real buyers, not motivation. For example, when she started her knowledge business, she was it was like it was as if she was begging people to pay. That was how she was feeling.
She was it was as if she was convincing people to pay. But after she used my system, she was able to attract people who have already tried and tried and failed. And again, she was selling her offer at very low price. For example, she was selling her offer like $7 or $17. Now, after she used the system, she was able her audience who had buyer intent told her the pricing.
Yes, her audience. She told me that the first person told her that she was willing to pay her $200 for her program for her offer. Meanwhile, she was selling her offer for $27 because she didn't test the buying intent before selling. So, she underpriced herself.
You understand what I mean? She underpriced herself because she didn't test the buying intent. She didn't validate.
She didn't test the problem. She didn't test the messaging.
Because she didn't test the problem, she was carrying the wrong problem across.
Because she didn't test the messaging, she was motivating people. It was as if she was begging them in her content in her DM. And then she didn't test the buyer in. So she underpriced herself.
Imagine $27.
Meanwhile, the real people who had the real problem had already tried paying $2,000. When she used my system, she she realized that people were selling her program for $2,000, but she was underpricing herself because she didn't pass through this process with her audience.
So she wasted so many months selling her offer for only $27. She built thousand leads and the leads they were not buying because they were only motivators. They were people that she was trying to convince. Come and get scholarship, come and get scholarship. Come and so these people did not have buying in. So after she used my system, she got real bias and she came to understand that oh wow I was undervaluing myself.
So you might have a skill, you might have an experience, you are creating content and you might think that you are selling low ticket but then that skill is being sold for high ticket somewhere but without testing the problem me testing the messaging testing the buyer intent you may underpric yourself.
So when you work with your audience, you'll be able to know the buyer intent.
Now the next thing that you are going to learn during the validation is the em their emotional reactions.
Emotional reactions. You're going to test their emotional reactions.
So for 30 days, okay, for 30 days when you are doing this validation, you will test their emotional reactions. Their emotional reactions is what you're going to be using for your hooks in the next one year. So imagine if you skip validation and you don't know your audience emotions. You just go online, you look at somebody's post and then you just go and copy. But you have not understood the emotions that your audience are facing.
You understand? So at the end of the day, you are not making sales. Right?
Now the next step is sales conversations.
Sales conversations.
Sales conversations.
Now when you validate and then you test the problem with your audience, you test the messaging with your audience and then you test the buyer intent and their emotional reactions.
Now you can test their sales conversations because without testing their sales conversations you would not know the psychology behind your bias. What triggers them to buy?
Why now? What is the urgency?
You will never know. So at the end of the day you might be forcing your audience to purchase your product at the wrong time and then you will start complaining why am I going live? Why am I posting content and I am not making sales.
Yes, that is what you'll be asking yourself.
That is how you know people actually want the solution.

That is what a lot of people think. A lot of people think that when you create content and people are saying this is educative, this is amazing, this is so powerful, you are so genius.
They think that by so doing that is what we call validation.
But it is not. Validation is recognizing people recognizing themselves emotionally in your content in your sales funnel.
Validation is people recognizing themselves emotionally in your content in your sales funnel.
So for example, let's take myself for example. Okay, if you you are watching me, you can drop your niche and I can give you an example. Okay, you can drop your niche and I'm going to give you example. But I'm going to be taking myself as an example.
If I post how to grow your coaching business, immediately I start online.
Okay, I've been on Tik Tok for one year.
I've been on YouTube for over one year now. My second YouTube account, I mean for over one year now. A lot of you are watching me from my second YouTube account. Okay. And let's say for example, if I just started on YouTube and I started with how to grow your business online, there is no emotion.
People may watch but if and then they will just say thank you. This is knowledgeable. you know they will just comment but they will not buy because there is no emotion to it.
Yes. But if I post something like people consume your content daily but disappear the moment you mention your offer. You see that is going to hit you very very hard because that is a challenge you are facing.
So that is what I call validation content. Hi my glory. You're welcome my glory.
So you realize that the right people will instantly feel exposed when you create the right validation content.
Yes, the validation psychology.
Using the right validation psychology to create validation content will help you your viewers to be exposed their problems to be exposed. They will see themselves.
So let me give you detailed example. When you start giving tips, broad tips, when you start giving broad tips. Okay?
So for example, if you are a relationship coach, all right, you are a relationship coach and then you you start online and then you start giving broad tips.
People will consume your content. Yes.
But they will not buy. But if you start giving specific situations, specific situations, that is how they are going to relate to you because this specific situations talks about their problem.
The goal is not random engagement.
The goal is buyer recognition.
So that is why some creators get tons of viral views but no buyers.
Because their content attracts consumers, not people ready to solve real problems.

Viewers is not equal bias. So posting tips and tricks content is not going to bring you real bias but rather talking about specific situations that they are facing.
It exposes their emotional challenges and want to get more solutions from you.

They're going to consume your content and then they're going to leave.

So, this is the simple system that I teach beginners who are starting to turn their knowledge into digital offers.
Step one, create validation content.
Not generic content, not motivation content, not random educational content, but content that makes people think, wait, ho, this is exactly what is happening to me. Yes, that content, that type of content, that is what will attract the right buyers.
So, if you are watching me right now and you have been creating content, but your content is not turning into sales, this means that you have not started creating validation content yet.

Because when you start creating validation content, you're going to watch people's reactions.
Are they describing their problems? Are they asking questions? Are they sharing their frustrations? Are they asking how to work with you? These are some of the things that you're going to look at. But if you post and then they are saying nice video, those are completely different audiences.

So, I'm going to be teaching you some of the buyer signals that you have to look for when you start creating validation content. Okay? some of the buyer signals that you need you need to look out for.

Okay. So, buyers, real buyers ask questions. They don't watch and leave.

That is one thing they do.
They don't watch and leave. So if you see people watching and leaving without asking questions, don't worry.
Don't worry at all. They are not your buyers. Just focus on what you are doing. Validating.
Now they also look at talk about their problems and then they do inquiries.
They talk about their problems, talk about their problems and then they do inquiries.
Yes, that is what they do.
So once people start recognizing themselves, once these people start recognizing themselves, then you build the offer, you build the program. Now a lot of people the mistake that a lot of people are doing is that they are building ebooks they are building courses. No build a transformational program.
That is another mistake that a lot of people do because courses are dead.
Ebooks are dead. They don't solve people's problems. They sell information. Causes ebooks. They sell information.
But transformational programs, community programs, systems, sell transformation, coachings, sell transformation.
And you can actually do coaching without burning out.
That is what is going to scale your business.
Exactly. That is what is going to scale your business.
So this is going to remove you from guessing and then you know exactly what you are building.
Okay. So when you when you now see the reactions of your audience their readiness this is when you build your offer. Now let me tell you why most people stay stuck.
Why most people say stop?
Most people are trying to sell cold offers to cold audiences using generic content.
That is why a lot of people are stuck.
You are getting views without sales because you don't have a system behind your content, behind your offer. The content is not connected to the real emotional situations of your audience.
This is why a lot of people are stuck.
This is why you are stuck because your audience are generic information speakers.
They are not buyers because the content is a generic content. It's attracting generic people and the offer is a generic offer.
See, you do not need 100k followers.
You need the right people recognizing themselves repeatedly in your content.
That is how you small creators get start getting their first buyers and that is how I made my first $10,000 online because generic people they will not do inquiries. Real buyers do more inquiries. Real buyers who are struggling with problems, they do real inquiries.
So the right people is not equal to more people.
That is why more followers, more views not equal to more sales. So stop focusing on viral views and followers.

So if you are thinking about ebook courses, they are dead now. for high ticket offers. High ticket offers like programs, community programs, transformational programs, AI systems.
They are the ones leading now.
So you don't have to run and then go and create a product. Then you start posting and then hoping that people will buy.
You are going to build on crickets.
you're going to be wasting three months, six months, no sales.
Now, one of the biggest shifts for my students who use my system is that they stop creating content for attention.
That is the biggest shift. And they start creating content for buyer recognition.
That's usually when the first enquiries start happening, the real enquiries start happening because now the content finally connect the real problems people are already struggling with start showing and then people I remember the last challenge that I did. I've closed down my challenge. I'm not doing any more challenge, but I've done two challenges online. The last challenges, the last challenge that I did, I remember there was one um coach that was in the relationship niche.
Now, this coach had multiple offers. She was too knowledgeable, too skillful, too experienced.
So she had multiple offers and she was confused because she was not making sales. She had posted her ebook on on sellar.
Okay. People were reaching out to her and then paying when she had gone on TV station to do her thing. But then when it comes to her content, she was not making sales.
So she joined my challenge and at the end of four weeks she started having inquiries from her page. She was so excited. In fact, she was so excited, she validated her idea.
And that is how at the end of two months, you start having people willing to pay you because your content is speaking to their emotions, to their problems.
That is the shift when you start using my system. And this is the exact system that I have used. In fact, I stopped posting on my 290K account to prove to you that you don't need 200K followers to make sales. Yes, you don't need 200 followers, 200k followers to make sales.
I started from scratch three Tik Tok accounts.

my first Tik Tok account, my second Tik Tok account, and this is my four this is my fourth Tik Tok account. Actually, I started from scratch and then I made my first $10,000 online and I built this system from learning from something that I paid so much to learn.
