So, why are his cards still trading at such a discount? To show you what I mean, I pulled Vara's sales across three different card tiers and compared them to Rabona Cards darling, Michael Olise, at the same level, and the gap is significant. Let's start with rookies.

I know the sets aren't equivalent, but that's a pretty big gap for me. Now, let's talk about case hits. This Topps Chrome UCC hidden gems Vara case hit sold for $97. And this Topps Chrome Bundesliga Michael Olise hidden gems sold for 348. I know this card is from his first season at Bayern, but 3.6x seems like a big gap to me. Now, let's talk about the same card. This out of 10 razzmatazz Olise went for $120, and the same exact card of Vara, 60. 2x difference for the exact same card. Now, I'm obviously not suggesting that Olise cards are overpriced. What I'm actually saying is that maybe Vara is being under appreciated by the market so far.
