You tried everything but you still couldn't get any web design clients for your agency then watch this video until the end because I tried a new way of outreaching for clients and in just four days I got my first ever client. So this is my brand new Stripe account for my brand new agency and as you can see I got this client today and it's just been four days. And it's a 297 client and these are the type of clients who are going to stay with you for a long term.
As you can see yeah, this is one of my client has has been with me for more than two years now and they started paying me 297 pounds from September 30th, 2024 as you can see the date. The last payment was April 30th last month and I probably I'll be getting the next payment in couple of days. And with this exact business model and strategy I've been making 15 to 20,000 dollars every single month and it's not just working for me.
I've been helping some of my subscribers who is willing to work with me one-on-one. They've been getting similar results as you can see in the screen.
They've been getting their first client in their first few weeks. So it's not just working for me. It's going to work for you guys as well. So watch this video until the end. I'll quickly explain the entire business model in a minute and then we go into how I deliver the service and how I actually get clients. So the business model is really simple. I look for businesses who don't have a website or have a outdated website. I reach out to them and I give them a brand new website. So I actually build them the website even before going inside the meeting. And inside the meeting I sell the website and I sign them up for anywhere from 97 297 to 497 in a monthly recurring revenue. All the clients I'm getting I've been signing them for a monthly recurring revenue which means even if I don't close any clients in next month I'll be still making 15 to 20,000 dollars every single month. And this is the platform we're going to use to build our free website to our clients which is called GoHighLevel and GoHighLevel just released this thing called AI studio where you can build a entire website >> [snorts] >> in just few seconds. So, for example, I'm going to show you one of the website I built for a client, Dirty Dirty Work Landscaping, which is in Sydney, Australia. As you can see, this is the prompt.
If you want all the prompts and all the scripts, you can message me on Instagram with the just with the word script. The automation will give you the script and all the things I'm using within my agency. And as you can see, this is the script I used. And in the script, you can see the business type, the location, and the Google My Business page link.
So, what we're going to do is specify the type of the business, which is landscaping, and specify the location, which is Sydney, Australia. And we're going to chuck up the Google My Business page link, which I'll be showing you in a minute. And once everything is done, and once you have click enter, that's it. It's going to think for a few seconds, and it's going to build this entire website. So, this entire website, which completely built with the script and this tool. I didn't do anything. As you can see, it has a form, it has a hero section, and it has all different sections inside the website.
It has for portfolio, and these are the reviews, which straight away pulled from the Google My Business page.
>> [clears throat] >> So, you literally don't have to do anything else. And this is not just a static AI-built website. As you can see, when you click on the buttons, the buttons are actually works. So, when someone is clicking on the phone number, it's going to straight away go to go to the client's phone number. And even the the forms are functional. So, everything is completely functional. And all the things you want to change, the only thing you have to do is, for example, the mobile view was a bit clunky. As you can see, there was a huge space missing in the mobile view.
And I just said, "Can you just fix this mobile view?" And I gave it a screenshot. It's It's going to be like you're having a conversation with ChatGPT.
And guess what?
>> [clears throat] >> It fixed it completely. And that's what you do for with everything. For example, if you want to change the color of the text, if you want to change the images on this website, or if you want to change uh some of the reviews, if you want to change the questions, all the things, what you have to do is uh like take a screenshot, pop it in there, and give it a prompt.
The website will be done in just two, probably maximum three minutes after fixing everything. I've explained you the exact business model, and I've actually shown you how the websites are built with a simple prompt in just few seconds. And I'm going to Now, I'm going to show you how am I able to close these many and how am I able to close my my first client in just four days with a brand new Stripe account, which is There you go. Uh this is 297, and this happened this morning.
Uh 4th of May. So, today is 4th of May.
And I'm just starting out a brand new agency from scratch. There's a reason behind it. I'm going to make another video.

And yeah, probably I've linked that video down in the description.
So, uh I have set up all kinds of new funnels, uh new social media, and I've also set up a new ad creative. So, I'm going to start running ads uh probably from tomorrow. Everything is completely done. I'm still waiting for a a video ad. I've uh hired someone to do that for me. Probably it's going to come by today.
Once everything is done, I'm going to still test this strategy and I will I'm going to also run ads and I will I'm going to also show how you can get leads, get clients with by simply spending like $10 to $20 a day and still get profitable return on investment. But before that, let me show you how am I able to close my first client in just 4 days.
All I did is go inside Google and search for let's before your >> [clears throat] >> niche and location. For example, let's say plumbing in London.
Just click enter.
And what you can do is you can scroll all the way down. So yeah, we are inside the Google My Business page.
And this is what I did. So this is the exact way. It's not going to be easy, it's not going to be fun, but it you can get clients with this. Again, it's not going to be easy. If you actually want clients, watch this video after this and if you are a and if you don't want to do any hard stuff, just get out of the video. We don't really want you here. But if you are not a if you want some clients, then watch the video. So this is all I did to get my first client in just a few days.
Get rid of this sponsored. You don't really deal with that. Just right click on this website and click on open on a new tab and do that for every single website you can see inside this niche and within this location. And once everything is done, for example, let's say I have created I have opened up every single link on a different tab on a whole the entire location for this niche.
So you should be seeing websites like this. It's going to make your life easier. You can go through lots of different websites and you can get lots of different leads as quick as possible if you have opened up lots of different tabs in the same page.
For example, let's say this website.
Mostly, it's good. What we can do is I have been testing this theory of mine and it has paid off.
Instead of only selling to clients who don't have a website, I started thinking about Okay, why don't we sell websites to the clients who actually have a website and sell them the systems which can get them more customers. And you have to pitch yourself like operator which is going to who is going to help this business make more money instead of just being another web designer who's trying to sell a website.
That's not going to work anymore and you have to position yourself as a local business expert who's going to bring these businesses more money. At the moment, this website doesn't look really bad, but improvements can be made. For example, we can add a chatbot on the side and yeah, they do have a form which most of the websites doesn't do. Once you go through the next pages on the locations, as you can see for example, let's say this website.
Probably, it's going to be So, they do have They They have connected their WhatsApp itself. So, that's not a good idea. So, we have to have a chatbot and we have to have a lead capturing system on the hero section. So, these are the two selling points we're going to pitch in our outreach script. So, this is what we're going to do. We're going to target each and every clients with two to three or even four mediums of outreach. For example, let's say we have a phone number of these clients. You can just give them a call and pitch your services. That's one. And you have to do everything. You shouldn't be picking. And listen to me.
I have been getting more views on my Instagram outreach and my Facebook outreach compared to my cold calling outreach videos. And if you don't do cold calling, if you don't have money, you only have your time and this is the best way to get your clients.
And if you don't feel like doing a cold call, and I'm sorry to say this, even if you grind really hard with the Instagram DM, Facebook group outreach or Facebook DM, you're not going to get clients soon. You may get clients in your first few days or it's going to be 6 months and you still don't get don't have any clients inside your agency. And if you don't want to end up like that, listen to me and do everything what I say in this video.
You are going to call this number and you're going to pitch your service. Yes, you have to call. You may feel like your English is not good and you may feel like I don't have a phone number.
You can fix everything. If you don't have a phone number, GoHighLevel itself has way to purchase a phone number just $1 and start calling people. What you're losing? They don't know you, you don't know them. Even if they said no, they're not saying no to you. They're showing they're saying no to your offer. They're saying no to your outreach. That's it. There are lots of Os. Every single O means there's another page with 20 to 30 businesses.
You just get no from one business.
Your not your world is not going to end.
So, once you have finished cold calling all these clients by selling a system, which is going to bring them more money instead of selling a website. You're not going to call, "Hey, I didn't saw a website on your Google My Business page and I built you a free website.
Do you want to have a look? If you like it, you can keep it." It's a old way. I used to do that. I used to get clients from that, but I stopped getting clients because as you can see, you can't really find any businesses uh yeah, we have one. So, we you you have one business with for this entire page. And when you go all the way down, it's going to be around maybe 10 businesses who don't have a website. And on that from that 10, probably five of them are going to pick up. And probably from there, maybe you can get a two different interests. And from that two different interests, you get one booked meeting.
And from one booked meeting, it's going to it's going to be a show up. It's a really thin margin when you're only going for a businesses who don't have website. That's the only reason I switched my entire thought process. I was like, "Okay, I need to make more money. I need to scale my agency. I don't want to be stuck with 15 to 20,000 dollars a month."
I need to increase my clients uh client outreach. I have to get more clients. What's the best way?
Target everyone. So, as you can see, uh yeah, they don't have a uh lead capturing system and they don't have a chatbot. One of it. And for example, they only have their WhatsApp, which is going to be a bit fun thing to do. I'm going to show you in a minute. And they don't have uh the lead capturing system over here as well.
And there you go. This This is This website looks like And you can actually pitch them a good-looking, high-converting website with the lead capturing system and with the chatbot instead of just having the WhatsApp.
And again, no lead capturing system. So, all of these website can be sold. So, these are potential All of them are potential clients. Again, don't think yourself think about yourself as a web designer. You are a business operator for local businesses who is expert in bringing in more customers for these local businesses.
And once you have done uh all the cold calling for all these clients, I'm pretty sure if you kept on doing 50 to 70 calls a day, I'm damn sure you can book five bookings a day. And with those five bookings, let's be conserved uh let's say you have 30 uh three show-ups from those five booked meetings. And even if you can close one of those client, that's going to be a big deal. So, if you even if you sold the lowest price, 97 uh dollars a month hosting fees for each website. So, the website is just going to take you two two to three minutes to uh build and set up for each and every client. So, let's say you ended up closing uh three to four clients a week.
That's going to [clears throat] be still a huge deal. You By the end of the month, you you're going to be making 2,000 to 3,000 a month. And that's not just for this month. You're going to get paid the 2,000 to 3,000 the next month as well.
But, you're going to increase the revenue by getting more clients the next month. So, you're going to keep on stacking. That's what I did. Uh I My first 6 months, I didn't get any clients, but by slowly stacking, I'm here in Bali instead of cleaning toilets back in the UK. And once cold calling is done, you have went through all the uh clients on this location until the last O, what we're going to do is we're going to go inside the websites. We're going to go inside each and every website, and we're going to target their Instagram, their Facebook, their WhatsApp, and their email. This is how it's done. For example, let's say uh they should be having Yeah, they have a contact uh page over here.
And as you can see, this is their phone number. And what I would be doing is copy this phone number and go straight to my WhatsApp. And inside your WhatsApp, you have this uh icon which is plus.
And inside there, just plus press this phone number. And as you can see, this client is on WhatsApp.
And this is where you pitch your services. And this is This has the highest highest open rate compared to Instagram, Facebook, uh whatever it may be. Because Instagram and Facebook, if you DM your clients, it's going to end up in the uh the request section.
Only if your client approve your message, you're going to be on your on their inbox. And nine times out of 10, the clients are not going to get you inside their inbox because their inbox is filled with lots of these uh outreach. Uh do you want a website? Do you want a marketing? Do you want someone to run your ads? They're done with that.
And this is the thing which actually helped me to close my one of my first client in just four days. Even even not with the Facebook. And all of the I'm going to show all of the outreach, the four different ways we can make uh the four different ways you have to So, I'm going to show you the So, I'm going to show you the entire outreach. So, I'm going to show you the whole outreach strategies, but I'm not going to show you the uh actual scripts I'm using because uh my coaching members are actually paying for the service, so I can't really show everything. And at the same time, I don't want to have everyone doing the same thing, which is going to ruin a lot of things for me as well. So, if something is working for me, I'm not going to show everything online.
Keep that in mind. So, this is one of the way and the best way. First is cold calling, and next is WhatsApp. And once that is done, we're going to go inside their description, and what we're going to do is right click, open, and right click, open.
As you can see, this is their Instagram, and we're going to do the same thing with a different script. So, it's going to be different script for email, different script for cold calling, different script for Instagram and Facebook. So, Instagram and Facebook, it's going to be around "Hey, I loved I loved the job you have done for some of the other clients I've seen in your Instagram. Are you still getting taking on any new clients?" So, this is the way. This is not an actual script.
This is the way we're going to show ourselves. We're not going to pitch ourselves right from the get-go. We're just we're going to send them send this message and let the client approve our account to the inbox. And inside the inbox, we're going to pitch our services.
Just like that, we're going to do the same on their messenger.
For example, they actually have their WhatsApp over here. And when you click the WhatsApp and take them straight to their Yeah.
So, in the again, as I mentioned, in WhatsApp, it's going to be totally different because you don't have to pitch as a client.
You can straight away mention everything and pitch your service, not in a salesy way, in a way that you are willing to actually help these clients to get more customers. So, we are done with cold calling, WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook. Now, if you can find the email, as you can see, we have the email as well.
So, inside the email, we're going to go with Instagram and WhatsApp. In between both of these things, we're not going to show our self like a customer, but at the same time, we're not going to just sprinkle about what we're going to do. We're going to be open, we're going to be formal, and we're going to send them a pretty big, not huge, compared to the Instagram message and WhatsApp message. We're going to be in detail about the services we are providing for local clients to get more customers, along with some of the examples we have done to our past clients.
If you don't have any proof, if you don't have any portfolio or testimonial, just go inside GoHighLevel, build some new website, and pitch it there. They're not going to see see it, and you do have to fake it until you make it.
So, that's the email method. And again, I want to be totally clear with you. You have to do everything. You have to target them all different way. If they see your name in coming from every different direction, there is no way in hell they're they're going to like push you away. They have to think, okay, this guy has been messaging me on all different platforms, even my WhatsApp. That's the first time I've seen someone doing it. And yeah, he's actually said he's giving it for free, and he only wants me to hop on a call.
What I'm going to lose? I'm going to Maybe I'm going to lose 5 or 10 minutes of my life, but if everything went well, probably I'm going to end up with a a high-converting website with the guy who knows what he's talking about, and I can get more customers.
So, this is what your clients should think. They shouldn't think, oh yeah, there's another guy who's selling website. No. You should be a bit different from all the other people who are doing the outreach, and that's what I did, and when I started doing this all around outreach for each and every client. And as I mentioned in the beginning, this is not easy. It's not just copy and paste DM. It's going to take around maybe 5 minutes for each and every client outreach.
Each and every search going to take a lot of time, and you can only do around maybe 30 to 50 clients per day. But, the co- instead of quantity, you're doing quality. So, each and every clients are getting five different messages with your face and with your name. And you are giving it for free. The probability of you showing up and clients willing to work with you gets higher and higher the more time they look at your face. So, they do have to increase the trust. You are someone who just messaged them out of nowhere, and probably you're not from the same country, and probably your English not English is not good. Guess what? That's These are lots of signs of saying this is a scam.
And you have to break all this pre-built notion which is built inside the customer's I mean the client's mind. And once you have broken everything and they have seen your offer and your offer makes sense for them instead of you just selling the website, you're selling them a system which is going to get them more customers, which means get them more money. The more money your clients make, the more money you will make. The clients are happy, you are happy, you sign them up for a monthly recurring revenue of 97 to 97 or the 497. And when you start getting lots more clients, when you have lots more testimonials from your clients, you can actually upsell the free offer. So, once your offer is free and the clients are inside the car, you can either do two of these things. One, you can sell the website and the system and get the 97 or you can upsell for the five-page website or the 10-page website or sign them up with 2,000 to 3,000 for the setup fees and 297 to 497 on the monthly recurring revenue.
And the setting up the automations and systems on the back end, it's not hard at all. The hardest part is just getting clients. Once you have clients paying you or at least showing up for your offer, everything easier from there. You have to just close these clients and building the website is really easy as I mentioned. And setting up the automations and system, it's way easier than that. It's just clicking the clicking the link and clicking the checkbox inside GoHighLevel because GoHighLevel is already built everything for you. You just white labeling everything and selling this to your clients.
This is the main way. You can't just sell the system. You can't just sell website. You have to combine both and show it to your clients and explain them in a way that they really want this. So, probably by end of this month, I'm going to stop doing my cold outreach because to be frank, even if I'm good at it by getting clients or getting paid, I hate doing cold outreach and I hate begging for clients to work with me. So, once my Facebook ads goes live, I will be still doing the outreach by throughout the month because my the Facebook ads need to warm up. It needs to learn and only after a few weeks or few a few months, the ads will be profitable. So, after that, I'll be fully on ads, but for the time being, I'm going to still test this out and I'm keep on updating you guys on what works and what doesn't works.
